I scheduled a covid testing appointment as it was the only one available for my son in the area at 3pm. After waiting in line 40 minutes and noting both drive thru lanes read full service, they wanted us to go around and get in line again because we werent in the lane closest to the building, which was lane 1 where they only do testing. Theres no instruction of this in the little video they send you or outside in the drive thru lanes. We were sick and exhausted but got out there anyway and cannot believe anyone could be so rude or absurd as to say oh well youll just have to go around AND GET BACK IN LINE. This cvs is always busy yet way way slower than the others at moving a line and then theres always the fun slice of rude when you reach the finish to kill your mood and day.
I’ve been using this location for over 3 years now and they definitely improved from how they used to be. I get texted when the prescription is ready for pickup. I typically pull up to the drive thru to get the prescription. If the drive thru line looks long I’ll just head inside. Never had any issues honestly… I would suggest to refill your prescription before you’re completely out of it though; like when you have a week supply left of your medication. I find this helps just in case on the rare occasions they don’t have the medication and gives plenty of time to get it in. I never had any issues with rude staff, if I did I would obviously say something to the manager on duty and not Google LOL (some of these reviews make me laugh) Only real issues are they’re under staffed some days but the staff is still friendly and you can tell they’re working their best.
Normally, despite having to wait too long on hold (they need more people available to answer the phones,) I find their pharmacy techs to be very kind and helpful. Yhe first week I moved to another area and changed from Etters to this store was a nightmare. I cried more than once that week because they were unable to understand or just did not transfer my scripts which led to nearly every day trips to the pharmacy, along with endless phone calls to both my doctor and both pharmacies. After about a two week period, this was all resolved. I now found the pharmacy techs to be kind and more than helpful. However, tonight, Monday June 14th. I encountered ...perhaps a new pharmacy tech? Who acted like I was bothering her. I have 8 prescriptions there...trust me CVS...THEY aint cheap!! You do not want to lose me as a customer, so find out who this Chick is and give her some better training.
Time to find a new pharmacy. Never enough of a certain medication in stock for a loved one, month after month. If you dont want to serve your customers then theyll be very happy to go elsewhere.
This place is the bain of my existence, I need meds just to deal with the frustration of getting my meds. So from the top, here it is..First, rude unhelpful staffSecond, often cant find pending prescriptions in their system, I have to tell them where and how to find them.Third, often cant figure out how to put them through my insurance, resulting in them being denied. I have a pretty common plan from a large carrier, so it shouldnt be that hard.Fourth, often out of the few, very common meds Im on, resulting in further delays getting them filled. If I had other choices with my insurance, I would definitely seek another pharmacy to get them filled. CVS is a joke, and this one in particular is the worst!
CVS is a hit or miss sometimes especially this location. Some days they are really fast and some days it takes long time.
3 stars because they always have the nexcare tape I use to do eyelash extensions, but they couldn’t even check to see if something was in stock for me, after checking multiple other locations and seeing it said low stock online, I sent my bf and I decided to call before he got there. A woman answered and I asked if she could check if it was in stock before I got there, right away she says no, didn’t even check, I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe she’s the one who stocks it. But nah my bf showed up and found it right where it always is, couldn’t even check for me wow lol
AMAZING service from CVS employee Jimmy. We were having difficulties with photo printing and he was more than happy to help us out. He has a very positive attitude and wonderful customer service skills. 10/10 great interaction and will definitely come back :)
Made a appointment for a flu shot, was told there are 5 people ahead of me have to wait, told them I have to get back to work, please don’t make a appointment here does not hold up . I will go elsewhere for my shot, why set appointments when they don’t follow threw with them ? Very disappointed in CVS
They never have prescriptions ready despite text notifications that its ready. They waste your time and ask you to come back in a half hour.
They NEVER have anything ready! Have to come multiple times just to be told that my prescription isn’t ready although I got a call, text and even the website says it is ready to be picked up. It is ALWAYS an inconvenience. Shame on you.
Very patient with my mother when we came.... appreciate the staff here
Ive been trying to call for an hour and cannot get an answer. Called the store and the guy said he would transfer me and go back to see what was going on. It finally stopped ringing and disconnected. This store used to be one of the best in the area. Not sure what happened.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My child takes adderall and each time I’ve refilled a script they never have any in stock. I’m beginning to wonder if someone there has a problem! This month the dr called it in, 2 days later I go by to get another script and they claim they never got my drs script for the adderall (yeahnokay 4 days ago) THEN he sends it in AGAIN and SHOCKERRRR I get a text saying they’re out! That was 2 days ago I call today and the woman tells me they JUST ORDERED IT THIS AM! So my child with ADHD now has to go the weekend when school stuff is due bc they can’t get their job straight? If your kid takes adderall DONT SEND THE SCRIPT TO GEORGE STREET YOULL NEVER GET THE MEDICATION!!Edit: it has been 10 DAYS AND THE MEDICATION IS STILL “ON ORDER” DO NOT GO HERE!!
Standing and waiting to check out and an employee comes in with no mask
Once again i had a 30% off coupon which i could not use at this store.I was told my purchase of CVS 81 mg. aspirin was on sale buy one get one 50% off, there were no sales signs at the shelf nor were they advertised in this weeks ad as being on sale.I settled on buying 1 bottle for 12.00 not on sale, will avoid this store !
Website says they have things they dont have. Store hours say open until 10, but at 9 someone yells at you to get out and tells you theyve never been open until 10, but youve been in there after 9 before. Wouldnt consider spending a dime of my money here ever again. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else
One star is too good for this place. They call and tell you a perscription is ready then you show up and they have no idea whats going on. Wait times are way off. Every single time I need something filled at this location it is a problem. Do not go here! Suck it up and go anywhere else.
It was a nice CVS. Employees greeted me, store seemed clean as well as the bathrooms, however the prices are always high at any CVS i usually go to Walgreens where the prices are still ridiculous but less ridiculous than CVS especially the pharmacy prices. So overall for the store itself and the employees id give 5 stars however considering I hate CVS actual greedy owners and CEOs im only giving 4 stars. But if you like paying ridculous prices and supporting big pharma than this is the CVS you should shop at for all your stuff including prescriptions. Good luck everyone!
My mom recently switched from Walgreens to CVS because she moved from her old home and was now closer to CVS. She was a little apprehensive to go to a new pharmacy. Theyve known her for years at Walgreens. But the young lady behind the counter named Jessica was so delightful and such a big help. Im so thankful for Jessica. Switching to a new place may not seem like a big deal but it was for my mom. And with Jessicas help she made the transition a great one.
Never has my medication in stock ecen when I give them a week to preorder it for me.
Fast and friendly care at a great price.
This store is poorly staffed and structured. No cashier at cashiers counter. Not acceptable to hear be with you in a minute.Big investment in the property. Investment in the people assets very weak.
Does not close at 10 they close whenever they feel like it. Worst CVS you can ever visit.
Worst experience ever. Dont waste your time trying to print pictures
They can be decent depending on who is working
Everytime I have a prescription sent to this location they dont have my medication !!!
The worst service that I receive in a pharmacy more than 6 months using their services and they never have the prescription ready when I go and always have to call the doctor and the girls super rude
Theres an issue with every prescription, Ive had filled here.
Took me over a hour to get a flu shot
Their pharmacy sucks and the people who run it are rude and ignorant
It takes an hour to do anything in here, buy a candy bar, get a prescription, have someone do CPR on you. Go anywhere else.
Worst pharmacy experiences ever.
Very clean, people are friendly
So slow with checkout and scripts!
Well stocked pharmacy, very nice staff
