When I call they always take awesome care of us with all our vehicles. They explain things very well on what needs to be done. We have been going to them for all our vehicle needs for about 6 years now. The people at the front desk are friendly and listen well to help you.I very much recommend them.

New tires are great. Took about 3 hours tho. Gave me an estimate for all of these other things that they found wrong with my car. Turns out their 700$ part is actually 249$ ( would never argue a labor charge on the estimate tho, just that part) . I feel like they do good work but also set you up to spend as much money as they can get out of you. Get a second opinion if youre not getting tires.

Once again I was very pleased with the service I received at the Memory Lane store in York PA. During a scheduled oil change and inspection of my vehicle several significant issues were identified and repaired. The Store Manager Danny is always friendly, and offers professional advice and assistance in addition to the the quality work the technicians provide. My confidence in the staff and a reasonable cost for quality service and tires keeps me coming back to Goodyear.

Always pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable about all cars and suvs. Been bringing my cars here for years and would not go anywhere else. Great Guys!

I would love to give them more stars as the staff is super friendly to deal with but I’m sorry over 2 hours to mount and balance tires is beyond ridiculous. I have watched tires get mounted and balanced and never in my life has it taken any shop this long.

The customer service is what won my business during my first visit near 8 years agoAnd Ive been a returning customer since then. The technicians are very knowledgeable(and yes, Ive tested them when talking about vehicle issues when the occasion arises). I recommend this store to people i know when in the market for tires or vehicle repairs when asked. I know they will be treated fairly.

Goodyear is my go to tire center because they have earned my trust with high quality products and excellent customer service.This last round, I had another excellent experience. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Carlos and Danny are wonderful. I had an issue with my tire for over a year. I brought it back to the competitor where I had purchased them (it was a good sale, what can I say) twice and neither time did they fix it. I brought it to the Honda dealership, they said they fixed it, they hadn’t. Brought it to Goodyear today—fixed! Love these guys so much I’m bringing another car there tomorrow for an alignment.

Went In for a tire repair,rotation and battery terminal cleaning and check up.I got quick friendly service, no forced upselling and an unexpected discount for the service.I highly reccomend and will return for future services.

The staff is super professional, hard working, and efficient. I had a flat and brought my car in an hour before they closed. They fixed it when other places on market street told me I’d have to wait till Saturday. Would highly recommend the staff for any auto service they do.

These guys are great. I have gone to them over many years with multiple cars at different stages of their life expectancies. They give options and sound advice when I had budget constraints but needed safe, high mileage travel. They are quick to let you know about coupon savings and are a business I trust. Just had a dual exhaust muffler system put in my Subaru Legacy. The staff showed me exactly where the problem was and said they could have it done in less than an hour. As always with this particular store, I was in and out in no time.

Twice this place didnt do any work on my wife car and gave us a bill. The first time I didnt complain I just paid the bill. The second time my wifes right turn signal was out. She got a bill for $32, all they did was tell her they dont have the part and they have to call the dealership. We got our money back after we placed a compaint. My mechanic in Hanover fixed the light and charged me $10. I will never visit this location again.

I get all my inspections, emissions, and tires here. The staff is outstanding and are one of the few places that offer free rotate and balance for the life of the tires. (Most shops only offer free rotation).

I have been coming to Goodyear for a little while now for all of my service needs. Every person you speak to is pleasant and understanding (Carlos in particular has a beaming personality, even just through the phone!). They always make sure you know what ALL of your options are when issues arise and never do any work to your vehicle without permission. My particular vehicle had been having issues with the brakes that even the dealership told me they couldnt figure out for almost 2 years. The mechanics here found the very simple solution to a very long and on going problem. The amount of amiable professionalism in this place is far superior to any dealership and I recommend them to ANYbody. Thank you!

Horrible experience! I have always been nice to them since I drop my car, but they dont take responsibility for their mistake. I drop the car for overheat issue then they replaced the fan and charged me almost $300. The car had stopped because the electrical issue, which never happen before, 20 mins after that. I have waited for 4 days for their check. Now they said it would cost me a hundred to a thousands to diagnose. Just for diagnose.

Horrible service, over priced, and a huge rip off. They wanted to charge me 1900 for work that 3 other garages would do for 375. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Tires I bought were only a year and half old worn out on inside of both front tires only around 15000 miles on them and I had it aligned when bought and didnt drive all winter. Wasnt going to pay 500 for two tires and alignment when I could 4 tires and alignment for just a little more from Firestone and life time alignment at that))

Wont go anywhere else. They are friendly compare prices and they worked with me. Even got a seniors discount. They send coupons in the mail for your next service due.

Manager Daniel bent over backwards to try and get my friend the best deals. My friend is hard to please but has a good sense of humor.

Prices were in line, quoted 1 hour to mount 4 new tires, no vehicles were in the bays when I arrived, took one hour and 45 mins.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Having to wait 1.5 hours after your car is done because no one will take the time to check you out is unacceptable.

This place is such a rip off! Got new tires 8 months ago... went into Goodyear for State Inspection and they claim my tires barley pass inspection and they should be replaced! Also claimed a bunch of other things needed to be replaced bloating my bill to over $700. These people seem very dishonest and I would not trust them to do anything to my vehicle!
