BUYER BEWARE! Prepare to be lied to, cheated, and manipulated!This is a long post, but Im not sorry because people need to know the truth…My husband and I bought a used Van 3 weeks ago And after only having it for 2 1/2 weeks, the radiator was hissing and smoking. We had roadside assistance from Apple Nissan come tow the Van to their service department because that was a part of the warranty coverage that we purchased, or so we thought. The next day we were told there was a problem with the radiator and we need to pay $1050 to have it fixed. We were told the Van is not drivable because the radiator had a hole in it and all the fluid leaked out. Which was interesting to us because the 2 1/2 weeks that we had it, there has not been one leak. We purchased the Platinum level warranty, which cost about $3300 (I dont remember the exact cost) But we kept being told that the radiator is not covered under what we purchased. Come to find out when we were digging deeper it turns out that when we bought the Van and said we wanted the Platinum level warranty we saw on the paperwork it only cost $2500, and we were told that they were giving us a great deal on the price of that warranty. Great! We were very excited! But come to find out the actual warranty that is $2500 is called the Power train warranty which covers a barely anything. We were downgraded warranty levels without our consent and manipulated into thinking that we got a good deal on the one we wanted. Needless to say, we now cancelled the warranty and will never return to Apple Nissan, or any other Apple dealership. Be prepared at Apple Nissan to be lied to, cheated, manipulated, and have your money stolen right out of your pocket without your knowledge. We were conveniently rushed through the paperwork, so my guess would be that we wouldnt notice that they downgraded our coverage because they knew that there was a problem with the Van in the 1st place. Apple Nissan will do whatever they need to do to put money in their pocket. The customer means nothing to them except dollar bills.
Sold me a disaster. Bought a used car from them and made the mistake of putting off the warranty. The engine is shot after only 60 days. I went in person to see if there was any way they could help me figure this out. I wasn’t looking for any handouts just some help in solving this extremely expensive issue - I was told there was nothing they could do. I even followed up with an email to the GM Scott & never got a response. My young family & I are now stuck in financial turmoil - a community leader like Apple should be ashamed of themselves. Originally I just left a star with no review, but you guys asked for feedback so there it is. I will NEVER do business here again.Update - 6k in repairs 60 days after buying it, was told that it wouldn’t even pass inspection. How can a dealer buy & sell, inspect it, and then 60 days later I’m told it won’t pass inspection. I’ve called and left several messages asking for just a call back, can’t even get that from the general manager. Since your business is so explicitly ignoring me I’ll let the better business bureau handle it.
Finally got into our new ride today! A big thank you to Michael Hamilton for working to make sure we found something that fits our needs, along with a few of the extras that we wanted! We couldnt be happier with our new vehicle. Lol, I realized when I arrived home, an hour from Apple, that I had left my garage door opener in the vehicle that I just traded in. We called Michael and asked him to mail it to us but he instead told us he would personally drive it up to us in a couple days! I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I have always been one to buy used vehicles. My last one a 2006 Ford Escape. Inquiried about another used vehicle, but thanks to Madison she was able to get me in a brand new vehicle. I was upside down on other vehicle with financing. Again, Madison worked her magic. This is my first brand new vehicle off the lot ever. I am pleased with the vehicle and how quickly it went with everything we had to go through to make it happen.
If I could give the service department 0 starts I would. I used to be a loyal customer who would bring my car every year for an inspection, and sometimes oil changes if my dad was busy. After the experience I had on Monday Apple Nissan has lost a loyal customer. I had my car in for my state inspection. They retold me it would be about an hour and that was fine. My car had never needed more than an hour for inspection. After about 2 hours someone finally came to talk to me and told me my car failed. They told me I needed new tires, a strut replaced, my windshield wipers replaced, and a front end alignment. The only thing my car does actually need is an alignment. My tires had all just been replaced 2 days before inspection and are all brand new. There is no way in that short of time they went bad. Also my strut they claim is bent has nothing wrong with it at all and my windshield wipers work perfectly. I had my dad who works on cars verify that everything in fact worked well before I went. He also was the one who did my new tires. Just because I am a woman does not give anyone the right to take advantage and try to con me into spending money I don’t have. I don’t know when Nissan became all about the money and less about great customer service, but I will not be back. I now have to pay for a second inspection because I do not trust your department with my car. I was there for another hour when all they had to do was pull my car out of the garage. Because if that I was late for an appointment and when I mentioned I needed to go I got brushed off. I did try to call today and was instructed to leave a voicemail for the manager, but to call back Monday if I don’t hear anything. This is not the quality I expect from this company.
This was my first time buying a car and Apple Nissan made this an extremely easy process. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Jonathan ensured the process was smooth and was great at communicating! I would definitely go back!

Ive been to them a few times - the work appears good....one knock though - sometimes I feel like theyre looking for problems and really nailed me for expensive repairs...I wasnt paying attention so I just got it done but it was ridiculous...be careful...the work is fine, but the cost is insane and questionable in its necessity. Fortunately Ive got the ability to pay, but anyone who cant be very careful.

Buyer Beware! I purchased a 2019 Sentra Nismo from Apple Nissan on July 24, 2021 and still have not received my registration/plates yet. I contacted my DMV August 17th and was informed that they did not receive my paper work and asked if I could provide them application number or tracking number. I’ve asked Apple Nissan to provide me this information but they were unwilling to provide me this info. They kept giving me reassurance that “everything will be ok” and that I will receive the registration/plates before the end of the temporary registration ends and that I would get an extension if it doesn’t. However, when I called again on September 10th, the same person I spoke to denied that he ever said that and said that they have two other clients still waiting for their plates since May. The DMV still does not have my paperwork and the finance manager at the dealership told me that my paper work was sent to Jupiter, their third party company, on Aug 4th and that they have no control of the situation. The people at this dealership has been giving me false reassurance, and misleading information from the start. If they knew I might have an issue getting my plates and registration, this risk should have been disclosed to me before I purchased a car from them. Now, the dealership is brushing me off and ghosting me. I was told someone would call me back but yet to receive a call back from Apple Nissan. They have not responded to my text messages and emails. They would not provide me a direct contact to Jupiter so that I cannot find out any information regarding my paperwork. I will lose the ability to drive the car on Sep 22nd when my temporary registration expires. I am desperate for help. I had no choice but to file a complaint to Better Business Bureau (BBB) to get their attention. I even went to my neighboring Nissan dealership, and they validated that the Apple Nissan dealership should be helping me with all this, and advised me to put in a complaint and bad review to catch their attention and take this situation seriously. I am trying what I can to get some help.There is more shadiness to this dealership. When I purchased the car, Apple Nissan told me that the basic warranty had expired so I purchased an extended warranty from them. However, this was a lie. I found out later that the basic warranty hasn’t expired. The dealership lied to me just to get me to buy their extended warranty. I am overwhelmed and shocked by this fraudulent business, and crying for help!
Thank you Mark Winters: etc. Etc. Nissan ppl; got my behind, in a nice pre-owned ride; even in my crunch for time after insurance cash me out on a total! Loss I was bummed but they sure kept this ole man positive and even got my rental returned for me before my deadline 🤓 🎩hats off

He was not afraid to say if he didnt know an answer but did everything he could to get the correct answer. He treated me like a customer buying a car and not like a sale. He was so personable and wanted to do what he could to get me into the car I loved. If you are looking for a car you should ask for him.
Brady was very understanding of how important it was to have a car that day. Everyone there did an excellent job of making the process smooth as possible. Brady even went as far as getting my bank statements off my phone and to his email. If it was not for him i would not have traded my car in and just found a way to fix her. It was a great experience. It was easy ... and that was very welcomed. Even though it passed inspection ... recommended fixes were given on the vehicle. They were presented as an option without a lot of pressure. I decided to have 1 of the 3 items done this time.

My family was looking for a new truck after an accident totalled my previous truck. We had little hope of getting approved, when we walked into Apple Nissan. They got us into a truck for roughly what we were looking for payment wise. Im very pleased and they worked with us and were very nice. Would go back and highly recommend
My used 2019 kicks ended up needing a whole new transmission. The transmission took about two weeks to come in, but I had a rental which made things a lot easier. The transmission was put in, and other things were serviced to my car as well, off of goodwill, which made me very happy seeing as though my inspection is coming up in June. Anyhow, after the service was finished, there were some little things I noticed when receiving it from the shop. Some rattling and sounds that I was not used to prior to getting the car fixed. Just figured they forgot to tighten some screws or something, I dont know too much about cars, thats why I come here. But I just took it back to get serviced again, and they went above and beyond to make me happy. I got to test drive it with a technician in the car. That was wonderful, because anything that I heard or felt that was different, he was right there to tell me if it was normal or not. I appreciated that to the fullest.
Not only did a oil change and tire rotation take 1.5 hours to do they charged me 15 dollars over what the stated price was. The customer rep said the oil costs more for my truck than other trucks and all he could was say sorry for the inconvenience. So lesson learned, they post one price then charge you another and you have no choice but to pay it.
I was called and informed by the service department that I had an open recall on my car. During the phone call, I proceeded to set up an appointment to have the recall taken care of. I had asked the time frame for the work that needed to be done for the recall and decided to just wait while the work was being performed (1 hour). I was unaware of a recall on my car until the telephone call from the service department. I applaud and am very grateful for the attention to detail, great concern they have for their customers.
Haleighs customer service was exceptional! I had called re a piece of rubber hanging in front wheel-well and she told me to stop by and they would look at it. She came out when I arrived and kept me informed the whole time I was there. She advised me of recommendations and costs.

Got a oil change and state inspection today 9am appointment...i feel when you bring your vehicles to a service center they should treat your vehicle as if it was their own..well after them taking way to long done at 11:45am..i checked to make sure my oil was at level and clean or drips of oil and they didnt make a mess with my car well it wasnt clean at all..not happy and wont return here again...and its sad cause i bought my car here..

Purchased a 2019 Nissan Armada and needed work done for a dashboard light. The guys there were very helpful and explained in detail the issue and my options.
Terrible experience! Dont go there. When I read the invoice they charge me $69.99 for an oil change with fully Synthetic oil, ten dollars over regular price, agent took out ten dollars after I complain. Other thing the tire light was ON in the display I paid $160.00 to change the sensor in the tire driving back home the light comes back on the display, I have to drive back to the dealer. On top of that the invoice bring a charge of $3.25 dollars for gloves, disinfectant, etc, due Covid-19. Could you believe it?
Apple Nissan surpassed all expectations. I took my car to them after purchasing from another non-Nissan dealer and check engine light coming on right after purchasing. Everyone was professional, explained costs and all suggested services needed for car. Waiting area at new dealership was a welcomed upgrade! Comfortable place to wait and get work done while waiting for your car. Will continue to go back to Apple Nissan for my service needs.

Made an appointment to look at a vehicle today at 12... Talked to a few different people. When I got there they had sold it. I drove across town to make my appointment but they didnt care about that or my business... Ive bought a few vehicles from various apple locations, bit I will never buy one from them again. What a waste of time.Update:. Happenstance or not, Im sure you wouldnt appreciate wasting your time if it happened to you. Imagine making a reservation for an anniversary at a restaurant across town only to get there and they gave your reservation to someone else.. now multiply that by a couple thousand. Oh well, Ill be fine. Ill spend my money elsewhere and make sure anyone I know in the market for a car knows what happened to me there.

My husband and I live in Harrisburg where there is a dealership very close by but we chose to buy our fourth Nissan vehicle at the York location because of outstanding service from people like Madison. Bought a used van from Apple Nissan and worked with Chad. We had a great experience there. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. When we forgot to address an issue with a crack in the windshield before we finished the purchase and took the van home and the crack spread, they took care of the problem and replaced the windshield for us.
They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable & make sure all my questions were answered. They were polite & courteous to me.

Saturday our family went to Apple Nissan to look for a new car. Lee helped us find the Rogue we liked and we bought it that day. For being short staffed and busy the sales team was excellent and accommodating. They were great with our daughter who we brought with us. Service Manager was a caring professional who took care of all relevant issues after due discussions.
Most recent was fine, it was just in for state inspection. BUT, they have never been able to fix the original problem of the car completely turning off when you drive it. It even did it with them in the car. They even had their diagnostics hooked up when it did it for them. They even contacted their headquarters tech people about it. Basically they just gave the car back and said, we cant figure it out, sorry. That was it! Talk about not caring about our safety.
Your service representative was excellent--very helpful. I like your new facility, but it takes more more than 45 minutes to get to it. I wish you had another branch in East York or in Red Lion. I probably will not buy another car because of my age, but if I change my mind, it will be another Nissan. I have had four Nissans now and they are the best cars on the market.
I just purchased my dream car a Burgundy Nissan Platinum Pathfinder with all the my desired features from Apple Nissan of York, PA., which was worth the 288 plus mile drive. Every one there were very friendly and welcoming. My salesman Brady was very accommodating with regards to all of my concerns and requests, to includevideo confirmations during this long distance process.The final transaction day was timeless and effortless, as finance manager Bruce had researched, compiled and completed all needed form information. I regret to go there to fix my car. They changed me so high and then they said theyre gonna fix my car five hours. I dropped off my car yesterday and they didnt even call me to if they cant finish my car yesterday and today no call from them. I need my car tomorrow. Bad customer service 😑 😒

Micheal Smith, he was very easy to work with and not pushy at all and I found a really good deal on the exact car I wanted. Excellent customer service! Only issue I have is the labor for 2 hours was $360 which I thought was a bit excessive.

My experience at Apple Nissan was beyond amazing, I have purchased several vehicles over the years from several different dealerships including other Apple stores but I have never got the experience that I have here at this dealership. Everyone at the dealer was very caring and professional. They went above and beyond to get me a deal that was better then my expectations. My salesman Ernest was very laid back and not pushy which makes a great experience. The Service department staff was very friendly and the Store manager was very friendly as well. I will definitely return to this dealership in the future due to the entire team there is great.

My service experience was superb from start to finish. April notified me of the recall and scheduled my appointment while offering the convenience of dropping my car off the day before. As a Mom, I get distracted with my kids activities so the friendly reminder of my upcoming appointment was greatly appreciated. During the day of my vehicle servicing Haleigh kept me posted of when I could pick up my car. I know that Ill go to Apple when Im ready to buy again.
