Chris was phenomenal. I needed a big job done quickly in time for a funeral and he did a beautiful job in under 30 minutes for a third of the price that Staples was going to charge. Thank you for going above and beyond! If I lived in York this would be my homestore and Chris would be my go to guy.

We chose to use this UPS location because when I called, the staff member on the phone was very professional and helpful. The same was true at the store. They were very busy on a Saturday afternoon but still very professional and helpful boxing and shipping my large, awkwardly sized package. They did their best to help me save money where possible as well. I highly recommend this UPS location!

I had an extremely pleasant experience over the last few months having my PO Box here at this store. The entire staff is very friendly which is rare these days. Joe is a very caring and outgoing owner and helped me size and print flyers for my business at a great rate. Would recommend to anyone in the York area.

Have always preferred UPS over FedEx, I think they do a good job. Just get your driver to ring the door bell after he drops something off so that it does not end up sitting in the rain.

Customer service is outstanding! They cheerfully facilitated curbside transaction for me, at a busy time during the holidays. I have always found them to be helpful, professional, and kind.

Was very displeased with this store! I have been dropping things off there for years and I did not feel the staff was very friendly and I was there to ship a package that I wanted to insure and was told since I had packed it myself it would only cover item if it was lost and was told that was a ups policy so I called ups after leaving there to found out ups has no such policy in place, then I wanted to know what the insure cost was and the woman had to get someone else to figure it out, Guess that is just lack of training and or employees not wanted to learn. Guess there is just to much money in packing the packages and can not just come out and tell the customer it is their store policy! I will be printing my own labels from my office and have items picked up or take it right to one of the ups customer center from now on!!

I highly recommend this store. All of my boxes reached my new home! Great job! I found the staff to be very nice, did the research for which method was the most economical for me. Only one item broke and that was my fault. I am extremely happy with them. BTW they also give an AARP discount! That at least covered the taxes.

Ive been using this UPS store for 5 years to ship to customers of my online guitar store. Im always greeted with a smile and taken care of quickly. They can be busy some days, but thats the sign of a good business to me. They serve each customer quickly and with a good attitude. The manager, Chris is a great guy and I look forward to seeing him each time I go in.

Im a truck driver from Chicago and needed a notary; I called the ups store and was professionally greeted over the phone by Chris. He advised that they their wAS a notary on duty and since I was near by they would stay open passed closing to accommodate me. The staff here are friendly and professional. I have used this UPS for over 5 years. Over the past year or so I’ve received less than stellar customer service from one of the employees there. She has been rude everytime I go in. Today’s rudeness broke the camel’s back! After spending over $50 in shipping costs for Christmas gifts, I asked ‘K’ if I could see her put all of the Christmas gifts in the shipping box. She told me that she had other customers and that it would take a while. As a paying customer, I had the right to insure all of the gifts I was sending were being placed in the box. There were a couple of small gifts I wanted to make sure were not overlooked. ‘K’ proceeds to take another customer while I’m made to wait! She then slowly walks in the back and starts boxing my items. I sm offended at her lack of ability to service me fully and reaching for someone else’s package when my interaction/ transaction was not complete. My purchase obviously wasn’t her priority and she let me know that!
