Solid store with a good layout and a lot of room to move around. Lots of associates and always willing to help with your needs.

Customer service from Liz was great. The problem is in the store is not very light, so when I came home to wrap my step daughters birthday present I opened the box and saw the shoes... they are stained all the way around on both shoes. I can’t believe they let shoes like this walk out the store and I can’t believe I didn’t even notice it. Shoes like this that come into inventory should ALWAYS be sent back to the manufacturer.

I was there a few weeks ago, the super, awesome and very helpful, Celesia!!! Her customer service skills are immaculate. I watched her help 3 families, including mine, in a timely matter. The entire team is super dope!! Starting with the dude who stands at the door, they always make you feel comfortable spending your money, its a great feeling along with great priced sneakers !!! I love this store !!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this location I was racially profile because I was black and I just wanted to exchange something young lady named EVA pretty much said I stole it but I had a receipt and My original bag that it came with I didn’t even want money back I want another color be careful shopping while black or Hispanic in this location I would never go back to that location I do like the store for my children but I’ve never been disrespected in such away. At the end of the story I was able To get the rite color I wanted so I asked for another manager to step in and apologize but it’s too late somethings you just can’t say sorry for a move on be aware of people and stay woke people please you’re giving them your money that you work hard for and just know who you give your money to God bless

One of my favorite cash only Italian restaurant in Harlem. Has a great ambience and staff is always willing to please. Remember to bring your cash as they except no credit or debit cards. Theres a nice wine selection but the chefs are the ones to be highlighted here. Try the black seafood linguine dish my favorite is the grilled salmon with mashed potatoes. Always a great dessert selection my favorite is the Affogato.

Love the energy. I would revisit this store all the time. Very helpful.

Friendly, helpful staff but limited sizes in sneakers

I went to the Footaction store in Garden State Plaza Mall in Paramus, NJ looking for a specific shoe, which they had, but not in my size. A lazy employee suggested that I check Champs or Footlocker on the other side of mall (not sure why he would send me to another store without checking the computer). I go to the cashier but she was no help. Manager noticed that i wasnt just going to give up just like that so he checked the inventory and he told me that the only store that had my size was the Footaction Store in Yonkers, NY, but advised me to call them before I traveled there. I called the yonkers location about 20 times and no one answered (during business hours). When i finally get through, i asked them if they had the specific shoe i was looking for and they were clueless on that model shoe. Finally, i explain to them that the situation and offer them the SKU number. They check and come back to the phone and tell me them have it. I end up traveling to Yonkers, NY and they are clueless on what shoe i was talking about. I had to go to the shoes website to show them because they kept telling me that that shoe doesnt exist. Bottom line, i left without the shoes and wasted half my day stuck in NY traffic because of these lazy teens that have these jobs!....needless to say, NEVER AGAIN with these stores!

Took my nieces shopping for sneakers today oh my God didnt expect to spend so much darn teenagers.
