I was here today to buy breakfast for the first time and I must say this dunkin is disgusting to be in such a nice area. I walked in via there back door to the parking lot and happened to stop at there bathroom. I wanted to run, Mind you I had no time to stop at another dunkin because it was almost time for work. Never again will I visit this dunkin. I decided not to buy breakfast. If they do not care about there bathroom during a pandemic what would they care about the cleanliness of the entire restaurant. I googled them when I got in my car to call them and inform them of how unsanitary there place was and all I got was constant busy signal. They have to do better. Shame on them 😳

I wish I could give a zero stars to this dunkin. I have been in this area since September 5, 2021 on a job assignment, The very first day I came here I observed there bathroom to be dirty and disgusting. When I walked around to the front to order I witnessed a male behind the counter that stated to me that he was the manager once I told him how dirty the bathroom was. He carried on by saying the school kids do this, Mind you school was not in yet. I have been here numerous of times and today I complained to him and a lady who claims to be manager also and he stated again its the school kids, Mind you it is now 8am and they open at 7am what school kids have done this so early in the morning. It means this bathroom was not cleaned the night before. And the floors to the store seem to not have been mopped in months. The manager had more of an I do not care attitude, He cares more about you buying. Horrible dunkin experience.

Today my husband and two daughters came in to buy two Baskin and Robbin ice cream. The two male workers did not acknowledge that we were even there. My husband asked one worker where do you order and he didn’t even answer. So my husband asked again and told that my daughter wants two scoops of ice cream he made it and before we can order for my other daughter he disappeared. Then another worker came up and told us to move because he had to take care of someone else after he was done he was walking away from us and I had to tell him about my other daughter wanted ice cream. He finally did it and took us about twenty minutes to get ice cream. I will never go back to experience this type of ignorance I call it .

You can easily drive past this place and completely miss it. Located in a small outlet center, across the street from a local High School. Established as a both Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robins. They DO NOT have soft serve ice cream, nor all 31 flavors. A modest location for a scooped sundae or shake.

My experience was fine until my wife took my son into the restroom. She came out and let the employees know there was no soap in the restroom. They said they knew that. She asked them if they washed their hands with soap at work and they said no. Enough said. Never going back. No thank you

Quick and efficient when doing my order. Cant complain.

I think their choices are somewhat limited. They may have alot of different ice creams but they are not good ones and they are a bit over priced. For me, i would rather buy the cones, ice cream and toppings and go home and have a fun time with the kids and save a few bucks at the same time.

The people who operate this store are dishonest at best. After completing the on-line customer satisfaction survey for a free donut when you purchase a medium or larger beverage they refused to honor it. (This happened twice). They stated that the computer does not recognize the code. That is not the condition for the coupon. They are so cheap and dishonest that they refuse to honor a coupon for a free donut. The rude lady after appearing to attempt putting the code in the computer asked me with an attitude what do you want me to do? Obviously, give me the donut I am entitled to. I will never patronize this establishment again. What cheap, dishonest and low behavior!

Went in today with 3 min to spare wanted an ice cream for my daughter, guy says no, If you don’t want to work don’t work, horrible customer service

I came in for the Strangers Things event to an extremely understaffed team. They had all the posters up for the Stranger Things Event so we waited in a fifteen minute minute line. When I reached the front of the line they told us that they did not have any of the items they advertised. If I could give negative 5 stars I would.

DONT DO IT!!Everyone that has left a bad review of this place have got it spot on, It’s a dirty place, The people that work there are rude and act like your inconvenient when you come in, they are slow, and inconsiderate, not to mention one person works and the other one can only takeMoney and yell the orders without lifting a finger, ordered a large drink after I paid the man yelled twice medium, medium ( are you really trying to make and extra 50cents??) DONT trust it, absolutely bad look for Dunkin brands, place needs an overhaul... location is a Baskn and Robbins also, god forbid you ask for ice cream they might turn red with disgust, and they suck at making milkshakes, all the equipment is super dirty, don’t do it, you’ve been warned...
