I was greeted almost instantly by Craig. He asked if I was looking for anything in particular and let me know about all of the sales for the day. He was quick to help me check out and offered a free hand sanitizer and sprayed the gift bag paper with a seasonal spray. He has the great customer service you just don’t see anymore!

Stopped in for free car jar weekend, they have great new scents that are so realistic! Got some good coupons too, very friendly staff!

Very unwelcoming and on top of that, an employee was moving around very quickly and almost walked into me and didn’t apologize and acted as if I was in the way. I will be sure to make my friends and family aware of this environment.

Good experience with staff but disappointed in selection of refills

I went in the store to do Shopkicks and to look for a candle for my bathroom, and this woman employee yelled at me for first, accidentally dropping a plastic lid on the floor, and then again for leaving to get my wallet and coming back in a second time. Ive never been treated so rudely by a store employee. So go buy your candles somewhere else, everyone. If only there was a way to give zero stars.
