Jose and his team did a excellent job on my old 59 Dodge Coronets disc brakes. My 59’s breaks were in bad shape. Now I can stop on a dime! Safety was a number one priority for me ! Since this car has been repaired, I am glad that I have a dependable place to bring all of my family’s vehicles!

Many of the people in our corvette club have been coming to Jose and his staff for tires, alignments and oil changes. They do a great job at reasonable pricing. Ask for Jose at the Yorba Linda store and tell him that Ted and Leo from OC Vettes sent you.

Went in to get my wheel alignment done after installing some new control arms work seemed like it was never done my steering wheel was still off center . I went to do the alignment myself and confirmed that the toe was off and hadnt been adjusted.

I have been coming here for years, but every since Roger left, I have not been happy. I bought my 4 tires there two years ago, and I also bought the warranty on all four tires. One of those tires is clearly warned out (it’s supposed to last 60K miles) so when I took it in this morning I was told it was not covered under the warranty because I have not taken it in for the tire rotation. The second excuse was that I had taken it in way too often....what? I asked them, why do you rotate them then if it’s been before the 5 K miles? I’d course, they had no answer to that. (Why are they performing something that it’s unnecessary) I simply can’t TRUST them anymore, so after many years of taking my cars there, and recommending my friends, I will no longer be going back.

This was not like walking into most tire or mechanics places. It was a warm comfortable, clean, family feeling. they are very fair, very good people and most helpful. I was referred by my mother who has been taking her cars there for years. They are very budget conscious and provide excellent services. I would highly recommend them!!!

I was very happy with the service given by Jose and crew. He helped me find the right tires and educated me a bit on the differences between the different styles and brands. I was able to add on and oil change with no additional time spent waiting, as they were able to accomplish both services at the same time.Jose even recognized the name of the street that I live on as the same street as another long time customer. He even remembered his name, and it is my next door neighbor. Its great to find a local business that has that kind of old fashioned, small town friendly feel... and gets the job down quickly and at a fair price.

I discovered Allen Tire when looking for tires for my RV. I was very impressed with their Customer Service. Not only did I receive my tires at a good price, they even went after the manufacturer to refund a good portion of the price of the prior tires that failed. I had not purchased those tires from them nor did I have the tires that failed after only 8,000 miles and 4.5 years. I was so impressed with the effort that they went to on my RV, I also purchased 4 new tires for my car. Everyone that I have dealt with at Allen Tire was very professional and I highly recommend them.

I have come in a few times with my cars, and I have to say this. Car repair places and mechanics have a long history of being dishonest and unscrupulous people. Its EASY to take advantage of the common people in life with a very complex piece of machinery like a car. I have nothing but respect for the folks at this Allen Tire. They have been nothing short of honest, and have worked hard on my cars to get them done fast. I even came in and got a repair FOR FREE (granted--it was MINOR, but still...they fixed it for free because they saw probably I was a customer). What great service. What a great manager (dont know his name--the big guy up front--soft spoken and smiles a lot...FELIX??)I HIGHLY recommend Allen Tire on Imperial Highway in Yorba Linda--they are great.

The service was excellent as in the past. I called ahead and the tires were ready when I arrived. The new tire installation and alignment took less time than expected.
