We have used the same mechanic and garage for more than 40 years. Unfortunately the owner retired and we went looking for a new mechanic and garage to service our cars. We tried Alan and his gang for both of our cars and were not disappointed with their friendliness, honesty, efficiency of service, and their prices. I had brought my 2011 Kia Optima in for a repair on my air conditioning unit. They were honest, quick, and affordable. Their quality of care was excellent. They sent me pictures of some of their “findings” and communicated above and beyond.In addition to quality of care, they were quick. I was expected to get my car back on Friday at the end of the day and got a call on Thursday afternoon that they were able to get it up on the lift and serviced sooner than expected. The mechanics work extremely hard and late hours. When I drove by at 10pm that evening, there were still mechanics working long past hours to make sure that they didn’t fall behind schedule and have people waiting forever on their cars. I highly recommend this place for any auto repair or service. They truly do care about their customers.

Highly recommend this wonderful auto repair shop. Alan and his team always take care of my auto repair needs. I was with a particular mechanic for 3 years, which is the longevity of my vehicle ownership since I’m 20 and had my vehicle from 16-19. I became unhappy with THAT mechanic and searched for another online. After reading many positive reviews I decided to try CR Smith. I am VERY particular about my vehicles and their maintenance, and I can assure anyone who is looking for a QUALITY, GREAT MECHANIC shop that THIS is the place to go and trust. I have been very blessed with their help. I believe their prices are reasonable, I did have a big bill BUT I had a LOT done on my vehicle. I will continue to bring my 2001 Toyota Sequoia here because I know it’s always in good hands. You should bring your vehicle(s) too. You’d be hard pressed to find a better place.

Not so bad of a place for what that do prices are reasonable

I had my power steering go out under way. I was able to get my car towed to this shop and I had my car back the next day. I thought I was in for a huge bill because electrical things can get complex. This shop got it figured out and fixed in no time and it didnt break the bank.Thank you so much.

Excellent job on the recore of my radiator off my motorhome have previous experience with CR Smith and well go back again

Took a fuel tank from my 1924 Model T Ford and had them ‘cook it’ in their radiator tank. It came out perfect! Next, I took the radiator to them. They repaired it with perfection! Highly recommend them.

Way too expensive and charged by the hour not by the job book time took way too long to fix cost over $2800 not going to them again

Gave them a call about the AC in my car. Guy on the phone said 1200-1400 dollars without even looking at it. Was also unwilling to even look at it.Scheduled the car with a different garage, 85 dollar fix.
