As soon as I walked into the store, a chubby guy dressed very nice looked right at me and never said a word of greetings to me. When I addressed him for ignoring me he just looked away!! I called the store after I walked out. I worked for Neiman Marcus where customer service was EVERYTHING. If you dont greet me I will spend my money elsewhere. What a shame. Shame on you. I love Kors. I didnt get to experience this store and Ill tell 20 about this bad service. He made the whole store look bad.

I HAVE NEVER EVER WROTE A REVIEW BEFORE BUT I HAVE TO NOWI WENT IN TO THE STORE IN CROSS COUNTY 5/5/21 LOOKING FOR A MOTHERS DAY GIFE I KNOW LEAVE IT TO THE LAST MINUTE BUT I MET A YOUNG LADY NAMED LIZ WHO WAS AMAZING THE STUFF I WANTED TO BUY WAS NOT IN THIS STORE SO SHE WENT ONLINE FOUND WHAT I NEEDED AT 3 DIFFERENT STORES SHE THEN HAD EVERYTHING RESERVED FOR ME THEN SHE TOOK ALL MY INFO FAXED AND FORWARDED ME THE PAY LINKS...THEN THE NEXT DAY SHE CALLED AND FOLLOWED UP WITH ME AND MADE SURE ALL WAS GOOD THE ONLY THING IM SORRY ABOUT IS THAT I COULDNT BUY IT THERE AND FOR HER TO GET THE CREDIT FOR IT....THIS YOUNG LADY TOOK CUSTOMER SERVICE TO A NEW LEVEL IF SHE EVER NEEDS A JOB ID HIRE HER(TOYOTA)

Came her with my wife and I seriously had the best shopping experience ever. One would think its a regular Michael kors store in cross country whats the big deal? This employee named Melissa gave us the best experience ever. So pleasant, energetic, fun charismatic and just outright awesome. Truly appreciates her job and her art. I cannot say enough about her but seriously stop by ask for her and just tell her what you need

I had a great experience buying here. The Staff is very nice and polite. But be aware watches: it says “water resistant” I have but 2 and but of it as soon as I washed my hands with them got water inside. I was veeeeeery sad because I was madly in love with them. Chose not to by anymore watches anymore. But all the bags, shoes, jeans, dresses, they fit perfectly and are amazing.
