These techs are legit! My iPhone SE 2020 completely died on me, and I had no idea why. I had it for only one year and two months. I took it into the Apple store, and Apple told me there was nothing that they could do. I found this place, and they were able to do a deep dive to diagnose the issue, and fix it. The attention to detail that this store has is incredible. It is no wonder that they have a 98% dead phone revival rate. I really thought the phone was toast. If I have a repair to do again, I will definitely bring it here!

I called in thinking I needed a new charging port and screen replacement. But after coming in for curbside service and a free diagnostics, I was told it was just some dirt in the port and screen crack. He could’ve easily told me he had to fix the port without me knowing and charged me for that additional service!! He recommended I get a new battery to help with my charging issues and ordered one for me which will be here tomorrow. Without ever being pushy. My phone was fixed in less than 15 mins and customer service was amazing!! I walked away super happy to get this done so quickly and not having been jerked around. Wonderful techs! It took some time to figure out what was going on with my computer (something with the motherboard, which they could fix in house!). They were all so nice and Danny even dropped my computer off so that I could have it in time.

Replacing your screen has never been more painless. Service was fast (my iPhone 7 screen was fixed in the quoted 15 minutes and it works good as new). Gentleman who helped me couldn’t have been nicer. I asked about the more expensive OEM option, he explained that I’d probably be better off with the cheaper 3rd party screen. I ended up still needing the OEM screen, but I appreciated his honesty. Without question, I would come here again if I had the misfortune of breaking my iPhone.

Got me a screen for my old phone overnighted and fixed it in an hour when it arrived.

My iPhone 11 screen cracked from something dropping on it.......no problem for Repair Tech Kings. Danny the lead tech was great. Screen was fixed within half hour. When I got it back I saw camera wasn’t working from the damage. Danny took it back, put in a new camera and I had the phone the next day. Thanks Danny! I brought my phone in for repair on 8/18 and I have yet to receive my phone. Apparently it was repaired but I was never contacted or given a price before the so called repair. About a month ago I told them that I was going to seek legal advice and miraculously someone contacted me and told me that they have been trying to contact me and that my phone was partially fixed and that is waiting to be picked up at a location almost 1 hr away from the location that I dropped it off. I found this strange because Until that point I did not receive a voice message or email or a text from them from them. It’s been almost two months and I still do not have my phone. I sent an email, I’ve called them and no response . This company is a scam and I don’t even trust that if I they actually fixed it and I’m concerned that the phone would stop working shortly after.Reply -In response to your reply, I will not go back and forth with you anymore. I’ve been doing this for almost two months. You can keep your discount that you offered for the inconvenience and you can keep your services. I want no parts.

Wow - Danny and the team are great. I broke the glass on my iPhone XR. I tried to make an appointment at the “Genius” bar but it was over a 1 week wait. Fortunately I found Danny and the team. I called them up at 12:30 came by that day at 1:45 and walked away with a fixed iPhone for less than Apple would have charged. It is rare to find fast, good and cheap at the same time but these guys get it done.

Horrible experience and very poor customer service! I went in to get my perfectly working iPhone repaired because I had a crack on the back of the phone. Long story short, they broke my phone in the process of repairing it. I was dealing with the tech Danny and the manager James. They gave me the run around since day 1 and they gave me every excuse in the book as to why the phone was not working and settled on it being a manufacturer defect. It was a brand-new leased phone and I never had any issues with it; I just had a crack. If you don’t stay on top of things and continuously call/email them, they will not reach out to you. It has been over a month already and I have still do not have my phone. I had to pay off my carrier for the leased phone. Do not waste your time going to Repair Tech Kings to get your phone repaired. You’re honestly better off just getting a new phone.

After badly cracking my iPhone screen, a quick Google search led me to Repair Tech Kings. Thank God it did. Danny answered the phone immediately, scheduled me within the hour, and replaced my screen perfectly and quickly. I’ve already recommended him to three friends (ext. 101 when you call). It is a beautiful office, located in Ridge Hill with plenty of parking, and they really are open 24 hours. He even cleaned my phone under UV light to kill any bacteria, a very nice touch during these times.

When I called Repair Tech Kings, I spoke with with Daniel. Courteous and professional, Daniel knew what he is doing when it comes to repairs. I told him about my issue with my phone, it wouldnt even turn on. All stores told me they couldnt fix my iPhone and i would have to get a replacement. This place took my deposit for a battery replacement, which supposedly would be 2 days to get. a week passed so i called and they tell me no it didnt come in yet but will call you when it does....no explanation as to why they didnt have it yet when it should been 2 days. fast forward till now- 4 weeks later! i still dont have my deposit back cause they are having trouble finding my repair ticket. this place has no office, warehouse, or store front u can enter. i very thankfully only left a small deposit and didnt leave my phone there either, cause their setup is pretty shady. now its more just the principle of the matter to get deposit back. needless to say i would never go back there.
