Smugly answered me question that they do not sell 4x4s [ok fine! no biggy]but then laughed when i asked for a quote on 800 6 tall pickets.put me on hold to see if she can sell me that manygot back on the line with a smerk that she can not sell that many, if i wanted a few for repairs that was all they could do.i went to ask another question when they might become available [im aware of how expensive and hard to get lumber is] but before i could form the question she hung up on me.so damn rude

Bad customer service. Started an email conversation with Tom at York County Lumber about a project that I was looking for lumber on. Tom sent a quote and asked if I had any questions. Sent over my questions and havent heard back since. Tried following up but Ive heard nothing back. Not sure how ghosting your potential customers works as a good business model.
