The rep Alaeddin was very helpful. He helped my partner and I get 2 A51s with a case, glass screen protectors and wireless headphones for both phones for an amazing price! He also transferred all our information to the new phone as well. Definitely would recommend coming to this store.

Very bad experinced associate specially whos name is Alisha.Giving wrong and misleading information, I spent more than 90 minutes there then obliged to come back because my phone wasnt working with the new Sim she put in.

Alaeddin was very helpful. I asked what promotions they had going on and he showed me the A01 which was perfect for me. He also hooked me up with a screen protector.

Dont trust the reviews thats been written online because Ive been told by an employee that quit that the owner and manager pay friends and family to make positive reviews. These people in here are scam artists. They lied like they were giving me a deal on my phones I bought, but when I asked for an itemized receipt they wouldnt give me one. They pretended like they had given me deals, but when they finally produced a receipt, no deals had been given and I had been charged over $300/phone for 2 OLD iPhone 7s. Then they refused to give me a refund. I talked to a lady and she had been done the EXACT same way. I called customer service and they were foreign and of no help. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU.

The salesman talked us into a pricier phone in which he leveraged some promotion. It involved a new phone line in order to get the deal, and Im sure theyre incentivized or rated based on that. He assured us let the plan cancel, when the phone stops working come back and Ill give you the other line, so you get the savings . You guessed it, a month later stops working, go to the SAME GUY and has no idea what we are talking about. We heard the same thing. The new phone will stop working, bring it then, Ill assign the line and it will work. Then he gets into a shouting match! Unbelievable. Luckily another employee, a female, intervened and after some effort fixed the issue, doing exactly what this joker said he would do. Shouldve known, he had slick written all over him.

Their customer service rate is good. However during this time mask should be worn especially if your talking amougst customers. Covid is still present and not one employee wore a mask in the store. There were also customers not wearing one too ... Just a hot mess.

Brandon, I am very disappointed.You promised you would help if help was needed your charm and your promises is what made me purchase this phone.Make a note to yourself....this behavoir is not good if you really plan on becoming a manager. After care is just as important as the purchase. Shame on you!This is NOT how you treat a senior citizen.

This review is for the greatest customer service I received over the phone. Thanks Zessie # 307987 for helping me set up my daughter’s new phone for Christmas. My regular metro store was closed for the night. Zessie stayed with me on the phone for 31 minutes. I was upgrading from an android phone to an iPhone and I’m not phone savvy at all. Zessie was very knowledgeable of both phones. Thanks for being professional, having patience and very courteous.

Management was not helpful at Metro on Riverdale Ave in Yonkers he did not admit to his wrongdoing! I lift Boost for Metro for the wrong reasons! But now I regret it Ill be going back to Boost

This MetroPCS on Riverdale in Yonkers New York is a decent MetroPCS nice size store good customer service in great deals on phones and accessories English and Spanish speaking staff is available easy to spot driving up Riverdale in Yonkers or so is near a CVS and ShopRite fast service in and out at this MetroPCS

The people who work there are very helpful

Horrible customer service,they send you on your way and then when you call them they say you need to come to the store like they couldnt get it right the first time and people got nothing better to do than to go back and forth to their shop

Reading the reviews primers would save me a lot of time ... they offer promotions and articles and they are billed and then they cant help you ... to resolve the situation ... in the end I recommend going to any corporate subway ... and you will save time and any confusion ...
