I went in to inquire about a simple eye exam. The cost would have been reasonable ($80) but the sole person there told me the doctor wasnt in, and that he was booked solid for at least a week. I asked also if they provided the pupillary distance, and was told they only take that if theyre ordering frames. The woman I spoke with apparently was neither someone who could administer eye exams, nor the person who measures for frames, which given the above, seem to be what they push.In other states Ive lived in, the whole point of going to a vision center in Walmart was the convenience of being able to just walk in and getting eye issues taken care of, which doesnt seem to be the case here.
I don’t understand why people are so hateful of this vision center. I was helped by a very nice associate named Lisa. She was very professional and was on top of sanitizing all surfaces and frames before and after use. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and different styles of frames. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. They accept Eye Med and also have very nice styles of frames less than $100. If I could give ten stars I would!!
Would be helpful if they were actually open for the hours that they post!
Would give them a 0 if i could
