I bought on eBay and although the eBay page is slow to respond nor have much info. Once I googled the place and called- the actual experience of calling and walking in was 5/5. The weight plates 7/8 were awesome for the price 36$ for 45lbs in this pandemic is amazing. 1 25lb weight plate was a bit choppy/rusted but usable. Smooth transaction overall

This place... Omg. I went there to pick up a machine I was delivering to a client. Website says open til 4 and we showed up at 3:01. Stood in the office while the desk lady remained on the phone on a call til 3:26. Told her while I was there and then got told that the loading dock closes at 3pm. Some guy at a desk there was very rude to us. Name calling and foul language. Totally unprofessional. I will never return there to do a shipment again. Very unprofessional...

Very rude. Doesnt conduct business very well. Didnt honor hours of operation as posted online. Would not issue an apology even after realizing they were wrong. I would not recommend doing business with them again

I did a ton of research and price shopping on commercial gym equipment so I basically knew what I was looking for and what was a good deal. After talking with sellers from Connecticut to Maryland I stopped in Absolute Fitness. I told them what my budget was and they told me what I had to choose from in that range. I was even able to try out all of the elliptical machines I was curious about. I talked to the two gentlemen about some of the questions and concerns I had and they proved to be very knowledgeable.Over the next few days I price shopped the equipment they had and couldn’t find anyone to come close to what they were selling their equipment for. I went back 3 days later and got an amazing deal on an elliptical and on top of that a great deal on a treadmill as well.By the way, their inventory is in a big dusty warehouse. Don’t let the dust discourage you. When I went back a few days later to pick up my stuff it was all cleaned up and looked great.

Since 2/2019.... 3 trips to my home, overcharged me by hundreds of dollars for a part, treadmill still not repaired, and I’m STILL waiting for a refund of the overcharge .... it is now 7/2019. If zero stars was an option that’s what I would have given instead of one star.
