I am very displeased with the interaction I just had with one of their managers (Anthony Hamawi). I went through CarGurus got a quote from their management team. The price on the quote was $2,800 more than what it was advertised for. I asked for a fully itemized quote... Thats what I believed I got...They gave me a fully itemized quote... what I thought... But theyre fully itemized quote baked in roughly $2,800 more in hidden fees that were not itemized. These were only disclosed after waiting about 15 hours for response... calling the manager directly.... getting a confrontational response... and not having them budge on the price or feea... Buyer beware... scam alert

When we first got to the dealership, we were greeted right away by Anthony. He was a very friendly guy. Since we knew which car we wanted to buy, it did not take long for us to find the right car. Now, as with any other dealership, you can only afford to pay what you can afford to pay. We had a limit and Anthony managed to beat it and get my monthly payment at a comfortable number. I was recommended by someone about this Dealership, I was so apprehensive because, every dealership I went to could not assist me with my situation. I must say I was very very happy with the experience and professionalism of this sales team and I am happy my new car. I like the vehicle I acquired, but the salesman talked me into getting an auto loan, when I specifically told him I wanted to purchase my vehicle outright, there were hidden fees for the so called lifetime warranty that wasnt brought up in previous conversations, and the salesman lied to me about the auto loan he got for me, he told me if I paid the auto loan off, in a specific amount of time, I wouldnt be charged any interest. I paid the loan off, 2 days after receiving the vehicle, well ahead of my monthly due date, and was already charged a hefty amount in interest. Be careful with dealing with this dealership, they say they dont negotiate there prices cause they are giving you a lifetime warranty, but you have to pay a activation fee for that warranty, and then there is an extra charge for a bumper to bumper warranty. Very bad salesmanship, you dont lie and deceive a customer just to make a sale.

I would like to take time to retract my negative statement about Yonkers Auto Mall.  I was under the impression that I had paid too much for my car, and was charged a very high interest rate from them. This is not the case! I later found out that it was my bank who charged me the high interest rate!Upon contacting Gina the sales manager, she had explained everything to me very simply, and I see it was MY fault for not being knowledgeable about my bank loan.She was very informative and help me uncover a company that was dealing in a warranty scam about my car!So I say this, are they honest? yes!! Are they reliable?  yes!! should you go there?  yes, Most definitely!!And when you go try to talk to Eric, who was very polite and patient in helping me pick out an automobile!I was very fortunate in going to a dealership that went out of their way to make things right! Believe me theyre good,  you can trust them!!

Unfortunately when it was time to go I expected the gas to be full NO GAS in car and my car to be wash and detailed IT WAS NOT I had to miss work the next day to bring it back to them because the guy who cleans the cars Left early. After I been waiting there for 5 hoursI give Rafael and the Lady who help 5 starts if you decide to go please see him he was great !!But dont expect a clean car or full tank of gas when leaving.

Sal took the time to get us to the car that felt right. He was a true gentleman the whole time... including a no haggling effort to get us a price that could work on the car we really wanted. I felt like Gina was genuinely taking care of me when dealing with getting a good maintenance and financing deal. I ended up with a monthly financing rate that is manageable and has my car covered bumper to bumper for years to come. The only annoying experience I had with buying the car was with my own insurance company. Good side is Sal and Gina both offered knowledgable advice for me on that, which will likely lead to my saving money on a new insurance plan!

I will never ever get a car from here again. I purchased my first car from here back in 2016. The sales rep that I had was very good and respectful. Explained everything very well. Never had any issues. I bought a car from a sales rep by the name of Anthony. He sold a terrible car that kept needing work done. I haven’t even had the car a month and it was already giving me issues. I kept telling him what was going on he kept giving me the run around. I honestly felt pressured into buying this car. Every time I asked to look at a different car he kept trying to give me the car I did not want. Gave me a lot of attitude when I tried to look at a different car. He also kept telling me that he got me and that he was going to trade my old car in but by the time the month was up he told me I had to repo my car which btw he was supposed to be taking care of. I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through. I rarely ever complain or write bad reviews about places. But I just thought I would share my experience. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I was concerned to come to Yonkers Auto Mall at the start but then Jennifer convinced me to go I was introduced to MJ the sales person one of the most kind hearted salesmen I have met. He took the time to answer all my questions and even picked me up. He was very patient with me, made my buying experience a pleasure. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.
