Where do I start?The store stinks!!!The staff are overmedicated.They never answer the phone, just keep you on hold then hang up.Theyll even not bag all of your paid for goods.This CVS is a Disaster.

They pharmacy is the worst I been here three times and they still don’t have my medication I been in line for over 30 minutes now. I need another pharmacy

The staff was incredibly in knowledgeable and unhelpful, when I finally found the sunscreen section it was entirely wiped out - not a single bottle of sunscreen in the whole store.

Scheduled a Covid test at this location. I showed up ten minutes before my appointment and waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes before reaching the front and being told that it was too late for a test and I would have to come back another day. Unbelievable they would treat people like this and waste people’s time due to their own slow processing of customers.

Under new management. The store is going through a large reset to correct the issues from years of neglect. Progress has been made with more to come. The new staff is very friendly.

Had occasion to visit the CVS in Yeadon on Thanksgiving day -11/28/19 at 9:30 AM. The store emplyeee named Janaya identified herself as the store manager and displayed the absolute worse customer service. I get it that no one wants to work on a holiday but since the store was open and advertising Black Friday specials there needed to be some basic courtesies on display. The shelves were empty and none of the advertised Black Friday specials were on display. Janaya who was walking around with her coat on and her cellphone in her hand said that location wasnt carrying the Black Friday items. She was curt and totally unprofessional. The energy that she displayed was a complete turn off and if she is truly the manager additional customer service training is in order.

Except for about three seasoned workers...the customer service here is HORRIBLE. they dont care not one bit about anyones time or quality of care.... the attitude you get for sharing any kind of feedback is right up there with a trashy Wal-Mart. Disorganized, slow, and the female pharmacist is snippy/ rude. Replacements please! Ether that or retrain them!!!!

Very poor customer service! And than i got accused of stealing when a box on their shelf was already open!? Will not be coming back that was the last straw. And the manager BRANDY is no help with her “ well what do you want me to do.? Im sorry this happened I can’t do anything.” GTOF A MANAGER can do a lott! I don’t know how many retail associates i wrote up for being disrespectful and poir customer service.

Unprofessional staff that would rather you wait until the next day for your meds, called at 9pm (30 mins before they close) and was told I should go to a 24 hour location to get my childs asthma medication
