If you are not a patient they wont sell you contact lenses even if you have a valid Rx. Visiting here from Mississippi I was very disappointed with the hospitality shown
Not helpful, went in for eye check and got glasses. Right eye more blurry than left, got my prescription glasses and the glasses made my right better than my left and I can still see blur. Tried to go back for both lenses to have same strength bc it bothers my eyes the same as when I had no glasses. They told me I have to wait three weeks for my eyes to adjust but this isn’t adjusting, it annoys me and messes with my eyes and makes not want to wear them. So how will my eyes “adjust”. Not great service.
I initially visited here and was taking a new prescription and was not feeling myself. They shuffled me in and out with both my insurance and I ended up paying my weekly gas money for work. When I expressed concern I was promptly told how incorrect I was. I was treated rudely for visits after this and have informed the BBB about all that has happened in more detail. They have also charged both my insurance providers for ONE exam so I’m not even able to get out of this place til the new year where I will be happily leaving this place of business for much better. I been shuffled and down talked and lied to by them. They also falsely informed the BBB that I was cursing at them. While on hold several times adding up to 20 minutes I was discussing with my husband my frustrations. If they heard any swearing it was not directly to them and they should have said something instead of pretending to be on hold for so long.
Great service and very friendly people. Will continue to go here for my childrens eye health needs.
Dr. Feser saw me promptly when I had a broken contact lost in my eye. I am a longtime patient and would recommend the team here to everyone!
