This is for the Saturday @10:00am STAFF on Saturday August 7, 2021. I purchased an Apple Watch in that very store. Brought it back the following weekend to put the protector on the glass. I was sent to the young lady and asked her if she can please help me place the glass protector, I was thrown back by the unprofessional young lady when she replied “ I’M NOT GOOD AT THAT AND THATS DONE OUT OF COURTESY” as her shoulders we’re going up and down. The floor personnel agreed with her. I then asked if anyone else would help me, I got no answer…. I said forget it. I got NO courtesy for a 25+ year VERIZON customer. Wow! I took my watch to T- mobile. With NO problem they helped me. Sad story!Morning staff at the VERIZON AT CROSS COUNTRY have no courtesy!

Came into the store and we’re told that there was a 30 min wait because of being short staffed; we explained that we only needed to pick up a SIM card (that Verizon had already alerted the store about) but we’re told to wait, which was fine. We ended up waiting nearly TWO HOURS and were ignored by the staff while they helped other customers. The guys working there took their time with everyone else, and then when it was finally our turn, ran to the back, gave us a SIM card, and then dismissed us. It took less than 5 mins. It was mind blowing to watch them help other customers who came in AFTER us, when our request was so simple. The staff was also generally rude and dismissive when we asked about timing. We’re definitely going to report the store.

Mario the manager provides excellent customer service. Yesterday, my Dad and I went in for a replacement phone. However, my father is 85 years old and not internet savy. We needed a basic phone that was suitable for his needs. He took his time with us. Not pushy, but gave us so much options. Meanwhile, I went to the Verizon on Central ave a few weeks ago. The manager was rude and refused to help us. Mario keep up the great service you provide! I hope his efforts will be recognized. By the way, I may be switching my Sprint to Verizon.

The team in this shop is amazing a woman helped me with my only partially completed pick up order, as the onlone purchase had some technical issue, she managed the call to support to resolve my issue- with warmth and good communication with both the technician and myself. If that were not enough- several of her team members offered her support as this was at closing. In the end the issue was resolved, and the team made no moves to push me out the door even though the issue took another 20 minutes to resolve. I am so so impressed with this store. This was 8/16. Also as far as cleanliness I saw at least 3 people use cleaner to wipe down surfaces.I am so grateful.

Recently made an appointment on line, when I got to the store I was told the appointment was not in the system, but I had printed the confirmation and brought it with me, so they were able to help me that day but I had to wait. Every single employee encountered was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Other than having to wait in the heat for over a 1/2 hour because the online appointment process does not work, the rest of the process / repair was excellent due to the employees. During the pandemic, all precautions were taken to make it safe for employees and customers.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! On 7/29/2020 I went to this Verizon store because I Deleted my Contacts by accident and went there for assistance. The gentleman at the door asked me if I had an appointment. I said I didnt know I needed one. I simply explained my situation and if they could just give me some guidance. The gentleman said we dont do that here and I dont think that is possible . I then said but isnt there a way to recover them from the Cloud? And he said I dont think so. You are going to have to get in touch with Samsung .I then went into my car and call Verizon customer service to see if they could assist me. A Tech named Ryan called me back as I selected the Call me back option instead of holding. In 5 minutes he instructed me to download the Verizon Cloud app as we were on the phone. Followed his instructions and I instantly recovered all of my Contacts. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THAT LOCATION and never give them my business. All he was interested in was selling phone. Horrible Customer service. I would of been willing to make an appointment but he shut me down with FALSE INFORMATION.

I went in and bought a brand new S10 (or at least thats what I requested.) and Im almost certain they gave me a refurbished phone. The irony is I went to buy a new phone because the front camera on my old phone stopped working... got the new phone and guess what the front camera isnt working. It stopped working from the setup of the phone when I tried to do face recognition, it would not focus for nothing. Then on top of that, Im using the charger that came with the phone.... it wont fully charge the phone. I plugged it in overnight and it said 5 hours till fully charged... I was like wth??? But figured its because its the first time... I woke up 8 hours later my phone was only at 76%... 😡

He was polite,knowledgeable, and very patient. yen took his time with me and helped my load new phone and showed me new items on phone. Best customer service I have ever had. Thank you

Best Verizon store around and I have gone to different ones in the past and this is the only one that you actually don’t have to wait hours for help. I went in to upgrade my phone and I was helped by Crystal. Super nice and very patient. I had to back up my phone which took a while and she never rushed though the process. Would definitely recommend this store and if you do go ask for Crystal. 😊😊

Why would Verizon remove their tech support desk? And further more, why provide technical training to sales people? There was a reason why both departments were separate. Especially this branch at Cross County, Ive met some competent and some incompetent people working there, but my satisfaction was mostly attributed by the service from their tech team. Now I have to deal with sales people who cant think outside the box like the tech guy would. And now the branch is being renovated to add more space, and yet no one could have anticipated to provide auxiliary power to their charging bays so that their demo phones wont have to rely on battery power for the duration of the renovation???? The sales guys told me they made the complaint with the contractor but then again the employees at this branch should have verified there would be no interference in their business whatsoever while the renovation is going on, including loss of power which could limit access to demo phones when their batteries die. What was suppose to be a quick and easy upgrade for my phone turned out to be unnecessarily difficult. Also, since these guys now have technical training, shouldnt they figure out how to remove bugs and errors with some of their new phones on display so that their customers could try them out without problems... yet another reason for why my visit was a complete mess. If anything positive, never EVER let go of Bradley. He is the only associate there who does his best with all his customers. If he leaves, by his choice or not, the store should just re-staff EVERYBODY.

I am so happy I walked in Verizon yesterday and said I am getting my upgrade today and I was blessed to not only have one rep helping me out today but two reps helping me out today. Thank You Raymond and Jennifer, I am so happy with my phone and all of the accessories. I am definitely coming back. This Verizon location has always been there for me more than the other locations; so I am happy that I was satisfied with my services yesterday. I am all set for my vacations that I have lined up now. New phone = new camera shots for selfies!!! Yippee!!!

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. i went in today to return headphones from another Verizon store. They gave me some story how you are only allowed to return or exchange one time. I tried explaining that the headphones I got would not work right with an iPhone. Finally the manager agreed to exchange but refused to give me a refund for the difference of the two items since what I wanted was cheaper. He then told me that he was with a customer and couldnt help me.I usually never have issues at Verizon and its horrible that they would even have a store treat customers like this. I have had Verizon for over 15 years and never had any issues.Save yourself the time and go to the store in Yonkers. They are great. Took care of my return with no problems and even told me that if i didnt like what I got to feel free to come back again. Also I called Verizon customer service and they assured me there is no such policy.

I ordered my phone online and went to pick it up on 5/6. My mother is on the account, came with me but she walks with a cane and its very painful for her to walk. I explained this to Franklin the manager and he was very inconsiderate, rude, and disrespectful. He should not be working in the customer service field. I told him she was in the car, I have her ID and she can face time in to match the ID and give permission. He said no she needs to come in I said but she cant walk and he said very aggressively Then you cant get the phone!! no courtesy or other suggestions he was rude. Another rep spoke with me and he was much more polite and courteous. He was Hispanic with long black hair. He met my mother and I by the door so we didnt have to walk too far in. But Franklin the manager needs to go work in the stock room away from customers. Makes me want to leave Verizon completely.

The individual (Jennifer) we worked with was extremely unhelpful. My husband and I came in excited to set up our first phone plan together and purchase new phones. She was unhelpful and acted like we were idiots for not knowing how to set up our phone. This was nothing though compared to the fact that she gave us inaccurate information that required us to come back into the store to fix her mistake. Upon us arriving for the second time, she did not help at all and offered no apology for her mistake. Instead she suggested we either wait for 30 minutes or come back the next day. I cannot begin to describe how unhappy we are with Jennifer and this store. Do yourself a favor, choose a different location or at least a different employee.

Awful customer service. Stood there for a half hour even though I asked in the beginning if Id have to go through my insurance. Girl on floor said she didnt know. Watched the manager casually help ppl even though tons of ppl were waiting she couldve easily just checked in made sure ppl werent waiting around forever, unnecessarily. Finally when she was on her own phone seemingly not busy I approached her to ask and without even any apology, you have to call and go through insurance (which also the fact thats the only way these days is also nuts). It was very clear since it was a Monday evening it was thought if we go slow enough ppl will just leave. Crazy, will pick any location before this one again. Would love to leave zero stars honestly.

I should have read the reviews on this store before coming in. The salespeople here do nothing but try to push expensive stuff on you and they will even try to trick you. I just recently got a new phone here and had to turn down about a dozen bells and whistles until I finally consented to getting a screen cover for the phone. Without discussing options with me the salesperson applied a $45 cover to the phone and not only is it expensive, its terrible to boot. I can barely use the phone as I need to press the screen very hard to get it to register. I commented on this to the salesperson and he replied Yeah, but you dont have to press it that hard and walked away. I tried it out for a day and decided it was worthless so I called the store to see if it was possible to return it. The person on the phone was very helpful and said that if I brought in the receipt they would be able to return it without a problem. I drove to the store and waited for someone to be available at which point I was told that it was store policy that I could not return the item. Heed the advice of everyone posting here and just dont go, youll be much better off for it.

This is NOT a good store for anyone to do business with. This is my experience. I purchased a Galaxy S7 6 months ago with the store and the agents took care of me, fine. I purchase a Otterbox phone cover and a screen protector. The Verizon employee who said he put the screensaver lied to me. There was NO screensaver on my phone. I thought he did such a great job that I couldnt tell that the thing was ON. Man, what a disappointment; this past week my phone started getting deep scratches on it; so I decided to change the screensaver with a new one and to MY SURPRISE there was NO effing Screen saver on MY S7. I was totally deceived by their employee. NOW I have to pay $150 to my insurance to have the phone replaced. TERRIBLE Customer Service. If you can avoid it I RECOMMEND you go to a different Verizon store than this one. Do your homework b4 you decide to use the Verizon store at Cross County Mall.

If I could give negative stars I would. My trip to this chaotic hell was unquestionably the worst consumer experience I have ever had in my entire life. How anyone gave the place more than 1 star is beyond my comprehension. Either the place should get shut down, or they should fire everyone there and hire people who act like human beings.From the moment I walked in, every single person I had to deal with (EXCEPT FOR ALEXANDRA. KEEP HER. MAKE HER MANAGER. SHE IS THE ONLY RATIONAL, INTELLIGENT AND HELPFUL PERSON THERE) was rude, knew nothing about what they were saying, acted completely callously towards everything and anything I said or did, and did not help me in the least. None of the information I was told at any point was even remotely correct.They did not have either the iPhone 5 or 6-- neither in stock nor on display, and when I asked to see any kind of picture of those phones or anything they acted as if I was being insane. Alex (different from Alexandra) literally rolled his eyes when I asked-- in response to the question what color do you want? WTF?!?Another administrator of our VZW account called on my cellphone in order to ask some questions that she had, predominantly in order to add me to our account administratively so I could effectively purchase my new phone, and acted 100% cordially-- the woman (Linda) literally handed the phone back to me in the middle of a sentence and said verbatim, Im not speaking to her anymore. Who does that?! It was a customer, a paying customer, and she acted towards her like she was some kind of old frenemy. They initially told me it would be impossible for anyone to put me on the account. I simply stood there by the desk texting for 10 minutes and then the guy (Alex) looks at his cellphone and goes Okay, you probably can actually-- as if something had changed? The lazy piece of crap actually just lied to me. I cannot fathom why. All rude, unpleasant, and unintelligent. If only any of them had something going for themselves. They are all pathetic.They straight up lied to me on multiple accounts. They did not mention to me that they didnt have the phone I was buying until after I was buying it, and then the guy (Alex) told me (in the midst of a conversation he was having with a friend of his, while actually in the middle of helping me) that it wouldnt even get to my address until the following Tuesday. In addition, he thrice-- three times -- told me an incomplete price. Even when he said that is the total price he wasnt telling the truth. Moron.I am literally never going back to the Cross County Shopping Center, not even just the Verizon Store. Those idiots just lost that complex a lot of business. I will make sure everyone I know is aware of how unfortunate those idiots actually are. the whole ordeal was horrendous. It actually brought back psychological issues of mine that havent resurfaced in a while. These people legitimately made me sad.Bottom Line?STAY AWAY.
