Jonathan is an expert. The quality in his cigars is obvious. Half of the experience is talking to Jon about how the sticks are made, all of which are hand-rolled. I loved both of the cigars I purchased... Great flavor, little to no aftertaste. Looking forward to my next visit.

Im changing my review to one star because Casta Cigars apparently does not put care into how they do business with its customers. I ordered a bunch of their cigars for a party with old friends this weekend a week ago, but after eagerly checking my mailbox everyday I discovered through PayPals thirdparty website, that my order had been cancelled. While the money was refunded, I did not receive any notification informing me of this. Additionally, my order wasnt cancelled till yesterday, which means that an entire week passed by as I awaited this shipment. Now, my cigar party is bust, which is a shame because I wanted to share what I thought was a special cigar from a friendly, local business with old friends who are travelling to join me from the far reaches of the country. My advice is, dont waste your time with this outfit- they wont put in the effort in notifying you when issues arise with orders, nor will they pick up the phone when you call during business hours. While their cigars are good, their business presence is the antithesis of the caring, personalized quality of service that you should rightfully expect from paying their premium prices.

I stopped in just to look around and I was happy that I did. I purchased a nice cigar that was smooth with no after taste. Will be in to try another variety very soon.

Fine cigars in an amazing location, the focus on the mild end of the spectrum and long aged tobacco has created a product that is unique and smooth, the courtyard out back is a very nice place to relax and enjoy. The owner was very accommodating and helpful I hope I can make it back here sometime soon!The prices are quite good for the level of quality and service.

York Counties hidden gem. Having only recently moved to York and being a novice cigar aficionado Casta Cigars has now become my go to spot. The staff are really friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Being cigar connoisseurs themselves certainly explains how they are able to ignite ones newfound passion for a fine cigar. The added perks of a military discount and frequent flyer program make this a must for all you cigar fans out there. With all that said add to it the best cigar I have smoked to date. They certainly have made an impression on this old soldier. They even take the occasional razzing from your spouse when you decide to purchase one of their more extravagant cigars that they carry. Great cigars. My only problem is you really should call ahead to make sure they are open. There have been numerous times when I have stopped in during their advertised hours and either the door is locked or no one is in. This last time I waited a full half hour past their scheduled open time and they never did open. I saw several customers leave

They make their own cigars here. As a first time visitor I appreciated having a brief tutorial on their cigars directly from the purveyor and this enhanced my cigar shopping experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly. It was cool to get a tour of the shop including the back lounge where other patrons were hanging out. It was small and intimate but very inviting.

I found this place today by accident...best accident Ive had in a long time. Wayne shared the story behind these cigars and gave me a private tour of this awesome cigar bistro. I think I found one of my regular haunts in the good city of York #iloveyorkcity

Visited this one of a kind brick and mortar shop today. Its not your normal cigar shop/lounge. The owner wanted to create a welcoming environment and he achieved it. Even if you are new to the world of cigars, you need to give this place a try. Price wise, you get what you pay for. Absolutely top notch product! It was obvious from the first puff to the last that this is a quality, small batch cigar. They also sell online so that makes it extremely accessable no matter where you are. I will recommend to friends and will absolutely be back. Do not come to York and skip this place!

Great looking place, but not for the old school cigar smoker. I like the musk of cedar wood and tobacco in the air. The place is like a 5 star restaurant trying to get a Michelin star. Good smokes overall.
