I am convinced that they just make up their own hours. They are never there according to the business hours. This has happened at least 20 times where I come to the store and they are closed when they are supposed to be open. There is supposed to be conveniency and having you guys downtown. But your never open

What nerve you have to fire an employee who was attacked on the job and tries to defend herself.. she even asked for security beforehand because of issues at night and management refused to act in any way. Way to support and protect your employees, corporate really seems to care about them!

Super clean store.

I called, indignant, at what I thought was their mistake. Turns out, it was my error. The pharmacist was so kind and helpful. She corrected the problem immediately.

They unjustly fired their employee in an incident that never would have happened had they hired a security guard to protect both their staff and their customers. Seeing how little they value either, Ill be avoiding this Rite Aid and all others.

They fired an employee for defending herself after being attacked by a customer who refused to wear a mask. I will never shop here again.

They dont seem to treat their staff very well.

Front staff are fun and quick service and the pharmacy staff is professional and and knowledgeable. A great asset to have downtown.

Worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacist is so rude & has insulted me on multiple occasions when I complained she called me herself to tell me what she did “wasn’t wrong”. Don’t go here unless you want to always have problems. The place is ghetto & unprofessional.

This is the worst pharmacy that exists on the face of the earth. For me, they have the meanest service that a customer can never get. I explain: I went for a Western Union service, I asked for assistance with one of the cashiers, apparently he saw a thiefs face, without preamble he told me GO FROM HERE OR I WILL KICK YOUR BACK. I asked to speak to the manager, and thats worse than the cashier. (I EVEN ORDERED A CALL ON THE PHONE WITH A WESTERN UNION OPERATOR, AND THE CASHIER, A WILD, HANGED MY CALL).I do not know how it is that a renowned pharmacy has such poorly qualified staff, without quality service. If you dont feel good, dont pay your guilt with customers. Courtesy is worth a lot and is a benchmark of business with professional ethics.I felt very helpless to see how they trampled on me for no reason, but I believe in God and everything has its pay.
