Store manager, Adam Thompson swapped out a battery for me despite being very busy. It was was raining, but he had a great attitude. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
I had a receipt for radius arm bushings dated back to October of 2000 that had a limited lifetime warranty. Even though autozone didnt have me in their system, they asked me to bring in the receipt and items that needed replaced and they honored there policy. Even though the parts werent expensive there, (14 dollars), if I didnt persew looking for the receipt, I had already had these parts in the shopping cart of a different store for 30 dollars. Thanks for their loyalty I was able to go with their warranty and pay nothing. He did make a comment if I still owned the truck and I told him yes. It is now 35 years old.
I wanted to put new brakes on my car and tune it up before a vacation and Jake from the Youngstown Poland Road store was a huge help. He gave me great advice and was knowledgeable and courteous. All the parts were right and I have really good brakes now.
Return a part that I bought and didnt need it cost me $88 but I only got $75 back thats $13 difference. I said something and they said tax was hirer where I bought it. But seriously not that much higher. I checked website on returns nothing about a restocked fee but I see they charged me some kind of charge but ink was low hard to read.if thats the case why wasnt he honest and tell me about the charge?
We couldnt get the hood popped open on our car, and although its not really something they do, Josh C (Store manager I believe) came outside, helped us get it open, and showed us what was wrong. 10 out of 10 would recommend coming here. Above and beyond customer service!
Alex G was not only polite and helpful ( I know nothing about my truck ) he actually showed me how to fix my issue for the future to come! I enjoy coming here. The employees always seem to be slightly grumpy but are always really helpful. Its a bit grungy, kinda dirty looking inside. That being said I still give 5 stars because its typically a 5 minute trip if that, and most of the employees actually know a thing or two about cars and might even help diagnose what could be wrong with your car. If youre nice to them youll get more enthusiastic help.Competitively I think AutoZone price gouges a little less then their competitors. Plus they have rental tools if you dont already own it and dont want to buy it to use it only once! All around a good place to go.
The salesman, I think his name was Alex was extremely helpful. I only go to Autozone for my car needs because of the helpful employees there.
Had wiper problems in Jamestown, NY and the staff was AWESOME! They went above and beyond to help me. Also had SUPER experience with the Boardman, OH with Jay (the store manager) & the Struthers, OH staff (led by Eddie).
I met the new Manager Eddie while we were looking for a simple parts assortment to wrap up on a project I was finishing. He checked for additional parts that could help me, without being asked! He walked me right to them and we found what I needed. Very efficient and best experience at an Autozone Ive ever had.I have avoided autozone as much as I could for years but sometimes I needed a part quick! Half of the associates in the past did their job and did it well while the other half appeared to hate their lives and direct it at their customers. I usually give people leeway and try to understand they might be having an off day. But every time?If you are like me and felt like your business was an inconvenience to some of the associates at autozone, give them a try now. They are under new management and I hope they continue to improve their store.

I would give zero stars if I could and still leave a review I wouldn’t go here for a battery the guy that help me could even put the battery tester on the battery! Then I asked him if I could buy a battery if he put it in for me and he said no because it would take too long but I believe why he’s actually said no it’s cause he didn’t know how to do it! It it was just a sad experience so my rating is actually zero!!!

Went here to replace a headlight bulb. I had originally purchased the wrong one. Store manager, I think it was Anthony, was extremely helpful! He helped me get the correct light AND put it in for me! It took 20+ minutes in the heat and it was a giant pain! He would not accept any too for his help! Wonderful customer service here! Ill drive to this store from Canfield for all my needs in the future! Excellent job! Thank you!

These guys were great when we needed a battery on a Saturday morning asap. They installed it right away so our guy could get to the job he needed to get to. They inadvertently charged the core charge but when I called Dave was more than happy to take care of that for me.

Great customer service. I needed a new whisper blade. It was less expensive than I saw on the website and the store employee was knowledgable and helpful.
They are friendly and prices are ok. You can charge your battery for free there and they even help you on your car with certain things like changing windshield wipers and finding the correct part you need for your vehixle
So I needed windshield wipers and also my bright lights wouldnt work. The man behind the cash register put my new wipers on and checked my high beams, determined that both bulbs had burnt out at same time, and even replaced them for me!!! Large selection of products and prices and the service was amazing! I tried to tip the man who helped me. He absolutely refused the tip even though he went above and beyond for me!!!
Jason W took time to help me with installing turn signal bulbs on my 2006 Jeep, was very informative to the cause of there failure and there installation. I am a service connected 100% disabled Vietnam Vet and this service meant the world to me. I always buy my auto parts at Auto Zone and will surely do so in the future . Great location. Super convenient. Excellent customer service. Properly trained personel make it the new Go To place. Somethings in AutoZone are super expensive like nuts and bolts. Seriously - 5 dollars a bolt? Corporate Has To lower that be price. Ridiculous.

Ive never expierienced help like jason provided yesterday Ive been having multiple problems with my truck,everything from no brake lights,tail lights out as well, no turn signals and honestly that was only half of it my battery wasnt charging,Jason is the greatest I offered money he refused to take it,he is the best at his job and went well beyond anything I ever expected helped me find exactly the parts I needed he.was very patient and polite,i will never go to another autonpart store again,I advice anyone and everyone to go to AutoZone

Just went and got windshield wiper blades freezing outside but the young gentleman still came out and put them on for me. Very nice young gentleman should have got his name but I know he travels a lot. With glasses.

It was fine, and was identical to others I had visited. Clean, no trash or cigarette butts in parking lot. The one employee, with glasses and dreadlocks was friendly and helpful but the taller, bigger guy seemed like hed rather be somewhere else. I asked him about a specific line of products, the NiteIze key rings and etc. He pointed to them and said what you see is what we got and walked away. The other guy was busy with some task on the POS pc he needed to do while he wasnt with a customer or I would have spoken with him and likely bought more.
Depending whos working, I get the right part for my car.
Needed a tire gauge and a couple sensors. David helped me find everything I needed. He was very helpful and nice. Thus was at the Youngstown Poland Road store. :)
Make sure you ask for everything you need all at once or you will get yelled at!
Some of the workers know slot about fixing your car some cant even tell you what tools you will need. And borrowing tools is a complete joke you have to put a deposit down thats tripple the price if the tool and it. Mite not be the complete tool you would have to buy the Handel then rent the piece to put on the handel. Im no micanic but this is stupid.
