It was super busy, and they had a good variety of products. Employees were very friendly. There was a line outside the store. They were only letting a certain amount of people into the store because of covid, I assume.

Great selection of soap and hand cream. I never thought you could spend an hour selecting scented soap water but here we are. Seems the best way to approach this is by signing up and getting the sale info which makes the costs more palatable.

The staff member that helped us was super helpful and he made sure we found everything we wanted! The other staff was friendly as well.

I went in there just to get some wall flower refills. But, as always, they have great specials and new products - so I ended up buying more than I planned! I love their lotions and shower gels!! The ladies in there are very helpful in finding what you need!

Love the foaming hand soap my favorite is sweater weather

This one is way bigger than our back home!!! They charged us for three of an item and when I showed receipt and bag they were happy to give us the item we had paid for and waa charged for. Very clean and organized!!

I love bath& body!!

Ive always been a huge fan of bath and body works! I love that they dont test on animals and I will always support them for that. They are constantly bringing out new scents, so you can always find something that tickles your fancy. They put out awesome coupons and run one day sales quite often. They allow you to use multiple coupons too! Now they have the white barn candles next door and those come in tons of different scents too

Staff is always helpful. This is one of my favorite stores to visit both online and at the mall.

Dropped my coupon in the store and lost the coupon. They still allowed me to use it on my purchase.

These soaps smell so good, I wish they has the coffee candle around more often! A house smelling like fresh brewed coffee would be heaven

The staff at this Bath & Body works (particularly MJ, Caitlyn, & Angie) are absolutely fabulous! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They took the trouble the re-ring our items 3 separate times in order to accommodate our Black Friday coupons! They were so gracious and made our Black Friday experience excellent!

I had a really bad experience with the manager, on my b-day, dec 7th candle day, I went in and bought some canndles and my sis works there and I was gunna hang around the mall till she got off and the manager misunderstood and thought I was hanging in the store the whole time and started yelling and freacking out at me and it was really uncalled for when I tried to correct her she said she didnt want annoying kids distracting her emplyees. I was taken aback because I didnt think a MANNAGER would ever act that way towards customer. Her name was Andrea and honestly if you ever go there be aware of the way she treated me. I will prolly never go back there, from now on Lancaster and Hanover are my places.

The usual items. Salesman (yes, man) totally loud and obnoxious, running around the store yelling to other employees. Very unprofessional. Im sure hes fun at parties but not in a mall store that caters to women.

Amazing place. Like it as much as my wife.

We went a couple weeks before Christmas, the store was packed, staff was overwhelmed. We were looking for 1 specific item and ended up dealing with 3 team members to find it. We ended up searching through drawers and bins. Eventually, we found it. Staff was friendly and wanted to help, they just didnt know where to look for this particular item.
