I bought a used Mercedes-Benz with a 3-month warranty. When I test drove it, I noticed that the left turn signal wasn’t working properly. They told me they would have it fixed. I took it in for service and asked if they had a loaner car. They said they did not. They could not fix it and had to send it to a Mercedes dealership to replace the steering column. It was there for 2 weeks. I picked it up and drove it home and when I pulled into my driveway a check engine light came on and the ECO start/stop was not working properly. I called and they told me to bring it back in a couple days. I asked if they had a loaner car because I live over an hour away and it was an issue to find someone to pick me up at their dealership. They did not. I took it back in, and they had to send it to the Mercedes dealership again. They told me it was a pressure valve. Again, they had it over 2 weeks. I asked them if they could extend my warranty a month because it had been in their shop for over a total of a month. They said they would not. I picked up the car again and drove it home. The check engine light was out but it still had the same issue with the ECO start/stop. I called and left a message with my service advisor and never got a call back.The options provided to me by the Stetler were for me to take it to a Mercedes dealership and pay out of my pocket to have it diagnosed and then Stetler would decide if they would fix it. I dont feel that I should have to pay out of pocket for something under warranty.
I bought my Renegade from them but most of the service was not done by them. I needed to replace the tires so I bought upgraded 17 OEM rims and bigger tires. I got great advice from the parts dept re where to upgraded rims and in choosing new tires. The service department was extremely easy to deal with too.Heres what I didnt like. I was quoted a $780 price under hte Buy 3 Get One Free promo. But during install I was called and asked if I wanted the tire pressure sensors taken off the old rims or if I wanted new ones. I went with swapping out the existing ones.My bill was nearly $400 more! The labor rate is $129/hour and the dealership has a set time they estimate the service to take, and it is 2.4 hours. I was indignant but calm and simply said, there is no way it takes over 2 1/2 hours to remove sensors and reinstall them. A manager told the service person to reduce the rate. I said how about you simply charge for the ACTUAL time the service took?.My final bill was just under a $1,000. The people were certainly nice, the service very good but that nonsense billing structure is just about a crime. As I told the service person thats why people dont take their vehicles to dealerships.Be forewarned and dont hesitate to question your bill.
Scott at Stetler’s was great to work with. He kept me updated on the progress of my order and was always responsive to my questions. On delivery day, he was very knowledgeable and able to show me all the features of my new Grand Cherokee L.
Bought my truck in January and I really liked the fact that it wasn’t a pressure type sale from Stetler Dodge. Salesman and finance guy was courteous and friendly. I have had 2 oil changes and a state inspection and an emissions inspection done this past Monday and both times the service employees were kind and courteous. Will recommend Stetler for both sales and service.

Twice ive placed appointments in the morning one for 7 and one for 8am Twice when I called at lunch time they said oh we never started or we didnt see your car then I had to sit around and twiddle my thumbs for 5 hours its really unacceptable Its not like they charge me less for wasting my time. Im sure the staff is nice enough but the doing stuff on time surely has slipped their mind lately.
Dropped off Jeep overnight for replacement of an oil pressure sensor that had gone up. Time was pretty crucial because I was leaving on a trip the next morning. I was a little worried when i didnt hear by late afternoon that it was finished, but i was assured it would be done by end of business. Paperwork was being printed by the time I came in, sensor responding normally, and an additional tip for repelling rodents from wiring, which was definitely bonus.Great price, great service, great results.

They had everything lined up and ready for me to test drive, sign paperwork and cleaned up and detailed my vehicle for delivery was great. And Definitely will be back if i want a upgrade done or service to be done to my vehicle and other vehicles i own.
I was in the market for several weeks unsure of the type of vehicle I wanted and visited numerous dealers in the area but none impressed me as much as Stetler. The staff were professional, informed and courteous from the moment I walked in until I picked up the Jeep a couple of days later. I would highly recommend buying your next Dodge Chrysler or Jeep from them!
This is the 3rd car weve purchased and the fourth will be the wrangler we also ordered this week. Emerson is great to work with. Not a fake salesman but a friendly good guy who does his best to get you in the car but is always straight forward at the same time. The gentlemen in charge of finance (sadly I cant remember his name ) always works hard to get the beat deal and I love talking to him about his crazy collection lol Our service experience with you has also always been top notch. Our jeep windshield had a spider crack in the bottom of the from a rock and during inspection you just fixed it. Didnt tell us. Didnt even charge us. Just did it because someone decided it was the right thing to do. Thats customer service you dont get anymore. There are other Jeep dealers near by but youll always get my business.
The service was fast . Friendly.The complaint is all the recalls on this 2018 jeep wrangler I purchase new. Every 3 months a recall .Its ridiculous. Also was told they dont wash the wranglers because of roof leaking . Really. Jeep was all dusty. Great sales pitch there. Last year took forever to get recall parts.Signed : Waiting on next recall.

Found vehicle I was looking for on the dealers website. Drove three hours to see it. Salespeople were very helpful and friendly. From test drive to drive new truck home the experience was probably the easiest new car buy I have had. No stressful negotiations or sales pitch. A no for an answer was accepted without any of the expected strong arm tactics. Saved about $2500 by driving three hours. Would definitely go there again.
I have been researching and contemplating this purchase for almost a year. What kept me from purchasing sooner was the fact that my truck I had was low mileage and in very good condition. Well taken care. So this purchase was more of a want than a need. I stopped in to test drive this vehicle because it has been sitting on their lot for a while. We drove through the lot a number of times while the dealer ship was closed. So after the test drive I pretty much knew if they could give me what I wanted for my trade and a monthly payment I was comfortable with I would be buying the vehicle. The salesperson is was laid back. He was not pushy. Answered all my questions. It was late almost an hour after closing. I had a few more questions that he wrote down and called me back the next day with the answers. Financing went smoothly as I was able to do it online. Financing was approved within a few hours and I picked up my new Jeep Gladiator less than two days after test driving. So far I thrilled with my purchased. Excited for new adventures.

My car had to be towed into Stetler Dodge on Wednesday night. I called Thursday morning to tell them that I was a widow and worked full-time and depended on my car for transportation. I asked if they could assess what was wrong ASAP. By the end of the day, they not only did that but completed the repairs my car needed. It needed a new alternator, a new serpentine belt, and a new battery. What was a very stressful situation for me became a much lighter load because of Stetlers compassion for my situation, their expertise and quick turn-around. I had an issue with the valet code on my car. I called around to several other dealerships yesterday and they told me I had to make an appointment which was 3 weeks or more out. I even drove to the express lane in Lebanon after being told on the phone that they could help me there. Finally I called Stetler they told me to come in today. I was in and out in less than an hour. Then tried adding more aftermarket warranties on top of it.Come to find out my payment was going to be a good bit less then what they told me after I refused to sign the paperwork for the warrantiesSo just pay EXTRA attention to the papers youre signing.The staff was ok to deal with
Hi i have an issue with my pacifica just stopping when ever it wants to while diving at speed, yes very dangerous,, the circuit that is susposed to save gas at stop light can kill you .... lots of people see this happening and dealers have no code to show this,, my research shows that if battery voltage .goes a little low car will shut off when ever if feels like it ..the dealer did all thats required and thats OK but problem not resolved ..

Greg in Service was awesome. I had a fuel Level sensor go bad on my 2014 Ram (67K miles) and he got it taking care of for me at a reasonable cost $665 plus a half hour of A/C diagnostics. Easy to deal with, Stetler Dodge. I first took my truck to Susquehanna Dodge because it was closer. I explained to them what was wrong with my truck after doing a bunch of research online. Turns out they did not listen to my problem, swaped out a good Fuel pressure sensor and never fixed the Fuel Level Sensor all to the tune of $305 . Total waiste of time and money. They would not work with me to come up with a solution because i did not know that there was a difference of the two sensors and because I declined diagnostics. I did so because they made it seem like that was an extra cost. Totally poor commumication IMO> They actually wanted over a thousand dollars to fix it right. I will go to Stetler from now on for all repairs.
I found a beautiful Cherokee TRAILHAWK on CARFAX.com that was at Stetler. I never though I could get them to work with me to get it into my payment range, but after speaking to Michelle there, she assured me they’d do their best, so I made the 45 minute trip there. Everyone I dealt with there was very helpful, and after some back and forth negotiation, they got it into my payment range. I signed the papers and brought it home. After I did get it home I noticed there wasn’t an owners manual so I called them back and the salesman offered to order me one and have it sent to my home. I got it a couple days later. After absolutely DREADING going through the vehicle buying process, they made me feel valued and took the time to answer all of my questions, even after the sale.I highly recommend Stetler !!!!😀

Took a vehicle there for state inspection and what was to be a free oil change according to my account online. When selecting the services, the prices are listed beside each service and oil change said $0.00, service contract. While waiting a service advisor came into the waiting area to sell me the usual add ons. She said that I needed a new air filter. I laughed and said that air filter was changed 5000 miles ago and checked last week when I checked the vehicle out myself for inspection. She then said well maybe he didnt actually pull it out and just recommended because of the mileage. When I went to pay my bill was $93.00 for the inspection and oil change (free state inspection and $38 for emissions). I questioned this and she immediately got nasty and also said it tool longer because I chose an appointment time that was in between usual waiter appointments. I again laughed and said it was an 8:30 appointment that I made via the web portal 3 weeks ago with one of the many times available. I arrived 30 minutes early and there were 2 people ahead of me waiting and 1 more came in an hour later. 2 hours for oil change and inspection. Whel leaving i noticed something on the hood, after the vehicle went through their carwash the backing for the stickers was still stuck to the hood and the pieces of the old stickers were on the seat and rolled up on the floor. This place is usually a nightmare for service and always tries to sell add ons that arent recommended in the service manual like the induction cleaning of the injectors for $154.00.

Came here to change oil couple days ago.Be aware of their employees, because theyre stealers. Whoever was changing my oil took 1/3 from my pack of latex gloves and all change from pockets of my jacket.This stuff doesnt worth much to bother, but this attitude is terrible. The oil change service itself was good though.

Whens the renovation taking place... Ill never buy a new jeep..my 2000 inline six i bought with 4 miles .now has 655,000 .still all original .not a spot of rust or fade still looks new ..but the new jeeps are junk ... Numerous complaints from people who own new ..plus being made by fiat thats just bad news

Employees were kind and understanding, car was amazing, and I was in and out within an hour and a half after all the paperwork was signed and the keys were handed over. I took my car in for routine maintenance. While my car was being worked on, a mechanic accidently broke my air intake temperature sensor. The service rep informed me of the issue and they ordered a replacement free of charge. I was also given a loaner vehicle to use since my car was temporarily out of service due to the broken sensor. I was able to pick up my car the next day. Overall, service was great, as always.
This was my first time at Stetler, I would recommend their sevice department to anyone. Oil changed and a part ordered for a factor warranty. John even gave an above and beyond call to my place of employment to make sure he had the correct phone number and speak to me about my vehicle.

I am writing this review in regards to my visit for service 5/1/21 thru 5/5/21 at Stetler Dodge. I brought my 2015 Durango Citadel (78,000 miles) in because I was having transmission issues where the car would not properly shift gears and would stutter, however I was able to drive it in manual just fine). I was contacted by a service advisor regarding the issues for my car. I was told that the transmission was bad, my fluid was burnt, and that due to the total cost that I should consider getting a new car and not repairing this one. 3 days later I received an estimate for $5,600 for the transmission plus another $4,300 for a few other miscellaneous things for a total of $9,900.Obviously I was shell shocked at the cost and the issues. I had the sales department give me an appraisal so I could decide what I wanted to do. That came back at $11,000 for trade-in without fixing any issues. I decided I would contact FCA to see if they would goodwill a portion of the transmission. While waiting for them to investigate, my local mechanic contacted me and asked me more about what was going on. He has seen this plenty before and to check out the cylinder 6 misfire as that could be causing the TCM to malfunction causing the transmission issues. Since there wasn’t any timeline as to when Stetler would be able to get me a transmission I decided to pick up my truck and try fixing the cylinder misfire. I got all new spark plugs, a new ignition coil for that cylinder, and new intake gaskets. All for just under $150. Once we pulled the spark plugs it was blatantly evident that they were completely shot and the root of the cylinder misfire. We got everything put back together, reset the computer, and took it out to test drive it; all my gear shifting issues were completely gone. I’ve had a couple people look at the photos of my transmission fluid and they have ALL agreed that it is not even remotely burnt. It’s used but definitely not burnt. Since my Durango uses the “lifetime fluid” I can almost guarantee that it has never been changed. Hence why it is dirty and some metal flakes in it due to use and initial break-in. I am planning on changing the fluid to get a better look at it shortly.I’m not a huge fan of dealerships to begin with due to most of their reputations. I’ve heard good things about Stetler lately so I figured I would bring my Durango to them. I truly regret my decision at this point. I feel like had my mechanic not stepped in to offer up some help I would be out $6,000 for a transmission that I DON’T need. To know that Stetler Dodge would have taken my car for $11,000 and put a couple hundred into fixing it and put it out on the lot for sale for around $20k - $22k is beyond upsetting. I know my truck is clean and I feel like I was completely taken advantage of by trying to get me to offload my “trouble riddled” vehicle. I’m not sure if this is how you do business to begin with, but I will NEVER do business with Stetler, not even to buy parts. I do not appreciate business that take advantage of someone’s ‘misfortunes’. I have been debating on how I want to handle this. Part of me wants to wash my hands of this whole experience, and another part of me wants to make absolute sure that this won’t happen to someone else. Especially the people who don’t know much about cars. I know enough that I had a gut feeling something was wrong and thankfully I listened to it and others around me.

From someone who worked at a car dealership as a sales person, I have to say Im very impressed. I came in asking for what I thought was a fair deal. I worked with Jason and he was the only person out of all the dealership that was able to get me the deal I wanted without the run around. Many dealership try telling me it wasnt possible or they were trying to get me to pay more in payment with more money down for a less value vehicle. Jason from the start listen to what I wanted and gave me his best deal from the start and it was exactly where I wanted to be at. He never hounded us or try to pressure us. Im very pleased with the dealership experience and how professional everyone was including finance. Im happy Im now part of the Jeep Wave. My husband and I are now Happy Jeep Wrangler owners thanks to Stetler.

After going to countless dealerships and getting the run around, or brushed off all together, my God-sister and neighbor suggested I try out stetler dodge . Although I had a nice down payment I do have credit issues. I explained my situation to my salesman jason berry before even looking at the car. I had been looking awhile for a vehicle & decided to take a trip to Stetler where my search ended. I worked with Scott Fahringer who was very informative, not pushy, just overall nice guy trying to help me with my vehicle search & answer my questions. I already had my payment in place but needed to work with finance to do my paperwork. Scott handled most so I would only need to sign. Jon JT Tyson (finance) met me at Scotts desk to finalize my transaction. He explained everything & took his time to answer any questions. It was pleasant, quick & easy. Also worked with Tony Poulin in service, he kept me informed & was great to work with, taking care of my vehicle & scheduling my shuttle svc, even got a car wash. I cant say enough about my experience at Stetler except if I could give them 10 stars, I would. Best experience ever buying a new car. The staff at Stetler is very professional and knowledgeable of their products and the business. Andrew worked around a busy schedule to keep the process moving for me and get answers to my questions. He was open and honest with me and worked to make me the best deal possible right down to the invoice. He has continued to follow up with me for any additional questions or concerns I had and does so in the most patient and professional manner. The car was ready for my test drive when I arrived and it absolutely sparkled when I left with it for home. Highly recommend these folks. No pressure, just a willingness to work with you to get you the best deal they can reasonably make.
Very smooth experience. A bit long, but thats to be expected when buying a new vehicle. The sales and finance guys made the experience as easy as possible. Also, no parking lot vultures! Definitely would recommend if youre searching for their brand vehicles

Service was great. Just wondering why they didnt rotate the tires with the 8,000 mile oil change. I thought that was a regular thing to keep the tires from wearing out.

I was suddenly in need of another vehicle. It was another great experience at Stetler Dodge with Emerson Corson. 24 hours after hearing my old vehicle was done, I was driving off the lot in a used 2019 very low mileage Ram 1500. Also like to mention the finance department for their expertise in getting me financed and out the door!
I took my challenger there for recall issues. They were able to get my car in and repair it right away. Great customer service. I will probably use them for all my mechanical needs now.

Had an annoying “popping” sound coming from rear of vehicle. Technician rode with me to confirm it was a problem that needed attention. They tried a few things, but did not fix noise. I appreciated they were up front and honest, instead of giving it back with the noise. They were determined to fix the issue, and ultimately it was found and resolved. THANK YOU! 👍🏼
I was a little disappointed that they would not do the tire rotation as part of the free service.other than that ok
