I was personally blown away by this stores incredible service. all of the staff was so friendly and helpful. they made switching to at&t so easy! in particular, ivan, was helping me. he was so professional and customer friendly. i would love to go back just to talk to him again. i will absolutely be returning for my next phone upgrade. everyone only go to this at&t store.

Great customer service! The employee working (forgot his name, sry) was beyond helpful!Plenty of parking spots. Same shopping center at HMart. Not sure how long theyve been here, not too many cellphones out on display (yet)

Told me I had to go to the original store to return my phone despite return policy online clearly saying If your device was purchased at an AT&T retail, you may return it to any AT&T retail store during the return and exchange period. Went to the next store over in Scarsdale which was not the original store either and they were perfectly able to return my phone.EDIT: Saw the stores response, looks they were being truthful when they said they couldnt accept my return. However, if I had taken them for granted, I wouldve had to drive 3 hours up to the original store instead of 5 minutes to the one in Scarsdale. Changed my review to 3 stars.

Flawless and Seamless service. Ill definitely be a repeat customer. The sales associate was OUTSTANDING! Kudos to him for getting me in, satisfied and out in less than 30 minutes from start to finish!
