Brett was extremely rude when the signature pad was not working. He started to berate me for doing it wrong. I asked for his manager and he said he wasnt there. Out of the back office walks Sahar, Bretts manager. So not only did Brett treat the customer rudely- he lied. As Sahar was asking me what happened Brett kept interrupting and arguing!!! It was unbelievably rude. I told them that they had lost my business and Brett said good, leave. The manager never apologized. My weekly gas fill ups and daily monster purchases will from now on be done at the 76 station down the street.
Worste customer service ever and huge additude problem
