I had my mothers ring made and repaired here. It took awhile to get it fixed but I am so happy with the results. The first time it came back I was unhappy with the job discusses rerepairing it with the manager lainey, we talked about it and she discussed her concerns and I discussed mine and expressed I still wasnt happy so we sent it out and with her help and between the lab it came back magnificently looking. I couldnt be happier with the results. So worth it!

I would not buy anything from Zales . I bought a ring from there in December of 2020 and I have had nothing but trouble with it. I have had to take it back to be repaired 7 times. So do your self a favor and go somewhere else!!!!

I was shopping for a Christmas gift for my son and was given a great deal and the best customer service imaginable! Lainie greeted me with the upmost kindness, took the time to answer all my questions and to show me all my options for buying! She shared some personal input, and a little bit about her family which was heartwarming and endearing!I wish all my buying experiences could be like this!!!I would truly recommend going to see her and any of her coworkers for your next jewelry purchase!

It was okay. We waited a long time before someone was available to talk to us. Didnt really have exactly looking for, but we were looking for something specific. Representatives are friendly.

Very busy had to wait quite awhile worth the wait

I dont know who runs this place but my step daughter took her ring into this store to be resized and was given nothing but a hard time by the woman who waited on her. Whos name was Heather and had no sense of decorum or customer service. She went so far as to question her choice of which finger she wanted to wear her ring on, insulting her boyfriend, and pushing her to the point of wanting to simply leave without resizing the ring at all. Her boyfriend now regrets choosing to go here at all.

Zales saved my marriage!!! Lainie tracked down the exact ring I lost. She got the exact ring shipped from another store the next day. When I got to the store Melissa gave me sooo much valuable information and gave me nothing the best customer service..THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY MARRIAGE

We got everything that we were looking for

I hate playing the race card but I have to say Im a Spanish man. The reason I wanted to start with that is because when I go to Jewelry stores like Kays. They treat me like I cant afford what theyre selling. And I can only assume theyre judging me by the way I look. Zales on the other hand has great customer service. And treats you like a valued customer. I went about a month ago and was just planning on looking for a chain but the ladies were so kind it felt like we new each other for ever. Needless to say I bought the chain. Half hour before that I was walking out of Kays for leaving me stand there as they helped people that enter 10 and 15 minutes after me. When I went to work and was talking with co-workers about my experience I wasnt surprised to hear that many of them had similar experiences with Kay and Zales.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at this store. The team was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Wonderful to do business with. Highly reccomended!

Awesome customer service by Amy!!! Needed my ring resized and they more than took care of me. I purchased the warranty, so it would be free, but I needed to go down too much. So, instead of sending it away for weeks to get resized, Amy had me try on a brand new one. It fit so they just let me have that one! No waiting and a brand new accurately size ring! Can’t get better service than that. Thank you so much!

Zales has the absolute worst customer service of any jeweler Ive dealt with. The people at this store were nice but if you order online and have a problem they will not help you. They say that online zales and the store zales are pretty much separate entities. I ordered a ring for my girlfriend online for Christmas. It came in with black scuff marks all over it that wouldnt come off. Every call to the online store took at least an hour and after two months of calling and complaining all they gave me was an online only 10% discount. I highly recommend going somewhere else. All other jewelry Ive bought there looks dirty even brand new

Went into Zales at galleria mall located in York PA on 2 separate occasions on the same day store was not busy both encounters I was not greeted both times customers came in a few minutes after me and were acknowledge with a smile and warm greeting I was never offered help after waiting more then 5 minutes and observing 2 employees standing around conversing with each other will not recommend this store to anyone
