My favorite book store! I always come here to find my books and the staff is SUPER FRIENDLY when I ask where to find a book. They never look bothered and look genuinely happy to help! There’s always a wide variety of books and I’ve ALWAYS found what I was looking for! It’s also very clean; you never see any dirt or nothing! The thing I love most is how calm it is inside the store, it’s calm enough for you to read a book! (Buy it first) there’s also a small cafe which you can get a 10% discount with, with your membership card. It’s very nice to grab a snack and enjoy it while looking for a book! They also have plenty of toys and fun games! 10/10

Barnes and Noble stores are pretty much the same, so I can only comment on this location. Its clean, well staffed, well stocked and has ample parking. As a gamer, Im pleased that all locations seem to carry card and board games too.

I love Barnes and noble and I come here pretty often after school. Sometimes I buy those weird but funny card games to play with friends, sometimes books, but mostly I buy Funko pops from here. Books would be the second reason why I come to this Barnes and noble. I’m pretty sure it’s the only one near me anyway but I just wish they had a big enough Funko pop section. They have one little stand of them but that’s about it and it’s mostly empty but still some pops there. I’ve been seeing the same 3 pack pop for the past few months so the only thing they can improve on are their Funko pops. Other than that I love this store.

Great place with an amazing selection of books, trinkets, toys and other products. Usually employees are very nice except for the occasional few rude ones. Nice environment and cafe. Would definitely come.

I’ve often visited this Barnes & Nobles in part because of their enormous selection of classic DVD’s as well as their knowledgeable staff who are always happy to help me find exactly what I’m looking for. Recently I had an amazing experience when I had called to see if they had various movie versions of The Great Gatsby. They did and the DVDS were put aside for me at the cash registers. When I went to pay, Micki, one of Barnes & Nobles sales representatives, shared with me her experiences reading The Great Gatsby in three different high school English classes and suggested buying a copy of Life Magazine’s The Roaring Twenties, which Micki thought might make the time period more understandable to my students! I loved the idea and was delighted to make the additional purchase.

A heaven for book lovers! Conveniently located and one is able to grab coffee and a delicacy in the Cafe located inside.

I dont come here much ( or go to any barnes & noble store often for that matter ) but when I do go to this location it always has good atmosphere and I guess I could say the same for other locations as well

Barnes & Nobles is fine they were in the Bronx I think they could have tried to find different location in the Bronx .just somewhere else a small outlet.

Great store, love going there, good selection with exception of technical theology books, they also didn’t have Telugu language learning books, book finance books and magazines, super selection, couldn’t be any happier, also coffee shop is good, except the sandwiches are too expensive, love the 10% off with membership also

I live a few train stops away from a Barnes and Nobles in the city and would still prefer to drive up to this one. The store is clean, the staffs friendly. I absolutely love this location!!

The cashier wasnt friendly. It felt like she just wanted to get me out of the way. Not really happy with the service.

A couple things here you cant get shopping online are the smell of the books and browsing the aisles and having something catch your eye.

They are clean and organized. However, genres werent so easy to find, the retail associate was so helpful and polite.

This Barnes & Noble is a staple on Central Park Avenue. Great place to come for books. With today’s society I’m still happy that this book store is in business because today you can purchase books in so many different ways.

Always nice to go into a bookstore. They didnt have a large selection of fantasy and sci Fi books. Was somewhat disappointed. The store in Cortland NY is much better as well as in Poughkeepsie

Went to try to study at my local Barnes and Nobles on a Sunday afternoon. I was highly disappointed by the few number of seating options. They covered the outlets with cardboard, maybe as a way to discourage people to stay too long. As I stood there in disbelief, the cafe workers were rude and obnoxious as my friends and I decided whether or not to stay. They snickered on our way out. Ultimately decided to go to the other Barnes and Nobles in White Plains where the staff is much friendlier and they have functioning outlets.

Looking for a book Im growing marijuana felt insecure about the question the woman made me feel very comfortable even found me in the store later on to show me the few books she did have she went above and beyond a little gray hair woman with glasses nice woman

I have to give this business good review for how it endured the pandemic. It must have been difficult to shut down the community who reads and frequents the cafe. Up and running now!

Like all B&Ns, this one is a shadow of its former self. But, the selection of DVDs behind the cash register was impressive and weird: Agnes Varda in Yonkers?

Not a great experience. Staff here is very unfriendly compared to other Barnes and noble stores in the area. I won’t return here. It is old and run down. I was reading a book to my 3 year old grandson and the clerk told us to move on. Have spent thousands at these stores over the years. He was frightened and embarrassed. Not good.

Any book is better than no book. But they have the newest finds, and even for a big box book seller I have to say, pretty cool rare signed stuff too. You cant pass up the huge clearance bins here, youll always find something you like. Never leave empty handed.

I love and have always loved this Barnes and Noble. I wish I could walk in and buy the whole store, haha. Theres just something about Barnes and Nobles that just relaxes you.I came in looking for something good to read about the Human Brain. I ended up reading and later buying this book by Rita Carter The Human Brain Book great read, awesome pictures. No Im not studying for med school, Im really just intrigued by the subject!Anytime Ive ever come here in the past its always been quiet, it has remained that way since. And I really really hope this location doesnt close :( so many have closed and it would be such a shame to see this one go as well...

Love the vibe in this store-- its organic and alive. There are times when discussing titles and being surrounded by humans is so much more satisfying than keystroking to a non-conversational search bot. Very good stock and competitive pricing, plus always wonderful surprises in the closeout section.

One of the few Barnes and Noble remaining in the country. It looks like any typical B&N store with similar layout and a coffee shop inside. Not much selection in food item but decent Starbucks coffee. What makes it a good store is the people who works in there. Most of the employees there are good people and ready to help. Good place to take a break or buy last minute gift item.

Very professional & sweet female behind the information desk helped me place an order for a Steve Jobs hard cover book as well as Joel gave me good info. on a few nook tablets. Will definitely return to this store!! 👍👍

HUGE selection, service in Covid, and overall just soooo amazing. Non-book office items are there too, and of course, the books are amazing as always.

An oasis of peace and source of great reading material for all ages at a convenient distance from the city. Plenty of free parking, and close to other commercial venues for shopping or dining.

Book lovers heaven. What isnt there can be ordered by abundant, patient, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Have never made a mistake or missed a promised delivery date for ordered merchandise over many years. Significant money can be saved with membership card deals. Welcomes young readers. Coffee/seating area on premises.

Its very organized and clean. Lots of books to browse through and I found many books on sale.

I went use the bathroom. It wasnt really clean, toilet paper was on the floor. But there was soap to wash your hands and paper towel to dry your hands. Mask up.

Do like the store and the cafe variety of food is great. However, i came here to do some work and I would recommend that store make available more outlets for laptop users like me. Both times this wk that I have come the cafe is quite busy and only outlet access is at the window bar which were all taken the times I came in...luckily my laptop was fully charged both times I came in...

Sadly, these wonderful establishments are fading away. For well over 30 years, I have always enjoyed coming to Barnes and Noble and getting lost in books for hours. Now, I am trying to instill this sense of awe in my son. He needs to get books on a regular basis for school and now loves going here to pick out his books. The salespeople are always eager to help out. Long live print!!

The manager at the Starbucks with the dirty looking long black hair was extremely rude for no reason when I was asking the other girl for Splenda she was informing me they don’t have it. The other lady rudely interrupted and told me they are not getting it ever again either only sweet and low. Which I find disgusting. well if this is Starbucks policy it stinks all the money they charge for a beverage they should supply different sweeteners for there client. I purchased nothing. lost a sale

What can I say? Books! Magazine! And the new expanded toys and games. We bought a rubric cube... remember those? We came right before pandemic de Laredo, very few people and we were able to get what we wanted with social distancing.

Horrible staff! Outright unpleasant people which is hard to find when they are also so ill informed of there own product. And then of course, there is the price. Sorry B+N. Never again!
