They worked on my Toyota 86, pulled her into the shop and immediately started the inspection and emissions test. Finished in 45 minutes. Great service. I will always be going to Monro instead of Jiffy Lube

The guys at Monro are great. Our tire pressure light came on in our work van just as we were getting to York from NH. When other tire places weren’t willing to help us beyond inflating our tires, the guys at Monro saw us the next morning and went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with our tire. They fixed it up and got us back on the road for very little money. Highly recommended.

Superior Customer service and an experienced team. My dad and I want to thank Austin and Robert for their hard work and dedication to a level of excellence that was remarkable. Satirday afternoon,, we were on our way home to Baltimore and something was wrong with the wheels or brakes. We didnt know if we should be towed home or try to find a repair shop. AAA found Monro. After speaking with Austin, we decided to be towed there. Austin and Robert determined the car needed a bushing arm for VW. Luckily, they found the part and had us back on the road that day. I highly recommend having your automobile serviced here. If I lived closer, I would go there for each service.

Austin is hands down the best. Had my AC serviced by the shop. The new compressor I had installed was faulty out of the box. He went out of his way to squeeze me in and also diagnosed that the compressor was bad. Highly recommend this shop for honesty and great pricing. Ive found my new local shop.

The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and review the work they performed. Had my AC charged the other week and my car is now cold again! The manager David is polite and on top of things. He explained to me why my AC wasnt cold (small leak) and said they can fix it whenever Im ready. Great service all around!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Ive had a few things done to my car and my other vehicle here. Mostly oil changes. Prices are what you would expect. One guy let me use conventional oil. Much cheaper. Another guy told me Synthetic oil was strictly enforced. $68 later my car was done. Ouch. Regardless of that, one instance my repair was totally free, so it all evens out and I will be back here again. 1 bathroom too.

On 9/20, I scheduled an appointment with the York, Pa shop. The address is 1191 Loucks Rd. York, Pa. 17404. I scheduled the appointment for 9/24. Initially I suspected my axles or shocks needed to be replaced. After taking a look at my car, I was told my U-joint rod in the steering column was bad. I was given an estimate of about $250. After waiting for an additional half an hour my keys were returned to me, and I was told that they had to look and see if they could acquire the part. I was told that I would receive a call which never came. I heard the mechanics complaining about 25 appointments they had to do that day. I believe my appointment was dismissed, without any intention of resolving my problem. I found this experience very unprofessional. I’ve been a customer for years and at the least I deserved a call back.

Absolutely outrageous price gouging. Over 500 for 2 routers and a brake pad? This place is criminal in their prices and wont work with you. Never ever go to these crooks. The good reviews must be sleepers or lies. Never ever go here unless you want to be greatly ripped off. Willing to change my opinion if they reach out but I doubt it.

Austin does a great job running the shop. Communication throughout the process is excellent. They go above and beyond. Very courteous and responsive service!I had a flat tire and called them to see if they could check it out. They were able to schedule me to come down within an hour of me calling. Also their pricing was outstanding and when I asked more questions about my vehicle they were able to either help me understand the problem or point me in the right direction. Due to the flooding and major rainfall everybody that I called prior to Monroe was backed up and had leakage problem they took me in without an appointment.

Everytime I set an appointment for an oil change it takes longer than normal, just like I walked in with no appointment. They are always behind and today they had to reschedule my appointment because they were so behind. They let me down constantly. I not sure why I give them business, maybe because it run by people 🤔. People have good and bad days bur mostly bad at this establishment!

For the past 11 years I have taken my car (VW Jetta 2006) to shops all over York county for various problems. After having gone to this service center a few times they have now earned my business for life. They are always good about getting me in and quickly resolve whatever problem I am having. After getting a better understanding of the importance of preventative maintenance from Austin, I have actually ended up spending less money on my car in the last couple of years Ive had it, then I did when I first bought it. Other shops have tried to up-sell me on things I did not understand, and inquiring about my own vehicle felt like pulling teeth. The Monro team takes the time to make sure I have an understanding of what is going on with my car. Now I am paying less and getting more out of my vehicle! Thank you Monro team!!!

HIGHLY recommend this location! Daniel was absolutely fantastic and walked me through what exactly my car needed and why it needed to be done. Prices were extremely fair and I didnt feel as though I was getting scammed with all of the add-ons. Service goes above and beyond and I appreciated the honesty!

I told them if the can check the air of my tires and supposedly they did. When I go the next day to check my tires because it was driving weird the air was on 25 when it was supposed to be 40. They did my oil change and my car making a weird noise on the motor.

Ive been coming here since i got my first car at 16 and wouldnt recommend going anywhere else. Friendly staff with great service. Shout out to Alex who helped me this most recent time! The staff here is always smiling & friendy. They were very accommodating to my busy schedule! I called in that morning to see if they had any openings to do a brake diagnosis, and was told they could fit me in about three that afternoon. I didnt show up until five because I got off work late. I apologized when I got there and they were understanding and got me right in. I was in and out in about 30-40 minutes. It ended up being something really simple. I was missing the gasket to my brake fluid reservoir so it wasnt air tight and it was causing air to get into my brake line. They even went the extra mile and informed me that because I have a Cadillac I would probably have to get it from the dealership, and even told me when we the closest one is located. They even noted that the soft release on my E breaker needed replaced. I was very pleased with my service and plan on returning for any further auto needs or advice! I would highly recommend Monro Auto Service on Loucks Road! Thank you guys!!

If you head into Monro Auto Service, make sure to ask for Alex! We called him in a panic early on in the day about an issue with my Hyundai Tucson. We called other places, even the car Dealership. Number one they couldn’t get us in until next week, and two wanted to charge us an arm and a leg. We called, and Alex answered the phone, we explained our situation, and he was more than happy to help!! We went in at 4 pm and were in and out in less than ten minutes. My husband and I just took my Jeep in for am oil change and check the car for a rattling noise. The staff was so friendly and explained the different packages that were offered. They made the appropriate suggestion without any high pressure sales. They inspected the car and found our spare tire to be very loose and shaking around. They tightened everything up and made sure it was tight. The staff was so friendly, very quick, thorough and efficient. We have been coming here for quite a few years and will continue to use this service station!

Also had a bad caliber. Helped me on the price as much as they could.The coolest thing about them is you get a life time on the brakes and you only have to pay for labor.

I was looking to get an oil change while I was already out on a Friday evening. This was the only place that had an opening at 6PM. I went in, and the store owner was very courteous and friendly. I got my oil changed and tires rotated in about 30 minutes.

I was recently in York for work and experienced car troubles. I had the car towed to Monro on Loucks Road not knowing what to expect and left feeling great about an otherwise bad situation. I took my car in Thursday night after closing time and the team at Monro went above and beyond to make sure they had my car ready on Friday so I could get home and wouldnt have to stay in a hotel another night! Ian even called me the next day to make sure all was well and that I didnt have any issues on my drive home! The customer service was top notch and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
