They took a 50 dollar payment…I have not been able to order any books since they took my payment…I call everyday and have left several messages..no one from this company have returned my call yet…beware!!!!

I ordered a book and a magazine from Special Needs X-press, Inc. The book and magazine were never delivered to my incarcerated loved one and was sent back to Special Needs. I requested a refund for the no delivery of the products. This was over a month ago and no one has contacted me or refunded my card. Poor Customer Service, but Great Selection. $43.00 is not a lot but it is when you dont have the product you paid for.

Ordered my husband some books that had got returned due to nudity and also what the jail considered gang related. The mail room at the jail gave me a hard time. First I called Special Needs and they sent my husband proof of delivery to go along with his grievance and that is when we found out it was returned, i called a couple weeks later and the representative Darin who handles the online orders was great. He was able to find the order and credit my account so I can order immediately. Thank you for assisting me.

Excellent customer service and great variety of magazines. My order was shipped and received within a few days.. I would definitely order from them again for myself as well as for my family members.

I never received my order. The manager was very unprofessional, the staff was not informed of process, a lot of money was spent. I called toNo avail. I have never received my order and never received a refund.

We placed an order with them for one of our clients. They sent a rather rude email indicating it was credit card fraud, which it was not. Regardless of the content of the message, they could have been a lot more pleasant, instead they send a short, rude message that was very inpersonal, I find this rather bad customer service.

I have sent my brother 2 different orders weeks apart and have not received any sort of confirmation email or even an at all. Very frustrated.
