Outstanding operation! Not only was my item expertly packed and promptly shipped at a reasonable price, they were friendly and helpful on the phone as I arranged for the service. The item they shipped for me was an antique--heavy and fragile and it arrived without a chip or a nick. Very impressed!

Ouatanding Customer Service!I bought an outboard boat motor from an individual in York, PA and needed it shipped to TX. During an online search I found Postal Connection in York. Michael and Kelly were absolutely great to work with. Michael had it picked up, then they did an outstanding job of packaging it and shipped it via FedEx, arriving in 4 days. I was highly satisfied with their services and pricing.

Has way too high of overhead. Will not be buying from the local auction house again due to the price of shipping being more than the cost of the item bought. Could have just bought the same item on Ebay and saved money.

Great Service.

I left a small item in a hotel room when visiting York, Pa. There were several missed communications over a period of weeks between me, the hotel and Postal Connections while trying to retrieve this item. Long story short, the item was mistakenly disposed of when necessary contacts could not be made. Postal Connections accepted full responsibility for the missteps, replaced the item at significantly greater cost to them than shipping the original item would have been. Refreshing to work with a company and employees that never once attempted to pass the buck, were prompt and transparent in communications with me and initiated the process to fully replace the item. Highly recommend this company.

Consistently unreliable. Would definitely recommend going directly to a Fed Ex or UPS location if your package is at all time sensitive. They post cut off times for pick ups and the driver leaves early, or in this case the driver was sick so they didnt take them until the following day. It has a convenient location, but ended up causing more headache than it was worth.

These folks are amazing! I am located in Tennessee, and they shipped items to me quickly and securely. Thru the whole process they were in constant communication with me .. which mostly means that they answered my gazillion questions quickly and happily! I cant say enough good things! GO to a different Shipper!. Staff is coridial, but not well trained. Mailed a package FedEx 2-day because of sizeable cost difference from overnight -- AT STAFF RECOMMENDATION. I was initially pleased that they were trying to save me money. But infact, the 2-day was FedEx GROUND, which is NOT guaranteed delivery, and my package did not arrive in time. All because of BAD information. Very frustrating.

I and my wife use Postal Connections all the time. Its surprising all the different services they provide. They are always friendly and more than willing to help us with all the shipping, boxing, labeling, mailing and other services that we stop by for in the first place. The location is extremely convenient and not just for us. Its just a couple blocks off of I 83 which provides easy access for East and Southern York County. Well run shop, convenient, with friendly, knowlegable and patient personel. I cant say enough about the People at Postal Connections. Give them a try and youll be hooked too.

I went to this store to ask for help in packing a small plate. After being in the store maybe 3 minutes during which in those 3 minutes I was rushed and told I was holding other customers up . No help and rude customer service. I thought this was a packing and shipping store. So I took my business elsewhere and will never be back.

The worst customer service and the worst shipping experience I have had in 25 years. I received two pieces of pottery that were very inadequately packaged, with barely enough room, hardly any bubble wrap, and newspaper for packing material. Of course one of the items broke into several pieces and when they submitted the insurance claim, they did so incorrectly and I only received half the value of the piece. I trusted them to provide me with competent service and in return, through no fault of my own, I am out about $160 with nothing to show for this trust but a worthless, severely broken piece of pottery. The owner, Merv Regener, was rude and belligerent, and tried to place the blame on the auction house, instead of his own incompetent business. I am a pottery collector and have shipped and received thousands of pieces of pottery over the past 25 years, and I have never had such a poor experience. Buyers beware! If I could give them zero or negative stars I would, but in order to post this I have to provide at least one star - which they dont deserve.

The staff is always so helpful and friendly. Really great prices and the lollipops and race track to keep your little ones busy while you wait is a huge plus!
