This Starbucks always seems to have a line but they always maintain their fast and friendly service!

This is the best coffee place ever! I got the Salted Carmel Mocha Frappuccino and it was delicious! This is my favourite spot to chill and study and they even have outlets under the table! Definitely a must go!

Drive thru is slow but the coffee is good

The store stopped taking orders several min before closing.. staff was goofing off and ran away from the window when we passed after waiting to get out of the drive thru. We saw one slide across the floor and could hear another laughing as we passed. Employees should have closed off the drive-thru as many other locations have done. Very unprofessional behavior that poorly reflects upon the company.

It was really nice to have an old favorite. I had a grande iced latte, and a bacon gouda breakfast sandwich. The line was 5 cars and went quickly, I was impressed with the speed and courteous nature of the service people. My breakfast sandwich was heated to perfection crispy on the outside with delicious perfectly cooked eggs and bacon. A medley of tastes well done. The only thing better was the iced latte, perfect harmony of ice coffee and milk. I was very satisfied and will do that again 😊👍

Hit or miss here. The service and drinks can be great or they can really suck. I mobile order. Today my coffee was on time, just being finished up, had a friendly greeting and the barista acknowledged me and wished me a nice day. Yesterday they had twice as many employees and not one ever looked up to acknowledge or greet me. My coffee was sitting there but I couldnt get anyones attention to get it. When I did, it was made wrong. They were not friendly and seemed to care less about customers.

I live nearby and every time, literally, every time in the last 5 yrs of me coming here, the order is WRONG EVERYTIME!!! Everything from a Salted Caramel Frappe or even the S’mores Frappe! And then my name is spelled wrong! The staff is too busy gossiping to themselves to actually pay attention to those of us coming in. Honest if I could rate negative I would. The staff taking the order just always sound so uninterested and I’ve gotten a few that just didn’t bother to actually hear me out. I’ve ordered extra toppings before as well, and omg they sure know how to add the bare minimum after I’m paying extra. I feel they should get retraining on some areas.

Friendly fast service, better than at other locations. Frappuchino was good. Pleasant atmosphere. I believe they moved few stores downThey used to be on a corner with nice outdoor patio. Wonder what happened.

Good coffee when they can get the order correct. Sometimes it seems they dont write the order down or something and it comes all messed up. Have had that issue multiple times at this drive-thru. Other than that, its Starbucks!

I love Starbucks...but not this one. I was in Yorba Linda visiting family over the Holidays. During that time I visited this store about 9 times. I have also been here many times since it moved locations in the parking lot. Every time the service has been painstakingly slow and inefficient.I tried drive through, I tried going in, I tried mobile ordering from home and waiting longer than the time it said on the app...it’s always been a long wait for drinks.I watched during each visit. Every time I watched people talk to coworkers rather than make drinks. This is the problem.I give 2 stars because on more than one occasion the barista or cashier has greeted me with a smile and apologized for the wait. That’s good customer service...unfortunately the regular service isn’t speedy like it is most places. I much prefer going out of my way to Yorba Linda and Valley View than this location.

Consistently consistent: smiles all around, clean bathrooms, and fully stocked. Oh, did I say my cafe mocha always tastes the same, they are consistent.

Employees provide excellent service. And Carter also stands out in preparing cappuccinos, particularly how she prepares the foam of it....the best ever!

Ordered a blueberry muffin. Got something else, but didnt notice until I got home. Must check order thoroughly while in the store. Dont trust them to get it right.

It sad me to say this because this Location was my favorite one. But today I order a ultra Caramel Frappuccino with heavy cream because regular milk does not seat very well with me. And the drink different it barely had any caramel I had to go back to ask them to add some caramel and they they just add one more pump. And after a couple of sips I was able to tell that they did it with regular milk and now my stomach is feeling funny thanks for making the bathroom my Friday plans

As expected. Clean, great service, delicious drinks... Today we tried their sandwiches for the first time and they were delicious as well.

I asked for a dark coffee. They said they only have pike. I said your out of dark coffee? She then said, you will have to wait if you want that.

A great place to sit in/by, getting things done or just sit back self-indulging in a foggy/shady/rainy day, or year-end occasions... indeed. 👍👍😎😎🐩🐩I do not expect a Starbucks to be my bedroom, however, some noises can be avoided like employees slamming cabinet doors, banging counters while working. In the customers peace-loving perspective, I found this as somewhat careless and disturbing. In the Starbucks cost-effective perspective, the company could save on not fixing broken cabinet doors sooner than they would.

This is my home store. Very rarely had any issues - I cant even think of one example. The store is nice and big. Its a busy area so the drive thru and parking right next to the store is a little crazy sometimes.

Horrible service!! Wt.. ordered 2 Pink drinks and when pulled up at drive through, I asked the drive through clerk if one of the drink can be a larger venti, they just simply added more ice and water. Drink was totally watered down. Too bad I dodnt take a drink until I got home.

On here it says they are open til 10pm and when I went to the drive thru they said they were close that is bad customer service

The Starbucks in Yorba Linda is my happy place. Feels so good to come in here and sit awhile think and drink my favorite coffee drink maybe run into a friend. Or run through the drive through and grab a Frappuccino after a workout at Eastlake Village or 24 hour fitness gives me that burst of energy I need at the moment.

Is there a way to give zero stars because this is one of the worst Starbucks experiences I have ever had. I get Starbucks nearly every day, but this was my first time at this location. The service was mediocre, but the drinks were wrong, and it took nearly twenty minutes for someone to warm up the item I ordered.

No vanilla in Vanilla Latte, second time.

The people who take orders are very impersonal, rude and could care less. Takes forever to get your coffee drink. The atmosphere is cold and stark. The decor is grey and black and looks awful, not warm and inviting. Been twice and will never go back.

Nice however prices are going up for pastries that wrapped in plastic, I thought Starbucks had fresh pastries. Not here....you are better off bringing your own from a real bakery.

Good place but the Nitro Brew was not set up yet.

Great place for a business breakfast, lunch and of course great coffee. Has plenty of room inside and out to study, hang with friends and family. Very friendly staff as well.

I go to this Starbucks at least twice a day for the past 6 months since I live with a house of YouTubers. Of the hundreds of times I’ve went they’ve gotten my orders messed up at least 40% of the time. It’s so frustrating, but the convenience of the location is a must for a busy group of people...

The wait for a single drink - after ordering - has been 17 and 21 minutes on my past 2 trips. The workers are doing their job, but between walk up, mobile and drive through, they are understaffed. It would literally take less time to drive to the Weir Canyon store, get your drink and drive back to Village Center.

I come here almost every morning. The service is usually hit-or-miss. There are some really nice people like Steven and a few others who always go above and beyond and then some people who I wonder why they are working in a customer service retail environment? If you arent a morning people person, why would you select a career where you have direct contact with the public early in the morning? Hmmmm... Ok, so this morning I go in and had an amazing experience with a new cashier named Katelyn. She was so friendly and sweet and just made me feel incredibly welcome. Thank you Kaitlyn for such a great experience.

Service at this Starbucks is much better than others.

It was good, I cant have dairy or soy milk, so I am very happy that they now offer Almond milk and Coconut milk.

Always super busy, they dont make your coffee like they should. When I make my mobile order I stand by the barista they ignore me, after 5 minutes of standing there I have to yell and say HELLO IM HERE TO GET MY MOBILE ORDER Im not standing there just to stand there. These millennials need to learn a thing or two.

This location is great! The staff is friendly and courteous, the environment is spacious and relaxing, my order is always right and filled timely, and the drive-thru is a blessing when I have a car full of munchkins. The only issue is when the drive-thru is crowded, it is difficult to get through the parking lot. People coming from both directions also makes getting in and out of parking spaces and into the drive-thru frustrating. Better signage for traffic control would be helpful. Overall, this Starbucks is one of the best in the area!

The WiFi is so slow that it is useless. Called Starbucks help line several month ago and brought this to their attention, and a few month later still not fixed. I am an IT professional so I know what I am talking about. DO NOT GO here if you rely on reliable a Internet connection.

Out of towners not welcome I guess. Stopped to get a drink, ordered online using mobile order app. Store was semi busy. Checked in and Waited for our order and when gal asked if I wanted a cup holder and I didnt hear her right away, when I did and answered yes, she threw it at me. Thanks a lot of the excellent customer service. Cafe Vanilla frap was disgusting and iced coffee tasted like the milk had spoiled. Worst Starbucks experience ever!

CONSTANT WEIRD PROBLEMS! I love to come here with my daughter and draw, read and relax...usually 2+ times a week. For some reason this place has weird numerous little problems here and there. Tonight the air conditioning kicked on at 9pm, when it was 52 degrees outside. I asked them to please turn it off and they said they have no control of it. So I had to leave!!! We had been there for an hour already when the air turned on...really a/c at night. One of the last times the music wasn’t playing all night, the time before all the trash cans were over filled and spilling over, the other time the tables were dirty, and the time before that the lights were so lowly dimmed you could barely read a book. What I don’t like, is when you go up to tell the staff, they have a little bit of an attitude, and it is always “we can’t control that”. So time to go somewhere else when I’m spending $10 on 2 drinks.

Having worked a full 7 days this week, I was desperate to get up, walk to Starbucks and make it in time for the last day to try the Unicorn Frappuccino! Ive been looking forward to this all week and checked the hours of this location, which is literally a 7 min walk from my house. Store hours listed as 10PM closing time. Thats all it says online is closes at 10PM. Well apparently thats for the DriveThru only! If you want to walk up and enter the store they close at 9PM! That would have been nice to know before I got here on foot!!! Staff just snickers and stares at you. Even if they didnt have the Unicorn Frappuccino left, I would have loved to indulge in something else from their menu. . . Wont be setting myself up for any more disappointment, wont be going back.

There is some serious eye candy working the counter at this spot. I came for the shenans, but I stayed for the hot mans.

One of the machines was down and backed up the entire line. Bill instructed me that the machine that was down was out of blond and that my drink could be substitute with another drink unfortunately my drink I bumped.
