Came in for a new brakes and rotors, they had a decent waiting area so I was able to get on my laptop and get some work done while I waited. When I came time to check out they gave me a coupon for brakes that I didnt even know about. Friendly staff, was in and out. I definitely recommend setting am appointment just from the wait times others that didnt have one had.

The guys here are always good to me. I was tired of being treated like a dumb woman at every shop I went too so I switched. Very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and quick!

Went in for a vibration noise around the muffler. They told me it was a plate vibration. It was removed was told didnt need it. $ 34.00. But was told that I had a screw in the wall of the drivers side rear tire. My road hazard was not covered because wall damage tires must be replaced. New tire $ 100.00. But weeks before had to repair tire front right passenger had nail in. Funny!! They never saw the screw in the rear tire that same day. Looks like I got screwed!!

BEWARE!!! My son brought his vehicle in to be inspected and they failed it listing several $$$ fixes. Long story short, took it to another service center and it passed. No issues. My husband called and talked with a service rep from Firestone who pulled the file and also listed the failures and what needed serviced. My husband asked to speak to the manager to let him know the issues were not legit and the manager tried to say everything was a suggestion and did not hold up inspection. When we told him that we just verified everything through the lady on the phone prior to being transferred to him and she said the exact same issues we were told prior and that it did not pass without those being fixed the manager said: “Well she’s new”. SERIOUSLY??! BEWARE.

Came in for a flat tire to be replaced. I was on a job and needed a emergency fix. Been waiting for almost 4 hours and still not done. This is a joke of a shop.

Very nice staff, looked my car over right away, didnt try to charge me for extra.

Courteous service counter group. Had rear breaks replaced, pads, rotors, and calipers. Waited for about 2 hrs, so job completed in timely manner.

I highly recommend Firestone as a place to go! Their service is go and they actually tell you what you need and dont need.

I’ve gone to this specific location multiple times and received excellent service. This particular time, I came in after having a small accident at home. Nothing that had to do with tires. Knowing they couldn’t do body work, Zach (I think his name was) still took time out of his busy schedule to look at my car and help any way he could just to get me on the road. It meant a lot. ALWAYS great customer service. But this was exceptional.

They took me in late on a Sunday afternoon and completed the work in about an hour. I had lug nuts that were coming loose on my back tire and they were very quick to remedy the problem and for a very good price! I will go back to them again in the future.

This Shop went beyond the Call of Duty to ensure my Mustang GT was repaired correctly and in a timely manner. They made the Car Rental process easier than I ever had myself. I opened a Firestone Card Account, because they have a Customer for life.

We waited almost an hour and a half to get two tires replaced. I dont know if they have new people or not. I do know, no one was in the shop. The front desk guy had to go outside to find them. I have bought my tire from this place before, but this will the last time!!!

BEWARE! I typically bought tires through a family friend, but decided to give a company a chance. Needless to say, I will not come back here and am not confident taking my car anywhere now. The job was quick, but this was the most uncomfortable service of my life. The staff was extremely inappropriate. I heard the same mocking story about a girl who didnt know which side headlight was out. As a customer who knows nothing about cars, got a similar service, and had paused to make sure I was saying the correct side, this made me extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention its rude to talk about people like that. Ive been in customer service for years and NEVER would I mock a customer in front of another. Also, I started my order online, so when I got to the facility I thought I was paying the same price quoted. I didnt. I added a headlight to the order, which they never provided a quote for. I was simply told after that that added an additional 50$ for a headlight! At this point they had finished, so I was forced to pay. That was wrong! If they had quoted me, I wouldve done it myself. I will never return to this facility and recommend you stay clear.

I have always had great fair service at this location. Theyve had plenty of chances to milk money outta me at inspection time especially with an older truck I used to have and they never did. My only complaint is that their tire prices arent that good. I shouldnt be able to find a better deal on Firestone tires than at a Firestone store. They will match TireRack prices though. I have bought tires online before and had them drop shipped to and installed by this location and they were awesome about it. Being open Saturdays and Sundays is super helpful.

I bought Tires 6 months ago from Firestone. One of the tires sidewall blew out with a huge gash in it. Instant flat tire when it happened.I was driving straight on a road in traffic. There is no sign of hitting a curb, fowl play or any sign of rim running into anything. They sold me a defective tire to begin with. It was the back driver side tire, front tire was fine. It then took 2 days to repair the tire because they didn’t have the tire in stock. I was charged full price for the new tire, even though the original tire was a defective tire they sold me.It is not normal for a sidewall to blow out for no reason. I’m not happy with the customer service. They just kept saying the tire has no warranty. But a definitive tire is different from mileage warranty. They even said in conversation that it looks like it was a defective tire. Even charged me labor to install new tire. No customer service.

It took them 3 tries over 3 days to replace just one tire! Asked for a tire with nails in it to be replaced along with another. 1st the one new tire was placed on the opposite side of the car. The next day they put the tire that was taken off which shouldnt have been & was only 5 months old, in the wrong spot on the opposite side of the car again. After speaking with corporate I received 2 free tires as compensation but no apologies from any staff there. Corporate was very helpful but not York. I do not recommend Firestone in any way.

Competent mechanics and friendly service

Been going here for 7 years, was very satisfied until now! Had a inspection appointment at 9 am . Wife had vehicle there at 8: 57. She sat in waiting room for an hour an 15 minutes when Firestone called her asking where the vehicle was. My rear tire had a nail in it but was not leaking. Drove 600 mile last weekend without a problem but they had to put a new tire on. WHAT Does A Nail OR Screw IN Tire Have To Do With Inspection. And of course the always have to put new wiper blades on.

Fast and courteous service. The Team was very mindful of my time and they kept me updated on the status of my vehicle.

I always bring all of my cars here for the basics. Things such as oil changes, tire rotations and alignments without fail. They are always accommodating my schedule the best that they can and they are always nice to me. They always seem honest with me on what my car truly needs and dont ever try to sell me anything that I do not need. Would recommend them for basic car care needs any day.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had an appointment for inspection @ 1:00, come back at 3:00, my car hadn’t even been moved, wait another hour, and still nothing. 3+ hours for a state inspection?? We pay after 3.5hrs, and we are STILL waiting for our car to be brought out of the garage. Will NEVER come here again.

I have used them for a number of years with 3 of our vehicles. Always very satisfied until this past year. Now something needs replaced every time I’m there. I was told I needed to replace my belts on the one truck. This was a month after I replaced my water pump and already replaced the belts. Took my wife’s Suburban in to run a computer diagnostics on because it wasn’t shifting into 3rd, also check the a/c because it wasn’t working and it needed inspected. I got a call it was done later that day. Nothing found with the computer or a/c and it passed inspection. Took it somewhere else. The transmission went out. A/c clutch needed replaced. A tail light was out and the passenger windshield wiper was ripped in half. Looking for a new honest garage. Could list more things but I’m not wasting anymore time with them.

Was referred to Firestone after my tension belt snapped when in the area and the shop did competent and speedy work. Plus made my family feel welcome and even had donuts on Saturday.

Had a really good experience. I had Lexus telling me I needed a front end alignment. Firestone checked and no alignment was needed. They could have charged me and I would not have known the difference. Very honest. Also very friendly staff. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service! Price matched competitors prices over the phone and made good on promise. Delivered my car to the front door as I was paying. Had an appointment with Wal-Mart and cancelled after being put on hold and passed around the store. So glad I decided to go with Firestone instead. Customer for life!

I needed a new tire on my car, asvI had. a blowout the day before. They explained how my tire was busted, and put on the new tire and balanced it in a timely fashion. I was glad that they were opened on Sunday, so I could take the car to a place I trusted.

Bought Tires for my Lucy Lincoln from them after going to a different tire shop and got the dumb woman treatment from the gentleman there! The manager at Firestone was so very nice and helpful!! I couldnt be happier :)

I’ve been taking my cars there for years and they have always been fair on pricing and service. They’ve never pushed a service on me unless my car needed it and are as lenient as they can be on inspections. I highly recommend them.

I usually end up talking to Shane, and hes so friendly, although I havent ever talked to someone there that isnt. I never feel like they are trying to rip me off or recommend services I dont need. They also let me know if theres a coupon or special running that applies to the service Im having done. Will continue to go there for years to come.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I had an inspection performed at another establishment and they informed me that the tires had significant dry rot, which should not show on a tire unless it is 5-7 years old. These tires are 2.5 years old. I went into Firestone, they looked at them and agreed. However, instead of making it right, they wanted to charge me for four new tires but at a 50% discount because 30,000 miles of the 60,000 mile warranty was used. They want to charge me for new tires to replace the ones they sold me that we’re bad to begin with. Since 30,000 miles of the 60,000 mile warranty was used I suggested that instead of charging me again they should refund to me 50% of what I already paid them for bad tires. Of course, they refused. Watch people, you don’t get what you pay for. I would rather pay 100% somewhere else more reputable than give them any more of my money.

Good place for Oil Changes and Tires. Make sure that you get their Firestone CC, which gives you 6 months same as cash to pay for expensive bills like tires, repairs, etc.

The installation was great and the price was good as well. The only reason I am giving a 3 star review is because I had to wait at the counter for 5 minutes to pick up my car when there were no customers at the shop. One employee even walked past me after I had been standing there several minutes and did not even ask if I was being helped.

I have going here regularly since 2008. I have always had great honest service and they know that I pretty much do my own work all the way around on all of my vehicles, so they dont try to sell me on a bunch of things they know I take care of myself.They are honest and have plenty of knowledge and more than once have discounted things that surprised me which was really nice. They recently helped me diagnose a check engine light problem that had been baffling me for a long time. I refused to have them fix the problem because I knew that I could do the repair myself but there is never any extra pressure about services someone may not need.Thanks for all that you do for us customers.

My husband and I have been taking our 3 vehicles here for everything. Anytime we needed something done they were good about it. Until recently, we dropped his work vehicle off for an appointment made saturday at 11am. They didnt even attempt to look at it until 1pm on sunday. Considering they close at 5pm we showed up at 4:30pm to check if it was done, which it wasnt. They said there were a couple things that needed replaced which wouldnt be done that day. My husband needs this car during the week so we paid for what they did that day and scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday @ 2pm to finish what it needed. Saturday comes, we drop it off for scheduled appointment and they dont even look at it until Sunday at around 10am. They were saying more stuff needed done to it which was fine with us. Money wasnt the issue, he just needed it back for the work week. We show up that afternoon and nothing has been done to it. They close at 5pm and said they were gonna stay late to make sure it was done and we could pick it up after hours. We come back at 7:30 and still nothing was done to it. My husband got what he needed out of the work car and had to take his regular car to work. They called Monday morning saying even MORE was wrong with it. Hopefully we can actually pick it up today, but who knows. Due to this situation we will not be taking any of our vehicles back to them.

Took my car in to get a wheel alignment. Was rejected because employee locked my steering wheel into place. I went to unlock it, then proceeded to go inside the building to inform the employees that I had unlocked the wheel. They told me that they would not do work on it, because they were afraid of it locking on its own. Mind you, I have been using this vehicle for almost a year and havent had it lock on me at all. 0-5 stars, never doing business with them again. They wasted my time.

Paid for a flat tire replacement. The guy cut my senser wire instead of removing it and reinstalling it to the new tire and then my dashlight stayed on. Had to pay to have it reinstalled at another Firestone. Had to purchase a part that they damaged. Light is on again. It probably fell off inside of the tire. Not happy.

Been taking both my cars here since 2011. They are upfront with all costs and always are able to help with my car needs.

They got me in for an alignment at last minute. Hidden fees, paid for a 4 wheel alignment and they said that my rear wheel was just out of spec and not worth the extra cost. What? Its a 4 wheel alignment. And they charge you for shop supplies. What shop supplies do you need for a wheel alignment? This is the things they add to your bill at checkout. Wont go back.

I took 2 damaged tires in for repair and replacement on a Sunday (while driving through York). They provided excellent service and communication. Chris, the manager, seems like he runs his store very well and knows what he is talking about.

Took my 2011 Kia Soul in because it was not running. They diagnosed it as a bad engine, said I needed a new one. Quoted a $4,500 job. Decided to get a second opinion and take it to a local shop. They replaced the starter for $600 and it now runs like new. SO PISSED they tried to screw me over like this.

They do just about everything they can to ensure you have a good experience. And theyre not salesmen, as they wont try to upsell you everything. Heck, they even talked me out of $800 tires for a set of lessor tires that are still spinning fine on my family wagon! I had one incident where the tires were shredding, for some unknown reason, on one of my other cars. Itd gotten bad. They identified the problem with ease and certainty, REPLACED THE TIRES, and charged me NOTHING for the defect or replacement. That is class in todays free-market society.
