Horrible experience and horrible customer service. I walked into this store and tried to buy an item, and then a few seconds later the male Arab cashiers at this location tried to accuse me of stealing something and started yelling at me and assaulting me. You guys can wait for part 2 of my review, because its coming.

Very few of these left. Miss the joys of coming in during the middle of night drunk and loading up on chili cheese dogs and nachos with the canned cheese…. Oh, the memories….. lol

It was definitely pleasant. The female associate who served me was exceptional. Awsome customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Clean. Coffee was fresh! 7eleven is my favorite coffee spot and its been a while since Ive had an awsome experience with fresh coffee at that! Im a happ camper! 😁☕

Showed up here at 10:50p and doors were locked and the associates said they were counting the drawer and they’ll open up in fives minutes. Low and behold they unlocked the doors at 11p that’s 10 minutes later and multiple customers came and left within the 10 minutes and were turned away.....Stay away from this location at 11p

The cashier this afternoon was on her phone loudly dropping f bombs while waiting on customers. Although it was more like the customers were waiting on her. If someone would have told me a story about it happening to them, I wouldnt believe it. This was easily the worst interaction Ive ever had at a convenience store, and I once got my leg ran over at wawa. Truck on leg was a better experience. Just wanted to drive that point home. If I go to royal farms tomorrow, and the gas pump explodes in my face, my experience at 711 today will still be the worst. Repulsive behavior. I hear about this place getting robbed often, and Im now convinced that many of the robberies were not premeditated. That this employees behavior drove them to commit a felony. Yeadon PD, look into it.

Whatever you can purchase even hot food from water two sodas

This is the worst 7-11 Ive ever been to, they are supposed to be a convenient store in the area but they never have stock of anything so basically theyre useless. I go-to get something to drink, no soda cups, another visit the soda machines were out of order, another visit no cup lids, they rarely have coffee made and if so theres only large cups and no creamer, they dont have lottery at all so do the neighborhood a favor and give that location to a business that the residents can benefit from.

For this to be a 7/11 (a functioning 24 hour business) it’s no reason why the store should be closed at any time, especially without notice (a sign). If the store doors are locked at a certain time due to safety precautions that’s needs to also be stated. Also you should have more than one person working night shift if that’s an issue. But using an excuse as “the systems are down, cops told me to close the store” and when the cops arrive there’s no recollections or such, than that’s an issue. This isn’t the first time I’ve been there and the doors were locked. Def getting a corporate complaint.

This 711 stores in this area does not understand how to print money orders

Lots of room for improvement is a nice way to say somethings awful. Ive come into this store a half-dozen times in the past year or so, and not once have all their drink machines been working properly, not once! The slurpee machine, in theory, always has some interesting choices - though, we customers can only really choose amongst the flavors that havent run out yet, as no one seems to refill them during the day...but hey, maybe theres a local ordinance against refilling slurpee machines during daylight hours, who knows? All I can say is that Im glad this isnt my primary 7-11 location - its never been a good experience coming here!

SOLD US EXPIRED FOOD one 8 months expired and the other 4... my friend took a bite before it was noticed. The health department needs to go to this place we have video of the situation and will be notifying Corporate and the Health department. Both these things contain processed eggs. This is how you kill someone. The boss refused to come out saying its 12am. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional behavior.

Everything in here i like, but some of the prices on the items they sell here is a little too expensive if you ask me but other than that, everything else heres okay.
