The reason for the three stars is because I shouldn’t do more work to get me tires than the actual shop it’s self. I made an appointment(online) early Monday morning (5am) prior to the shop even opening, my appointment was set for the fallowing Tuesday with my tires already selected and I even contacted the customer service because I found the tires for cheaper and they were willing to drop the price for me! Sounds great right? Tuesday morning rolls around and I show up to the store only to find out they don’t have my tire in stock and they would need to have them shipped to the store… i asked why no one called me Monday to advise me on this and the guy at the desk had no answer. We spent another 30mins trying to find replacement tires. The new tires were found a few cities over but because it was early morning traffic time they wouldn’t get back to the shop until 1.5hrs later, the work I had put in price comparing went out the window because the guy at the desk said he couldn’t match the price on these this other brand of tire… frustration finally ended three and a half hours later when the tires were finally installed. The guys who worked the shop installing are amazing! Very fast and knowledgeable in their craft, I wish I could say the same for the front office guys who should have seen my appointment print out the day before and contacted me about not having the product shown on the website. My suggestion is call ahead and make sure they have what you need, the shop guys are excellent! Front office not so much.

I called to request price for my Mazda CX-5. Next day tires were there and when I arrived the service was excellent. They were very busy but my car was completed in half an hour!!! I feel very comfortable that I chose this business… thank you!

Joe and his team Louise took great care of us. We are on a budget and my front two tires were bald. I needed a good deal and shopped around a bit. Everywhere was well over the price I was given to me by Joe. He worked with our budget and really gave me exceptional service made me feel like it was safe to go here and I wont be ripped off. This is the second time iv come in here for 2 different cars, each time I felt taken care of. I will definitely recommend this business and only going here for my tires. I called for a quote for 4 tires for my car. Nicholas answered and provided me my quote and he could hear my disappointment -- he then asked if he was in the ball park of my other quote (from Costco) which they are sometimes hard to beat. Without hesitation he said he would price match it. I was shocked. Nicholas, went beyond the call of duty as he could have just provided the quote and moved along his day. He provided exceptional customer service and now has a life long custimer who will refer other customers to him. Thank you Nicholas! Great customer service by Mr. Chacon. A lot stores have specials online that do not apply in store (which is stupid). I am not sure if the specials I wanted were online only but Mr. Chacon honored all of the online specials even though I did everything in person. He does what is required to makes things right without me having to ask. I highly recommend them.

Had multiple visits to this shop, after purchasing set of tires.Nick was helpful and fast at multi tasking and taking your car in, I give him that.I had already paid for the alignment at the time of purchasing 4 tires on the first visit. And still here again for the Realignment.Update: Alignment still didnt work!!I am promised by Nick another set of tires as to resolve the alignment on the car as it may make the alignment correct.Update: They were able to resolve the issue with an upgrade to a better tire brand for me, I still have the alignment issue as the steering wheel is crooked, Ramon helped me out this time and he said to bring it back another time for a alignment again, my problem is fixed now as the car used to pull to the right, I just have to take it back for another alignment visit.Overall they made it to my expectations.

I have taken a vehicle or 2 to this location. Competitive pricing. Set an appointment for Sat morning. You can imagine thats their heaviest day. While my van was up on the rack getting tires they called to let me know my shocks were blown out and leaking. Figured I would be back the following Sat to get it done. Got a discount price and told that its on the rack and it can be done by the end of the day. Took a look at the old shocks when I picked up the van. They were right. Great service!

Place is a total rip off. Tried to charge me $1200 bux for a tune up on a 2000 Honda CRV.

Wow. I’m a super positive person and don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this has to be done. We ordered really nice expensive tires for our trailer from Goodyear. Goodyear sends those tires to shops for installation and we chose American Tire Depot. We set up an appointment, and ATD even called to confirm our appointment weeks ahead of time. When we arrived they said that the tires weren’t sent and didn’t offer any assistance to call Goodyear just stared at us. We said “well can you call to find out what’s going on.” They dragged their feet so hard and we were leaving on our month long southwest trip in 4 days! I was dubious about their intentions so we called Goodyear, and Goodyear confirmed that they sent the tires to ATD and that American Tire Depot had also confirmed that they had received the tires. 😳👀 Goodyear offered to send the tires to a different shop since we had zero confidence in ATD. Just Tires received the tires in a day and had them installed before we had to leave on our trip. A real bummer of an experience 😕 I do NOT recommend using American Tire Depot.

I dropped my car off for a 9 A.M appointment for tires, oil change and an alignment, and was told it should be ready around 12:30. I called back at 1:15 pm and was told the car would be ready at 2:00 pm at the latest. The car was not ready until 3:30. When I picked up the car, the tires were over inflated well above the manufactures specifications. Upon getting home, I checked the oil only to find it had been underfilled to the point where it was well below the safe zone on the dipstick. I understand that sometimes things take longer than expected, however with my experience working in the automotive industry, I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle here for service.

Fantastic service, got a 3/8 bolt in my tire, took it over, the tire couldnt be saved obviously, but they had the exact replacement I needed in stocks, hooked me up in about 15 minutes, the dudes that I dealt with were super cool and very helpful, next time I need tires I will go back there for sure

These guys did a great job for me went ATD in orange wouldnt cover my warrant telling me my wattanty only covered repairs not replacements and said I had to go to the store I had bought them. went to another store in orange they told me that they where not correct but that they did not have my size hreat guys in orange they checked stock in yorba linda store they had my size and would be able to help me, so I called them they checked there physical stock they had it and would hold 1 for me when I got there they inspected my flat verified it needed replacement in about 45 minutes gave me back my new tire had to cover mounting and balancing but tire was free. GREAT JOB IN ORANGE AND YORBA LINDA Im very happy with my experience I work for AAA and will definitely be recommending these stores. as for anaheim well lets just say not so much.

Just went into this specific one in Yorba Linda to get my tires patched up. Went to this location before and got wonderful service. Everyone knows the best thing about American Tire Depot is they patch tires for free. Went in with my little girl and told the supposed Supervisor my situation. That I possibly had 3 nails in 3 separate tires. He said okay it will take a couple of hours. Which was no big deal. But then I ask him how much to patch tires? He doesn’t mention one thing about American Tire Depot does that for free. (Which I know they do) He tells me he has to look at it and then determine price. I tell him about my how cool this place was before with patching tires. And he tells me well all those people got fired about 4 months ago and he’s running a different program! So I said thank you but no thank you and left. Right when I left I called the American Tire Depot in Orange and right away they tell me they patch tires for free. Long story short the new management at this Yorba Linda location sucks!!!

Shop at America’s Tire, Allen Tire, or Costco before considering this place.Lots of things go wrong here. I’ve had to bring my car back multiple times due to a misbalancing issue. I had to pay $80 elsewhere to balance my tires properly and “zero them out.” I’ve had problems on the phone where I’m told one price then am never able to obtain that price again, it always goes up. Whenever I do have work done here the wait time is underestimated by hours sometimes. So a 45 minute turnaround turns into 3 hours. These people who work here do their jobs, but not to the high level you can find elsewhere. Take this as a caution, it might not happen to you, if it does it really sucks.

Actually I went to three different places for my brake inspection, the quotes given to me were almost same from all three work shops. But when i visited this place in Yorba Linda, I felt as if i had known this place for a long time, though it was just first time, and that was because the people over there were very friendly, polite, with great mechanical and technical knowledge. They just not explained to me in detail about my vehicle, but worked out with best price as well, in fact they did beat the price for all three places i previously visited.The guy named Lalo was great, he honored and respected me for being a senior citizen and really won my heart. And not only with me, but his attitude with other customers was also great while i was there, and i could feel other customers seemed to be very contented with his service.Therefore, i would say that this place is great and i am very happy with the work done on my vehicle, and moreover, this place is excellent for young and senior customers. Senior citizens must try this place.

Had a tire fixed there no change but wanted a 20 dollar donation plugged tire went flat again. Not happy will not go back should have put a patch not a plug

I dropped my car in to see about repairing a little leaking tire. Turns out they said I needed new tires as the tread on my tires was almost gone. They replaced all tires for me, balanced them, and included an alignment at no extra cost. I got a good price and my car was ready a few hours later.

I have dealt with bot Mike and Jesse few times now, very friendly, always go an extra mile to ensure i get what i need within my desired budget. I used to go to the Orange location on Tustin but that location has very unprofessional people, they always give you a run around when you need your tires rotated, even with appointments they keep you waiting for two hours, and they speak with you in rude manner as if your business is not really welcome. So i switched to the yorba linda location and i am glad i did.

Their one-on-one customer service was extremely appreciated and their work was very efficient and they worked quickly to get the oil change done so I wont have to wait in the heat cuz you have to wait outside thats the only drawback is they dont have no chairs no shade no umbrella you just got to stand out there so I had to go across the street to the Big Lots to sit in the shade and wait but thats the only drawback but besides that it was very good experience and a very affordable and cost me $60 for my oil change and I needed the best oil that they had

I usually buy my tires at different tire store, but from now on Im only going to come to American Tire Depot.The tire store that I usually use, and have used for years, told me that I needed new tires and fortunately I didnt have time to get them put on on that day, so I left. I decided to shop around for a good price, and American Tire Depot, who has done other work on my vehicles in the past, had the best price on the tires that I needed.I went to the Yorba Linda store, and Billy helped me. He told me that he was just going to go get some information from my truck, like they normally do, but when he came back what he told me surprised, and pleased me. He said that I did not need new tires, and that the tires on my truck were fine and still had a few thousand miles left on them.Who does that!? Somebody whos honest and cares about their customers. Thank you very much Billy for taking care of me. You solidified my faith in American Tire Depot, and Ill be coming to your shop in the future when I need my truck, or my wifes car worked on.Thank you again. I have been a customer at this location for several years. I bring in my truck for all repairs along with my wife’s car as well. The team knows me well and they treat me right for being a loyal customer as I have spent thousands of dollars there from simple oil changes to major overhauls.But I was disappointed to learn that my connection there whose name is Billy, will no longer be employed there because of management decisions. I was very upset to hear that as it is difficult to find a mechanic that I can trust and takes care of his customers. Billy was that type of person. Then when I brought in my wife’s car yesterday for service, I was appalled by Rudy when he started talking to my wife about religion and politics when we made payment. Is that what I should expect now that Billy will no longer be at this location?I hope that I do not have to do another search for a different mechanic. But if that is what needs to happen because I am lacking the service and attention that Billy provides for me, then that is what I will have to do.

So far so good. Mike gave me a good price on some BFG KO2. Double checked the tire balance no problem when I noticed some vibration. Didn’t help but we’ll see if it just wears in. Courteous. Didn’t try to upsell me too much.

Five stars because of Mike and how well he explained things.On a side note, there are signs all over the store saying we have to wear a mask to enter. I was wearing one but not one single employee had one on. They had no seating in the waiting area because of Covid 19, which I understand and respect, but no employee wearing a mask was a little disturbing. When I questioned them, they said they’ll be taking those signs down soon anyway.Just an observation.

Billy is awesome! Recently I took my Mustang into his shop with an overheating problem. The shop was real busy and Billy called me after hours and had my car ready the next day without issue. It is refreshing to have both a fair and honest response when my car is not working properly. I have 4 cars and they only go the Billy!

Came in to buy and get four tires installed March 9th at 5:50pm right before they closed at 6pm and was refused service. The person at the front desk claimed that the district manager told him to “close early“ and would not be working on installing any tires for me. I asked that he ask call the district manager and ask him if it’s okay to go and install it for me since I had driven quite a long way to get to this location that has these specific tires in stock. Again he refuses to call him. Right after I ask to speak with a store manager and he says he’s not here. After going back and forth for about 5 minutes now he claims that he is the store manager and he isn’t going to be doing anything for me today. Regardless, I needed to get the tires purchased so I ask if I can just buy the tires and get them install elsewhere and now he says he doesn’t have them in stock. On America’s Tire website, it specifically said this location had it and now he is saying he doesn’t have it claiming that the website hasn’t updated. Instead of arguing for 10 minutes, the install could’ve been done since most larger tire shops shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to install a set of tires. From business to business this type of customer service is embarrassing. Not even wanting to make a sale on a set of tires 👎. It seems every time I try America’s Tire I always have an issue with customer service. I’ll make sure to stick with Big O tires.

So happy with my experience! About a week ago I got home from work to one of my tires having low air pressure. I asked my dad for help and he found a screw in it but unfortunately, I had to wait until Monday to take it anywhere. So the spare tire went on. I looked at reviews of where to take it to get fixed and came across this location. I made an appointment online and took my car in. After waiting for those in front of me to be helped, Billy brought my tire in to show me not only was there a screw but there was also an air leak that could not be repaired (not what anyone wants to hear). He checked their inventory and showed they should have had 1 new tire for my car, but their inventory was wrong. However, he said the warehouse had some and he could have it in by the afternoon! He assured me that my other tires were fine and they put some air in my spare tire as well. Coming back later was a little difficult since I had work but Billy let me know that they should have my tire all ready to install if I could make it in on my lunch break. He called me around 3pm to let me know they had received my tire and luckily I was able to make it on my lunch break. He wasn’t kidding about having it ready for me because as soon as I got there he walked out and had my tire put on and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Amazing customer service and I am still so thankful that I was taken care of from start to finish by Billy! Definitely ask for him!

I had bought a set of Goodyear tires and struts for my daughters car here. They called to let me know it was time for the tires to get rotated so I took it in. Now I expected them to look over the car and find things that might need to be repaired as car repair places usually do. I was ready to have them do the brakes and a bushing that I knew were needing repair. HERE WAS THE PROBLEM... among the things they listed needing to be fixed they included the car was due for an oil change. I JUST CHANGED THE OIL THE DAY BEFORE! less than 24 hours earlier. When you catch someone in a lie how can you trust the rest of what they say? How do I even know they rotated the tires? BAD MOVE. Lost my business and that of anyone I know.

I received great phone service from Billy and Adam when inquiring about tire prices. When I went to get my tires replaced I had the pleasure of meeting Adam in person. I am very satisfied with my experience the cost worked for my budget and I was in and out quickly only spent an hour and a half at the shop and I was able to get on with the rest of my day. Got a flat tire while driving and stopped here for a fix. Tires were running low anyways so I decided to replace them all. They had the size on hand and got me in and out fast! About two months ago i bought 4 tires, had them rotated, and had alignment done in less than 1 hour on a busy Saturday. Of course it best to go early when they first open up at 800am on Saturday. Service manager was professional, courteous, and knew his stuff!! Since then I bought lifetime alignment for $99 which is a great deal if you plan on keeping your vehicle. Therefore, I can stop by anytime I need my alignment done which is recommended every 5000 miles, which nobody but me follows. Highly recommended this American tire depot because of there knowledge, customer service, and great work!! Thx

Had a great experience. I bought some Toyo RT for my tundra. Billy was extremely helpful and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. They even picked me after my tires were done so that I could test drive them.

Brought our car in for what we thought were quick and small fixes. Joe let us know there were more underlying issues and took the time to show and explain everything to us, giving us the ability to choose what was repaired or left. Everyone was very helpful, which is great when you dont know much about cars!

These guys are great. Not normally in the area and had a low pressure warning. Gas station air pump wouldnt work. They rotated tires and put air in my tires super fast!
