I travelled to York, PA all the way from Tampa, FL because from the very first contact (website, and then email and phone) Justin and Doug at York Mitsubishi demonstrated the hard-to-find virtues of being transparent in their negotiations and more than fair in their pricing (without abusing the situation) given the current market conditions. Im fairly familiar with the car-buying process and can attest that there were absolutely zero gotchas, shenanigans nor unpleasant surprises whatsoever. They were also always straightforward and accommodating to the nuances of buying a car from out-of-state. This dealership is a gem among gems, not only compared to other Mitsubishi locations that I contacted, but across all car makes. I would gladly fly up and make the crazy long drive again for a future purchase. Keep up the great work!

York Mitsubishi really made my first car (a used car but nonetheless a gem!) purchase a wonderful experience. Big shout outs to Justin, Doug, Ken and Randy. they made the process smooth and painless. Justin and Doug were understanding and very easy to talk to. I met Ken and Randy on the day of pick up, who are also very detailed and insightful about the car I purchased. Ken even went over all the features of the car before I left. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a spare tired installed on our 2020 outlander. While it appears they did a decent job there are no instructions on how to get the tire off and use it. I asked when I picked it up and the lady said well I guess there are tools in the back to allow you to use it. Then she said If you have any questions call us. I already asked a question and it wasnt really answered. Also we asked several people at Mitsubishi in sales and service regarding having luggage rails placed on our roof. At first we were told they could be placed on and would be ordered. Over half of the cars in the lot have them on their roofs. Later they said it cant be done to our car and only cross bars could be ordered. Cross bars in our situation are not adequate as they cant be moved forward and back. I feel misled about purchasing this car and would have made a different decision if the folks in sales and service were more knowledgeable.
The hospitality was fenomenal. The our sales person Khan really took the time to make us feel welcomed and respected at all times beforw going to him we went to platinum mitsubishi in lancaster pa, and were treated very poorly. But Khan and the manager were awesome at the mitsubishi in york pa.
Customer service and overall Mitsubishi company is a total joke. Broke down near York, PA coming home to NY, the only Mitsubishi center I could find here told me they could try to squeeze me in in the middle of June, this being the last week of may. I told them this is an emergency as I am quite literally stranded on the side of the road with two small kids, 5 hours from home and my car is new and under warranty, and they didn’t care. I called around to any other Mitsubishi in the area and nobody would help. Ended up having to use a different repair shop (Witmer Automotive- highly recommend!) and pay for everything out of pocket because Mitsubishi doesn’t care about their customers and now won’t cover anything under the warranty.
They are super friendly and they really care about your car, love bringing my car here, they always know what to do!!

I have no problem with the brand Mitsubishi. In fact, I would still have my beautiful Eclipse if I had not decided to take it to York for service. This review is strictly limited to the service I received there. Do yourself a favor and get any promises in writing and never proceed without an estimate. My fault I let the service manager tell me she couldnt email out and I let them proceed without getting the facts in writing first. Cost me almost $1500 to learn a valuable lesson - getting scammed by a dealership for simple maintenance is a real thing. Also, when you know things are going down the wrong path, dont be afraid to ask for the parts back that are supposedly replaced during service - and if they insist they cant find them, then ask them to put that in writing; you may need it later for proof.

My Mitsubishi dealer is great. They are always friendly and get you in and out fast. I have never had any problems with them.
First, the Service Advisor does not work on Fridays and when I leave a message either on her answering machine or with another Service Advisor I do not receive any call back. I have to make it my responsibility to make an additional trip into the dealership to talk face to face.

Bought a 2020 Outlander. The transmission needed replaced at 5500 miles!The Transmission needed replaced before the oil ! I called Mitsubishi, they said thats why I have a warranty. Very disappointed. The car was fixed, but its not the same. 4 month old car. Makes me sick

Was in for a recall and arrived 1 hour earlier than my appointment was but had no problem having my service done right away without a long wait. I had the wrong time but appreciated them taking me in right away.
I originally got a lease from Lancaster Mitsubishi who closed. My lease ran out and I called York to inquire about buying out my lease. Doug Sprenkle agreed to help as I stated I had never done this before. After the fact, the lease company did not receive the check timely. When I called Doug agitated, he proceeded to tell me he DID ME A FAVOR-- Im sorry you made no commission off my purchase, but you just lost all of the modifications that were going to this car as well as a future car purchase. You CHOSE to take my business, thank you for doing me the favor of showing me where to never bring my car back to.

I can never buy a Japanese car after Midway and Iwo Jima these kids today arent made like we were when we took those hills going up hill both ways fighting the Japanese in the last great war now we sell these cars and I dont know where America got so turned around at that sometimes I wish I was on vacation with the Missus and the Lord. They are next to royal farms so someone made a good choice or there or they would be out of business in six months for sure.

Hay out there. I just bought a 2009 Camry with 19,000 miles from Doug, the manager. I must tell you that every word he and his staff tells you is the truth!! It was hard to believe the story that an old lady drove this car about 2,000 miles a year. I did a Carfax and an Expedian that confirmed the millage. I BOUGHT THIS CAR SIGHT UNSEEN WITHOUT DRIVING IT. By talking to Doug, it was obvious to me that he wasnt give me a sales pitch but was just being HONEST. I trust these guys 100%. They delivered the car to me. I took the car a few days later for inspection. My mechanic put it up on the lift. He couldnt believe it. The car underneath and under the hood looked brand new like a 19,000 mile car. IM THRILLED!!! Car drives like a brand new car. I would buy another car from hthese guys with full confidence that what ever you are being told is NOT exaggerated. Good luck everybody.Izzy

They tried to swindle my daughter. Luckily she knew not to buy without calling me to come check paperwork and facts first. Paperwork was wrong on what came loaded on vehicle. Therefore they were trying to sell it as a higher model (more than it was worth). Also tried to claim it had a clean car fax. I could visibly see car damage that had been repaired, as I worked in a body shop. So, I pulled the car fax by the vin myself... car had been in an accident.
