Awesome customer service! I am not a techie -- Manager Jeff was very patient with my attempt to explain my needs. He recommended items that fit my needs not higher priced items. From the minute I walked thru the door and until I left I was helped locate what I needed (and found items I didnt know I needed!! Lol) . Manager Jeff leads by example. While this is not the closest Staples for me, I will go the extra distance! Thanks Team Jeff!

I visited the Staples on Rt. 30 in York, PA on December 17 at 7:30 pm. I had a critical loan package that needed to be printed. I frequently visit Staples to get my packages printed and they always print them immediately. I simply email them and they are printed within 5 minutes. THIS IS NOT A SPECIAL ORDER...it is simply shrink to fit letter size paper. I tried to explain to the clerk, Kylie, that I was not able to print it on the self serve copier because I had to have fit to paper size when printing. Kylie refused to print the document because she said it was a Special Order, and I would have to pick it up tomorrow. She then said VERBATIM...OK, I dont have to wait on you, and someone else is going to have to . A Male employee then came over and I explained, AGAIN, to him what I needed. I told Kylie that her customer service skills lead much to be desired...Her response was *very loudly*, Yeah well, I got lots of customers who dont think so. Her attitude was EXTREMELY unprofessional, especially when other customers were present. I will be terminating my business with Staples because of the horrendous scene that Kylie made, and her refusal to assist me. In my business, employees are IMMEDIATELY terminated for such a poor display of customer service. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED! I then left the store and went to the Camp Hill, PA Staples where they happily and politely assisted me.

Great store with great management! Jeff, the manager was extremely helpful, kind and generous. He went above and beyond to help me. In these uncertain times, it is refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares for their customers. Thank you Jeff! The staff in store were also very friendly and helpful.

Harrison SalaDA was very helpful and polite he went above and beyond to help out my father today and Im grateful for that. Its hard to find great customer service these days.

I ordered business cards online for my wife. Call about 1 to check on them. I was told they were working on them and they be done soon. Fast forward 2 and 1/2 hours I stopped after I got off work to pick them up only to be told they hadnt started them yet. They may do a great job but I absolutely despise being lied to.

The gentleman faxed a paper for me. He told me to call them to ensure they received it. They didnt so he emailed for me. Typically I find people not this helpful anymore. Great experience. This is what I used to tell my employees to do for every customer. Only common courtesy for every person.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Don’t go here if you expect to get respectable service or treated like a valued customer. This place will be out of business soon, just like all the retail stores with poor service. There’s a good reason why Amazon is shutting brick and mortar retail down. Here’s your answer Staples corporate...your staff could care less.

My partner and I recently ordered 500 business cards well in advance. We wound up getting them at the last minute because they kept printing them completely off center, and they still arent printed correctly. We wound up taking them and paying anyway because we didnt have any other options at that point, and Im embarrassed to hand out my business cards.

The young lady who offered to help was very nice but $10+ to fax 8 papers locally? Im all about free enterprise but it wouldve been cheaper to deliver the papers in person. No thank you.

Harrison in the Copy Center is so pleasant and cool, under stress of customer ignorance and rudeness. He always delivers....and makes it easy. If you have a most valued employee, it is him! Buy him lunch!!!!!!

Do not come here unless you have at least 30-40 min to wait to be acknowledged and wait for checkout. The print center makes you feel like you are an inconvenience.

Faith in the copy center at York PA. did a great job helping me get an emergency completed for a local trade show I was attending.

Sales person (Drew) very well informed on all in one printers. Also provided hard copy info and ink purchase options.
