Yesterday, we went and got a pizza. Got it home to eat it and there was a hair in the pizza. We called and they said they wrote my name down and we could go and get a free pizza and get a “coupon” when we came next. We came today to get the replacement pizza and they couldn’t find where they wrote my name down but gave me the pizza anyway and no “coupon”. We also ordered 3 chicken tenders tossed in Buffalo sauce. These are the 3 chicken tenders. Ended up getting about 3 and a half wings. Not tenders. They’re 90% breading and no chicken.Didn’t want to call and complain a second time as they lost our name in the beginning for our first complaint.

Latinos have the right to buy anywhere if we pay taxes here in the United States, some workers in this store are Rasistas, which in some places is a crime. They did not want to sell me some drinks showing my identification and passport from the consulate all because they want an American ID

She told me her name was Ellen, I looked and her shirt said nessy I believe. Yesterday, I ordered a app sampler with all boneless wings and the food was clearly burnt as I showed them. The guy was going to re make it for me but then “Nessy” comes out and says (as she already heard the whole conversation) and says when was this made? I said a day or 2 ago because at the time I didn’t really know if it was yesterday or the other day, who cares right? I just know that the food was obviously burnt but because I said 2 days ago and didn’t just stick with yesterday she said she can’t help me. So I drove up here to get turned away because I said a day or 2 ago LOL (she was very rude and was lying)

Not sure how people give this store a one star rating. Never had an issue. Always make my food right, anything I go there to buy is always in stock, its always nice and clean or someone is in the middle of cleaning and the employees are always friendly to me.I give this place 11 stars.

They do not enforce their customers wear masks at this store. There are folks out there who are scared every time someone doesnt have a mask on. Where is your compassion?

The milkshakes here are awesome!People are friendly, and they stay pretty busy.Don’t expect them to be as quick at night. But then again, ordering a milkshake close to midnight probably isn’t the norm. 🤦🏽‍♀️Overall, nice experience. Good food. Fair prices.

Bought 2 gallons of milk was charged double. Brought to clerks attention she said I was wrong but its been a week and still no credit to my account. She refused to get a supervisor to help correct issue.

Never had any bad experiences here for over four years. Wait times for MTO can be a bit long as its right off the highway. Getting in and out is easy. Gas pumps dispense fuel fast, and there are plenty of pumps so usually no wait time there.

I went to Sheetz Im bought a five piece chicken strip and to my surprise after eating it about halfway I discovered the chicken has not been cooked all the way through. I called the store talk to a manager and all he wanted to do was give me coupons and refund my money so that I was pacified and keeping my mouth shut. I asked how is it possible that you would allow undercooked chicken to go out to the public?? He said he was sorry, I said that I was sorry as well. He says what would you like me to do? I said, I would like you to have given me fully cooked chicken. All those people who are reading this review, I do not know about you but I am NOT going to chance having that experience happen to me again. Salmonella can kill you. I got lucky. I was eating it in my car, it was at night and I could not see that it was undercooked, however, it did taste different. When I looked at it in the light, thats when I seen that it was about half raw. I will never, ever, go back to sheet again for anything.

It was open and serving food on Christmas day. The service was friendly and everyone was wearing their masks.

Older gentlemen put some napkins in my bag at the register along with my food. I know its pretty little but its customer service like that, that I love. I got in my car and realized I forgot napkins, but the guy who rang me up put some on my bag which compelled me to write this. Its the little things that count!!

Got a salad this morning from this location and was highly disappointed how little lettuce/greens were included. The Sheetz off the Prospect exit in Lancaster filled the salad container up with no room for more. First picture is Lancaster Sheetz salad, 2nd is Arsenal Rd Sheetz salad...

Everytime I went to this location the employs tend to mess up on my order every time. I stopped coming here after the third time in a row it happened. They handed me way under cooked mozzarella sticks. They looked like as if they were sitting out for a couple of hours.

Let my food set behind counter and get cold while they made 3 other orders that came in after mine took 20 minutes plus and they made me late for work which is only a mile away which is why i stopped here in the first place. Not the first time this happened and not the only location either

Very poor service late night 🤢... this is a classic story. Bought hot dog and got back spoil sauerkraut. I ask the manager. why would she serve that. Knowing that by the looks of it doesnt look good. She made me be aware that. She still had two hour to serve the sauerkraut . Let me infrom you not only that it looked grey. It had a spoiled smell. Picture dont lie. Shame on you SHEET COMPANY .You have people that cant even follow the rules of spoil food. Poor training on your behave.👏 1. You need us customer to see how our food is being made. 2.Better customer service especially late night 3am. most importantly.
