Been going here for years to fill prescriptions. Pharmacy is very helpful if you have questions or need help. They are always polite and friendly. Went here to get COVID vaccine for the whole family, and it went well.

Got my Covid Vaccine here. Everyone was very polite and professional. The cashier at checkout was also very friendly.

We love Rite Aid. The leader heights location has the best pharmacy staff around! They are friendly and take good care of you. The store has good sales and if you earn enough points for 20% off, then it really becomes worth shopping there.

Great pharmacy staff, but its understaffed alot of the time. Customers who use the drive-through to ask a bunch of questions or who are waiting on medication to be filled are a problem. They sit at the drive-through window instead of being told to park and come into the store, which causes a back-up at the window. The drive through is meant for quick pickups and drop-offs only.

It’s 8:45 am, 2/6/2020. Advertisement online states this pharmacy opens at 7 am. Unfortunately this is not true, I’m in line to drop off my prescription and noticed 2 employees of this pharmacy casually ignoring me “because their not open.”Wow simply rude and disgusting customer service. Acknowledging your customer is ok. Please never underestimate the possibility of closure due to poor customer relations. I will be reporting this to corporate as well, I’m sure they would agree.

Hit or miss if they get your prescription correct or have it ready or can find it....

The Pharmacy staff and pharmacist are more then helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. They treat you not only as a customer but as a individual. If your looking for the full customer experience stop in and see them!

When picking up prescriptions the staff takes their time to acknowledge customers. The pharmacist usually isnt polite or friendly when asking questions.only go here when absolutely have to. I drive 15 minutes out my way to go to another one just because of the bad experiences.

Staff is friendly and professional, very convenient location. Building is clean and well maintained. Worth paying a little more to save a trip to the grocery store.

This review is essentially for the staff. I dont know where they find them but they are SERIOUSLY the nicest in retail by fair. its almost scary. I will drive out of my way to go to this Rite Aid

I SUFFER FROM DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY! And I Had an awful experience with the male pharmacist.He was rude and disrespectful. I called to see if my medication was ready and he just said no and hang up. AS I WAS STILL SPEAKING! I was going to ask when will it be ready but he just hung up without me finishing my sentence. Now you may think, oh well im probably calling too often. NO actually this is my first time even coming to this pharmacy. And my first time calling about my medication. I suffer from Depression and anxiety and thats what i had to go pick up, my medication for it. So to be treated this way just to get my medicine to help my emotional health is uncalled for! I literally was speechless when this rude young man did this. And according to friends and family members who use this pharmacy they say they had the same bad experienced from the same person! How ridiculous!

Worse pharmacy ever. 3 hrs later and medicine still isnt ready and wanted my insurance card again when they have it on file. Dumb peopel

Waited 2 hrs for a prescription. This is an awful run pharmacy. Look elsewhere for your medicine. This is the slowest pharmacy in America...

Friendly staff and fast service. Great place with a lil of everything u could want or need.
