We unfortunately didnt find exactly what we were looking for but the girl at the sales counter was very friendly and just awesome. Also, given the size of the store, they have an awesome selection. I was surprised when I walked through the door. Ill definitely be checking them out sometime in the not so distant future!

Good products and selection. The woman at the store was very nice and didnt judge me when I asked about the kratom.Prices on the kratom are high but brick and mortar stores need to make a profit some how to compete with online competitors. It is of good quality and I dont mind paying a little more to help out a local store.

Stopped in their once, bought a boss GRAV pipe and now I have a habbit lol both stores are worth the drive. Their tobacco pitch is pretty good too. Locally owned, less additives and doesnt taste cheap. The bags alone are reason to buy their tobacco lol

I really really miss when this was Custom Blends, but Ill get over it. Even though we lived in the Gettysburg area, we went well out of our way to come to this location every time. You can tell the staff here actually cares. Its a pleasant, well lit, clean atmosphere and thats out biggest reason to come here instead of the Gettysburg location. Weve never had a bad experience here.

Prices seem high for quality. Asked to swap head pieces they said no problem. Low and behold they charged me separately for it anyway. Very shady. Go to One Flight Up or Stash Box instead! Better service and quality for your hard earned money.

I’ve now been to this location 3 times in my short time living in dallastown. The first two times I came to your store your employees were a great help. But today I got someone different and it was like I was an inconvenience to her. If she didn’t wanna help me find accessories for my water pipe then she shouldn’t be working in a pipe store. I understand PA may have stricter laws then where I’m from but I’m a medical patient just trying to get accessories for my piece so I can take my medicine. I bought a glass piece from you in February which cost a paycheck. I never write reviews because I’m a business owner my self but I just had it with people that want to be treated “fairly” but don’t wanna give the same respect back to a spending customer.

Way over priced on everything. Started selling herbal incense and marking them up. Barely legal is $12.00 a gram online. Its $22.50 a gram at custom blends. I can understand mark up but are you trying to retire off the sale of incenses?

Very good store they have quality glass and a huge selection I usually spend a couple hundred per visit but will not be returning due to very rude staff not sure if it was a female or male but I would definitely avoid the disrespectful attitude and unpleasant shopping experience, take your hard earned cash elsewhere peace n love to all ...........

Two stars due to it being over ten minutes past opening and not one employee is even in the building very unprofessional if you ask me, although the selection is quiet good and is the only place I purchase glass work....till one opens on time...

Gotta say, Im really disappointed. Been here a number of times now, but today was my last visit. I can tolerate the employees cigarette smoke, but I dont appreciate being leered at like a hawk and barked at by shane when I barely touched an already *broken* pipe on clearance. I was actually pretty visibly pumped up to get it until that point =( I totally understand the need for such a rule, but youre really going to yell at your only customer? Why arent they in the glass cases you have? Just really bummed me out and made me feel unwelcome.

Everything you would ever need for tobacco and accesories. I started to research rolling my own cigs and Planet RYO came up in a local search. Not only did the staff give me a wealth of information about how tobacco is grown and processed, but I was able to save half the cost of a carton I was normally buying at a local gas station.Ultimately, I wanted to quit smoking, and the first step was to smoke tobacco that was at least healthier and void of all the chemicals that I am normally use to. They had a great selection of vaporizers for the e-liquid (that I see everyone with now!). So when I do decide to quit, I will definitely be coming back.The Staff is so willing to help and the store is such a chill environment. I will definitely recommend Planet RYO to anyone.
