Horrible horrible staff. They called me for the 1st time claiming to have made 3 attempts to delivered to my home address. I spoke with ken and i told him i never even received the 1st letter showing on my door that i missed their attempts.so took it upon mtself and check my front door cameras to see maybe they did, but NOPE nothing on my front cameras not even their fedex truck .keep in mind my front door cameras pick up movements from people walking by and cars passing by and cars pulling up in my front house. Nope nothing for days and weeks of any fedex. So then when i told him all that,, he shows up the same day we spoke and ring my door bell and of course i wasnt their and ken slip a missed reminder paper on my door. And calls me next day leaving me a message stating that he made three attempts ... oh funny i didnt know one attempts means 3 attempts. Now i have to go my way out and drive at least 40 mins away to pick up the package. Unbelievable fedex !!!!!!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I had a package of car parts scheduled for delivery. No where does it notify you that a signature is needed, until they dont deliver it. So, I request it to be taken to my local fed ex for pick up and called to ask what time it would be available. They said 9 Am. Guess what? Its not there. Very poor customer service and knowledge of there own procedures.

Horrible customer service and no sense of urgency. A driver didnt have common sense and our storm door got damaged during a wind storm. Sent pictures to manager of the driver, no response back after picture email sent. They hire the laziest people and they shouldnt even be allowed to operate.

Always there to help you they have very kind staffing and I appreciate the speed in which they get my boxes to their destination

FedEx is as bad as pizza hut delivery anymore its like the 8th time this year my wife has had to go searching the neighborhood for a package. UPS gets it,DHL gets it even the snail mail gets it. Only when FedEx delivers if I need to Ill come teach your personnel on how to read maps and understand GPS. Seriously if I had choice Id find a different career path. These folks need to rethink their employment and employees.

Thank you SO MUCH, FedEx, for driving on my freshly graded and seeded lawn. Isnt the ROAD wide enough for your drivers?! Wasnt our EMPTY 4-CAR DRIVEWAY large enough to park in?! This happened two weeks ago also, but I fixed it once. SOMEONE is paying for a landscaper this time, and Ill give you a hint... IT ISNT GOING TO BE ME!

The employees that I have encountered here are very cordial and polite. I also havent had to wait an extended time while they try to find my package; which is very refreshing. That is one of my biggest gripes with the USPS (United States Postal Service).

Representive took care of me and got my package set for delivery. She was courteous and friendly even though I.waljed in the door 5 minutes before they closed.

First time there and I previously ran out of tape at home for the package I was sending. Went in and was greeted by a lady who looked mid 20s early 30s and she gladly welcomed me and helped tape the rest of my package with no charge as well as taking care of taping the pre printed label. I was in and out in under 3 minutes! I definitely recommend coming here to ship with fed ex!

Delivery driver was slamming my packages down. Then began to cus use hate speach and threatening me. Very very poor customer interaction. Never should a delivery person berate and speakto a home owner like that yo

I found this place when I needed to send something via fedex in a prepaid envelope, so I didnt have to actually use their services, other than to drop something off. But the biggest problem that I did have is that this particular office is the airmail services (not ground services). So unless you are sending something far, far away and not via ground services, then stay away because they will not help you. They will send you to the ground offices which is 35 minutes away in a different location.

We have had continued problems with FedEx Express service. Despite the added cost for this service, the drivers race to show up before their pickup time window, which causes both parties frustration. If they show up early and the package is not ready, they say they will come back and never return. By the time the package actually ships we could have just used ground service and saved money. Supervisor never shows his face and never returns calls. I understand the bonus $ drivers get per pickup but it is ruining the service.

Im certain that management is racist. I was told I wasnt important because I didnt have a FedEx badge and a email. I was hit by management and called stupid by another trainor twice to my face at the top of his lungs and when I reported the issue, I was fired without probable cause.

Fed ex is a joke. You can get better results from a carrier pigeon.

Did not deliver package for signature during their expressed time frame two days in a row and now my package is deemed undeliverable.Now FedEx called and told me my package is in Harrisburg... I get an email saying it is in York.... I called them and they said I dont know what going on but your package is now again locked for the next five days in York...
