Pharmacist Phil Phung was very rude and impatient. He did not respond to my question regarding a medication, kept cutting me off when I was speaking, and rushing me even though they were not busy. I will search for a different pharmacy.

Good selection

There are multiple pharmacy in Yorba Linda but none more Friendly or helpful than CVS in Yorba Linda blvd.Pharmacist Phil and technician Brandom are always pleasant and they go out of their way to help us . I do recommend them strongly.

My Husband and I were in your store about an hour ago. Sara was kind enough to help me locate vitamins. The check out got busy, and we were lucky enough to have her check us 5out. She is a SHINING EXAMPLE of Customer Service . In fact, 1 of the nicest I have ever had. I called and talked to the expressed my gratitude to the Manager . Employees are friendly and I usually find what Im looking for. I like shopping there around holidays. They have some items that are unusual that I havent seen elsewhere. There is a large free parking lot. Theres also a restroom in the back if you need it.

Always have what I need

Got my prescription just fine. But watched Neil the Pharmacist throw papers at an employee. Actually the second time Ive seen him throw something around in anger at the store - WHILE CUSTOMERS WAITED IN LINE! He has issues...

Always very long wait when you go in. Always a line. They need to figure out how to help customers better.
