The gentlemen were very friendly but did not complete the repairs on either of my watches even though they had them for almost 3 weeks. They forgot to order my watch band and didnt do a great job replacing a small bezel inside the crystal. The bezel was tiny and kind of flimsy so they removed it but still tried to charge me for the repair even though it was poorly done. A band NOT of my choosing was put on one of my watches and had to be removed as it was not remotely like the one I asked for, but they were friendly.

Great personal,professional sales and service.Dont go to the mall for jewelry when you can go to Franklin-Stevens.They also sell watches.
