This dealership has been really good for me Im working on my 4th mitsubishi and 1st Acura now and theyve been really nice theyve helped me with my cars theyve actually loved the fact that I have an older car that has been rebuilt back to factory specs its a 2003 galant and they do wonderful work they always repair my car great they also take care of their veterans. I am a veteran and they really take care of me they allow me to have my service dog in there they treat me with the best respect asked for Travis or Scott in their service department Youll usually get a phone call from AJ asking you if everything is OK and Im telling you these guys Are great they will take care you and they will make you feel like part of the family.

Took my vehicle in for a service. Was given to a salesman to maybe find a newer model. Terrible! Didnt even run my information. I guess I dont look like the typical business owner who can afford a new vehicle.They offered me a dirty vehicle the same year as my other old car that I want to trade in. Told me to come back another time. Went on and on about credit but never ran mine. Just pitiful. The 3 stars are for the service team they are amazing. I love my truck and I will keep it. I will trade my car in to the company that I bought it from.

Thank God I was there when my 20 year old son went to trade in his acura with only 19000 miles for a rusty heap they had. I stopped the transaction after I caught them trying to pull a fast one on him. We got up and left. These guys are so crooked they will have to be screwed I tip the ground when they die. Do yourself a favor and go to any other acura dealership other than this one.

Purchased a used Subaru from their dealership-highly recommend sales consultant Brett Clark! He was very personable, asked questions to understand our needs, and was not high pressure. After a week of looking at vehicles all over town, we stopped at Acura of Boardman in the last hour they were open on a Friday and walked out with a vehicle and received excellent service. Brett also followed up first thing on Monday about touching up a cosmetic flaw on the vehicle and the service department did a good job and completed it quickly. Pleasantly surprised how simple the entire process was! So glad we stopped!

Salesman was knowledgeable and walked me through the settings. Everyone was helpful. I love the vehicle I purchased. I wish I would have been offered more for my trade an regret that I didnt fight for more or decided to sell myself but that is my fault. I recommend them if you are looking for a new car.

We stopped in to test drive a vehicle. Was uncertain about what we were looking for to suit our needs. The salesman, Brett (Clark), was very personable, patient, friendly & there was no pressure whatsoever. I could tell he had a lot of integrity from our conversation.Typically I’m afraid to turn cars in and purchase again but not with this guy- it was definitely a whole new experience!! I asked about his background and he informed me he’s a Marine here from TX!I am waiting to buy but did turn in my vehicle (it was a second car). Service department are the most unfriendly people Ive dealt with. Nobody seemed to know anything about my car, what was wrong with it or who was working on it. Couldnt even tell me that they had to jump my car to move it to the parking lot from the service garage. Then when I picked my car up the battery was dead and had to buy a battery from them. Not impressed with the service department at all.

I came here after a rather disappointing visit with Kia of Boardman on my quest to find a new car. I was greeted warmly and handed over to Tyler who took great care of me. Ross was phenomenal at findind me a car. He listened and he delivered. Don is an awesome presence and Robert Cunningham was diligent about finding the perfect car for my daughter (who is in college and buying her 1st car) whom I brought back the next day after buying my car from Acura of Boardman! Unprofessional and inattentive sales staff, worst experience with Ronnell - who I corresponded with and then changed the deal when I was ready to purchase. Dirty showroom. I would never recommend the Acura dealership. I took my business elsewhere and everyone at the dealership did not care.

My grandmother went in to purchase a car and the salesperson tried to take advantage of her. Online, the car was listed for $30K, and the salesperson said to her Its originally $42K, but I can give it to you for $38K. After some haggling, she was about to buy for $36k. After finding out the online price of $30K, she ended up purchasing the car for $32K. Either she was about to be taken advantage of (and partially was), or the salesperson was inept and didnt even know what kind of car he was selling. She said the salespeople were at least nice, hence why she wants the review to be 2 stars. Dont trust them!

The professionalism and customer service of the staff is significantly terrible.I purchased an Acura MDX. After being disappointed about the road noise and feel and touchy brakes l requested within 24 business hours to rescind the deal or work something out. I was never offered to up grade or even look at the vehicles problems.After being avoided my husband got involved and avoided too. It took them three days to tell us what they would be willing to do. Basically, they offered me a trade in value far less than two GMC/ Chevy dealers that I got offers from. I would be buying my car back for $6K more than I owed on it when I traded it in. They never even asked to inspect the vehicle I was unhappy with.I was told the deal couldnt be undone. I understand OH law does not protect a buyer, but when I shared my situation at the GMC dealers, both assured me they do not do business that way. I would be offered to change to a different vehicle or ultimately get my trade back if that unhappy.When I told Acura of Boardman that two dealerships said the deal could be rescinded and new MSO sheet requested I was told by a sales person anything is possible if you try hard enough. Moral of this story...buy from a PA GMC dealership! You wont be sorry... I traded the Acura in with 285 miles.

Best experience Ive had at a car dealership PERIOD. They treated me like a king. We got right to business and they gave me the best offer right out of the gate. No games, no shenanigans. They really know how to take care of people and will do whatever it takes to get your business. Just to put it into perspective, I live within walking distance to an Acura dealership in my home town, but all they wanted to do was play games. So i chose to drive over 100+ miles to do business here instead and it was well worth it. Every person I met was a class act Mike, and Ross are great people and went above and beyond my expectations, and I cant thank them enough. Youd be crazy to do business anywhere else!

Originally I wrote a great review online about this dealership wanting to refer anyone I knew to them. Two days after buying my vehicle I discovered a shaking when going 70mph along with a daytime running light that was a different color from the others. I contacted the dealer on Monday to make a service appointment on that Friday (plenty of time for them to prepare for my issues). Friday’s appointment came along. I sat there for 2 hours and I was told my tires shake because of the type of tire I had. Mind you we were also told these were brand new tires by the salesman who sold us the vehicle. I was also told I would need to have a whole new headlight replaced by Jeep and that would come out of my pocket. What I was not told was that Acura of Boardman never had the key to my locking lug nut. Therefore the balance on my tires were never checked. I’m now stuck having to go to a Jeep dealer to obtain this key and pay anywhere from $80-$300 just for that and until I do that the shaking cannot be fixed. Acura of Boardman is so unwilling to help I will never refer anyone to this business.

This dealership is very dishonest and deceitful. I called this dealership looking for a price on a vehicle. We agreed on a price and it was even the best price offered. I drove almost an hour to go to the dealership to drive the car and finalize the deal. I even sat down with the sales manager, Ross and arranged to get the car. The next day, the sales person called me to get my application for credit and then called later to tell me that the manager, Ross, cancelled the deal. Apparently, they wanted more more!!! I called the sales manager who explained to me that he was upset because I had called another dealership and asked them if they could beat his price, however, I called him and made a deal based on the price another dealer gave me and he had no problem when it was reversed.Either way the dealership wasted days of my time and in the end made false deals and promises they never intended to keep. Beware if you shop this dealership. They are honest in their dealings or offerings.

Dom dropped the price by $2000 straight away and there was still 2k to play with...from $11995 to $10000 as a starting point...I could of got him to 8k i do believe? Thats all the vehicle is worth after research.Buying a new Acura is probably the place to be...I wouldnt buy used there period.

My first visit to this service dept with an older car and a minor problem. I was treated like I had a new car with a major issue! Very respectful, courtious, and professional. Repair took about an hour, as projected, I was given a new loaner car and had my car back on time and sparkling clean with a service bill that was under the estimate.I would recommend this service dept to everyone!

If I could rate this dealership a 0 I would. We came in on a Saturday looking at a used truck they had. When we walked in they had tables filled with wings and trash from what looked like a random staff party. To make things even more awkward- we waited for a salesman as another round of food came in for everyone. They all conjugated at the salespersons table next to us laughing and talking so loud to each other we couldn’t even hear each other. Then... the third round of food and drinks came in. All while we weren’t even offered a water.The used car manager wouldn’t even appraise our trade until “they had a deal on the table”. We explained to our salesman that we weren’t interested in a deal without knowing the amount they were going to offer on our trade. We sat for about an hour going back and forth and watching the sales staff eat and drink everything possible to be delivered. Then we are told that we aren’t going to get an appraisal for our car until we have a deal. Apparently this dealership isn’t worried about making money. Guess that’s what happens when you go to a dealership the first day of the month- very disappointing. I wouldn’t go back if you were giving me the car for free. Don’t waste your time here- make the drive to Bedford Auto Mile- these guys in Boardman obviously don’t want to be bothered with your sale.

I took my acura here to have the ignition switch replaced. There is a recall on the switch and the car has been shutting off while driving. The guy says the switch was already changed. It had to have been changed with the previous owner of the car.He says theres nothing he can do unless I pay $105 for a diagnostic test. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Driving the car is endangering my childrens life, my life, and other motorists, and you want $105? Theres a RECALL. By law it is supposed to be replaced for free. Im not a mechanic, but I know that a bad ignition switch is a reason for the car to shut off while driving. The switch is recalled for a reason. I am beyond disgusted. I guess making $105 is more important than doing whats right.

This will be the second time I had nothing but problems with the service dept refusing to do a recall or warranty work on my Acuras. First time they said it was because I didnt buy my new Acura from them and told me to take it back to the dealer that sold us our car. This time I had a seat belt go bad thats lifetime covered according to Acura America. They told me repeatedly they ordered the part when they didnt. They finally admitted after 4 months of me calling to see when the part was coming in. They are not going to order it or do the job under factory warranty. The service dept manager gets boligerant with you on the phone. Claims the only person higher to talk to than him is God himself when I asked to speak with someone above him. This place is the worst representation for Honda Acura Ive ever seen. Ive owned Honda Acura all my life. I am considering switching brands now.

The day I was to pick up the vehicle Chip calls to tell me to hurry up as they were going to sell it to someone else.Chip talked about himself for the entire test drive, and couldnt show me anything on the car because he was clueless. Chip adjusted my seatbelt from the back seat and nearly strangled me. My belt was fine. I didnt ask him to touch it especially while I was driving! In the end I got the car, but had to go straight to the gas station because there was less then a quarter tank left. We only fill it for new cars. This is after being seriously sick in their office and having to wait an additional half hour after signing to leave with no explanations. Pathetic. These are only some of the many customer service issues from this facility. I will never return or recommend them.

I found a car they had listed online, the manager spoke with me and described and FaceTimed me to so I could see the vehicle before I arrived. This helped. Lot as the dealership is 90 mins away from my home. When I arrived the car was inside the building as rain was pending and they wanted my experience to be effortless. The whole staff, manager and salesman were professional, knowledgeable about the vehicle that I did buy! 😃. Very shady finance manager and deceptive sales practices. Stay away from this dealership if you dont like to have your time wasted. They out and out lie to you. My daughter is a first time buyer. We went there one week ago. She didnt qualify for the vehicle she wanted because of her income, so we left. A week later I get a call. They said they had a car for her and she was approved at around 9% or close. After wasting our entire morning it turned out she WAS NOT approved. Unless she wanted to pay 22%! The salesman even came to my house! Liars.

I brought a coupon in that was not expired that said less than 30 minutes, with no appointment, get an oil change. The rep looked at me like I had 10 heads and said we dont honor that. I was shocked. He said we stopped doing this, I said it wasnt expired. He recommended I set up an appointment going forward and plan for an hour. Very strange.

Our salesman on this most recent purchase, Ross Harris, worked with us to find the right vehicle at a price we were happy with. He respected our time as busy professionals and spared us the games that many other salesman and dealerships play. His communication with us was wonderful and his lack of pushiness was refreshing. I purchased a 2012 TL SH-AWD new from this dealership. Denny was fantastic. He followed up religiously to make sure I was satisfied. I still own this vehicle and have had zero problems with it. Earlier this month I purchased a TL SH-AWD from another dealership for my son. The carfax reported that service was done at AOB. I called Travis to confirm and he was so helpful for a sale that would go to another dealership. Travis confirmed all the work and detailed even more history on the vehicle to aid my decision to buy. We were shopping around for a newer vehicle, not necessarily brand new, when we wondered into Acura. We didn’t want the pressure from salespeople, as we were still in the “browsing” mode and checking out all our options. Chris was available for questions, he was courteous knowledgeable and patient. He took his time in helping us and didn’t make us feel rushed or pressured to buy, and also asked us many questions so he could know what we wanted and how best to work with in our budget. Although we went in with intentions of not makinig a decision right then, we decided to purchase that day.We were pleasantly surprised to find out that several of the “options” we were looking to have in our vehicle came standard in all Acura’s as well as options we never even considered due to the costs incurred to upgrade on other non-Acura vehicles.Chris was incredibly helpful, very professional and made us feel more like old friends then just clients. He took the extra time to help us activate and personalize the remote, navigation and phone systems, which without his help probably would still not be activated. We have been very happy with our new car and have called Chris several times after the purchase to ask various (and sometimes dumb I’m sure) questions, and he has still made time for us and continues to make us feel that we’ve made the right decision buying from him. We have referred many family members and friends to him, and will continue to do so.

Had a Team Honda Purchase Program certificate for a 2017 RDX with Advance package. Certificate clearly states the vehicle I was eligible for. Received a call July 28th from Chrissy who wanted to make my experience super smooth and easy. Their website showed six 2017 RDXs on the lot, one with the advance package. Was traveling on business and could not get in, but received an email from Robert Whetstone on August 1st saying it was last day of the sales month for them and he wanted to help with the deal. Called Chrissy to verify the car was still on the lot and she said yes it was. Their website showed it was also still available. Drove out of my way only to be told by Robert they had no 2017 RDXs for weeks. Clearly this reeks of the old bait and switch. Get you in by lying about the stock to try and negotiate a different deal. It is a shame that the high quality of the Honda/Acura name is being sullied by such a low quality dealership. I called several other dealerships looking for the vehicle who were all very honest about not having the vehicle available. It should have been that simple. Its August 2nd and their website still shows same six 2017 RDXs on the lot. I guess hitting the delete key on their website is too difficult for them. Buy Honda. Buy Acura. Just not at this dealership.

They do no work on the price at all, however I did buy a vehicle from them, it was fairly new so it had no problems but it came with no floor mats they were to order them 3 weeks ago and here I sit 3 weeks later with no floor mats still. You call and they give you bullshit everytime. The car they sold me they were in such a hurry to sell they didnt wash it and said oh well give it to you when were open longer, yet to see my clean for sale wash yet. And on top of that it was a truck, and they gave it to me with 0 gas the light was on I was surprised I made it 100 yards to the gas station. Told them about it and never even offered to put a dollar in it afterwards. I strongly do not reccomend this dealership. Terrible experience. Very pushy salesman. Bad attitudes all around. Never againUPDATE *still havent got them*

Ive been coming to this dealership for many many years with my TL and MDX. The service department is great and I would rate the a 5 star. It a shame they are associated with the sales department here. I bought another MDX (new) from Florida and when I stopped in to have them show me a few things on the new model, first words out of the salesmans mouth was who did i buy it from - told him it was shipped from Florida (keep in mind my TL and other MDX were purchases here). He leaves for 2 minutes to return and say there is nothing they can do to help me and I should have bought it from them!!! I explained my history with them and how I will continue to get it serviced here and he became more rude!! Would not recommend their sales dept. to anyone!! I explained they were the face of Acura and he was a complete idiot! Go elsewhere for good sales service.

Our sales consultant was knowledgeable about the product and the models that we were comparing to the Acura TSX. No pressure and a great deal on financing! Ive been bringing my 2010 rdx here for routine oil changes for their express Saturday service. The past few times, I have waited 2 hours. This time I was supposed to get a car wash after the oil change but found out after 30 mins that the car was still waiting to be washed. I then learned it was because they were all eating lunch in the back while I was waiting with a six year old. This is my last time here. After 3 acuras anf 60 dollar oil changes they just lost a good customer.

NOT TO THE ACURA STANDARDSI was looking for a specific car in a specific price point-- and Boardman Acura had the vehicle (and had it for a while). I made contact with John as my sales person-- and he was overall helpful. However, being as I was looking to travel about 350 miles (7 hours) -- I asked him to send me some pictures of the car and the overall vehicle-- and more specifically any scratches or conditional issues not on Autotrader. He sent some pictures, including damage that he stated was new damage.After a week of being in touch -- and several days where I did not get a response (it appears he was off) -- I had to make a decision to go up or not go up. I called and spoke to a sales manager-- told him that I was working with John-- and that I had requested and still had not yet received a purchase contract. He stated he was busy with other people, had no idea I was going to look at the car-- and he would send one when he could (he never did).When I got there-- I inspected the car. There were some scratches that were not disclosed. However, being as I had to get home-- I decided to overlook these items. I had obtained financing through my credit union and it was a MASSIVE hassle to get the dealership to accept it (took about 90 minutes, with my credit union making the suggestion that I may be forced to obtain dealership financing-- and then refi with my credit union).After the whole financing got handled-- it was time for me to get ready to leave. I noticed the car was not properly cleaned (finger gunk in the gear markers and a sticky cup holder --among other issues). The sales rep took it back and had it recleaned-- and it was still poor. The car was missing mats-- so he gave m e rubber mats-- but after I took off the plastic cover from the car (re)wash-- I noticed that there was a massive divet in the mat.As small as it is-- they did not even fill the tank with gas-- which is something that even the lowest dealerships do.At the end of the day-- the car appears to be a good car. However, Im disappointed that a dealership that carries the name ACURA -- acted more like a side road dealership.

I recently purchased my first new Acura MDX my salesman Chris showed me car buying does not have to be an intimidating experience it should be a good experience providing a good feeling… I must admit I was prepared to fight and stressed all day prior to arriving, the dealership was busy and as I saw the salesman walking up I quickly ignored him and stated “I’m only looking” to which he assured me was he was there to assist me and answer any questions.After learning several aspects and features of Acura I agreed to sit with Chris and learn what options I would have available to me. I felt welcome and enjoyed not being talked down to or feeling I was being taken advantage of… Chris explained the steps we were going to go thru to better structure my options. We then proceeded to discuss my situation and goals.I then learned that many of the thing I was looking for were standard on all Acura’s such as leather, moon roof, backup cameras and all wheel steering as well as voice command controls!Chris then took the time to activate and personalize my Remote, Navigation and phoneA short time later I was smiling and very happy with my New Acura MDX!!!I promised to refer someone to him given the professionalism and personalization he provided to me… That referral came three days later when my daughter saw my new car but believed she had no options given she was currently leasing.She now has a New RDX lease 
