Very fresh and delicious ice cream made instantaneously with heavy cream and liquid nitrogen. I had captains breakfast, taro, and quantum coffee. All of them were really sticky and flavorful, and not too sweet. Reason why it’s not a 5 star is that there is only one employee and it took quite long to make each serving.

This place is really good and great. The people there are very nice, and the best thing there is the ice cream, the ice cream there is really GOOD. The other good thing is that they also sell smoothies and BOBA!!!!! I really recommend this place and if your trying to find a really good ice cream cake you should come here. 👍👍👍

Decent ice cream but not worth the price or wait. We arrived on a Friday evening to an empty store. It took a while to be greeted by a staff member, and when he finally came out, he proceeded to list all the things they were out of: strawberries, whipped cream, unicorn dust, honey, and several others. The cashier seemed confused when we tried to order an acai bowl, like he was very unfamiliar with the menu. By the time we finished our order, there were a few other families in line. Maybe they were short-staffed but it took a long time to make the ice cream we ordered, then they proceeded to make the other customers ice cream while telling us it would be another 5 minutes for the acai bowl. By the time we got the acai bowl, everyone else was done with their ice cream. We agreed everything tasted good but no better than any other local ice cream/frozen yogurt shop and it wasnt worth the wait and hassle.

This was closed at 3:00 on a Saturday. So sad.

Dumb teenage workers that doesnt care!!I love their chewy ice cream. But at this location, clerks will not get your ice cream done right. Couple of times, ice cream was too runny and mushy. This is a brand new location, so I was patient - thinking they will have this dialed-in. But after about half a dozen times Ive been here, they never got it right. So no more!!

Closed sign was still up even though they were clearly open. Walked inside smelled like sewage. Bathroom was missing paper towels and toilet seat covers. Now granted there was only 1 girl working there and there was about 5 orders ahead of us. It still took about 40 minutes from getting the receipt to walking out the door. And to top it off the order was wrong. Wont going back.

This was an absurdly long wait. I order the same thing at numerous locations, and am in and out in less than 5 minutes. Here... 52 minutes for a product that was made so poorly and so drastically different from all of the other Creamistry locations that I’ve been to was seriously disappointing. Moreover, my order was not complete, nor was the person’s in front of me, and new customers entering the store were not acknowledged. Pretty bad experience all around.

I like this place. The seating is limited but its clean and the people are friendly. I always get the Quantum Coffee ice cream.
