Told me they were going to do my valves and tighten my wheel spokes called them 4 days later when they said it will be done and nothing was done only told me what I already knew what was wrong with the bike . Then for the bike back and they broke my throttle and didnt tell me about it and blew it off like nothing happened . But one guy tried to help me fix it but couldnt get it fixed. Never going back there again a waste of time and money

Where should I start, I took my bike in for some manner tuning up and a few other things, I took my bike in on March the 19th 2019 and still havent received it back yet. I have never waited so long to get any thing back so late. Smh, its been nice days to ride and Im still waiting! I get so annoyed when I see others riding on a good day and Im not. Maybe I should have taken it to a backyard mechanic I probably would have had it back before now. Plus calling and waiting on the phone forever is a pain. Ill probably never take my motorcycle back here ever.

Dont waste your time here looking for parts they dont have anything in stock and it takes 3 to 5 business days for them to get parts . if I wanted to wait that long I would order online for a third of the cost

Would like to spend my money on a local shop, for replacement motorcycle tires, but this business does not seem to understand customer service. Several years ago I had tires replaced on a bike by Yo Cycle, and shortly thereafter had a radical shimmy at high speed on the front tire. Now a new bike, and have had a few sets of tires replaced at a shop in Canton, but would give Yo Cycle a opportunity now. Told Brian the brands of tires I wanted quoted, which he said would have in a day. 2 days later I called, left a message with his staff asking for this quote. Now 2 weeks later never a call or email with the quote. Ive read several of these reviews which seem to indicate they mistreat customers, and perform poor service. At least now I know before I spend anymore money with them.

Do Not use these guys...they are a guaranteed rip off. I took my bike to them for carburetor, plugs, oil change and they never took the carb apart and claimed they rebuilt it. Got it home and after a couple runs still not running right, was leaking gas out of over flow. Took it to a friend to have it looked at. When he pulled the carb, he said had never been apart, still had the enamel paint seal across the bowl and carb body. Took pictures of the internals....full of debris and dirt. They cleaned up on me..to the tune of $550.00 and only had plugs, oil in it...about $50.00 total. Tried to contact Brian.....he has dodged the calls. These folks are CLOWNs at best.

Their staff is very helpful and knowledgable and Ive always felt like Ive always received good customer service there. Their service staff is also solid and has taken great care of my bikes. So, why the bad review??Their prices are astronomical. YCS is the closest store to me (living in Youngstown/Boardman), so theyre the first place I look. But, today for example, I found the same exact part at 4 Wheel Parts in Columbiana for $50 less. And the extra 15 minutes it takes me to drive out there is definitely worth the money. Helmets and gear are always cheaper online. Every item I like in their store, I do a quick google search and have found EVERYTHING for at least 20% less.If you need something immediate, sure, the store is great. But, personally, I can wait 3 days for my jacket to be shipped to me and saving $160 because I didnt buy from them. Id throw a whole lot more money their way if they only lowered their prices a bit...

They have helped me in the past but my last recent experience with them leaves a bad taste in my mouth, one in which causes me to never go back. I discussed with them delacing, powdercoating, and relacing my Harley wheels. They gave me the impression that they do it in-house, but they dont. I only found this out after they charged me with the shipping to and from there supplier. Not only that, but they took months to do so. I mean months! They never contact you either, you always have to call or stop in to find the status of what they are working on. What was even worse was they laced the wrong hub on my front rim. I had to modify my rotor to fit back onto it, and no it wasnt due to the powdercoat, their supplier fortunately masked that section off. I should of just taken it back to them but I was on a time crunch with finishing a bike. They also play games when you order tires, saying that the will mount and balance them for free one day but the next they will want to charge you. Shame when you try to support local businesses but they just bone you in return. Ive learned my lesson and gladly take my business elsewhere!
