A amazing place to get venison done wont be disappointed at all.

Ive been having my venison bologna & hot dogs made here for 11 years and counting. Also had some deer hinds turned into smoked hams a few times.The product is delicious and pricing is very fair.I hunt with friends in Lycoming & they always send their processing order back to York with me because Illyes is better than anyone they have around them up there. We collectively have orders of about $1k worth of product every year. One of my buddies has a bunch of food allergies and all of their products are safe for him to eat. He orders over 100 pounds of hotdogs every year. Another buddy had a wife who couldnt eat any commercially processed hot dogs but had no adverse effects from the deer dogs.The people are all very nice and it is always a pleasure to do business with them. Their scrapple is also very good. I usually buy a pound of that when I am there.

Illyes always has so much good fruits and vegetables and the staff are always so friendly and willing to cut the meat any way you want it done I miss ms Sara and her baked goods also

I have been having my venison processed here for over 10 years. The results are outstanding. It is so good that I drive all the way from Maryland. The place is clean. The people are nice. The Jalapeno-Cheese hotdogs are outstanding! I highly recommend Ilyes.

Very nice people compared to a lot of other butcher shops I have been too. Very fast service and the people and facility is clean. I would absolutely recommend coming here even if you have to drive a little bit longer like I have too.

This place is Top Notch! The people working there are the Nicest! They really care about their customers. Treat you with respect and very polite! When taking venison for processing they give you a date for pick up with the price already calculated. Their products are The Best and a wide variety. You will never receive attitude ....like down the road at Twin Pines!

Been going here for about 10 yrs best processors for deer meat I used Starlippers in upper P.A. for time before that no comparison.Great people great Italian sausage everThere scrapple is fantastic its my first time trying it an there sliced bacon is lean an thick cut really good.

My problem with visiting this place is that everything is so extra fresh and delicious and you end up eating too many vegetables and fruit. LOL.9/18/21 Just had to add at times will be rolling by other produce stands or farmers markets and I regret it most times as this place puts out such quality and ripe food. Just made the trip out for yummy corn, pears, and onions.

My Mother and I and quite a few other family members have been shopping at this market for many years. I had moved to Florida and I am back for probably my last time home here. But I make it a point to stop and shop here for the most quality meats I can get. Never disappointed. Looks like I may have to see into getting certain things sent to me as we cant get a lot of what I love down there. Congratulations on the wonderful years if service to our family and public.
