Highly devaluing of employees, pays minimum for very dangerous and hard work, make more starting inside off a safe and climate controlled warehouse than 2.5 yrs working outside in dangerous working conditions, encourage bad work ethic bye overworking good employees with no repercussions for bad employees, cant stress enough pays minimal considering the work you do
