So several years ago I had a Saturn with a bad gas line. These guys saved me hundreds by bending their own and replacing the bad section instead of buying one off General Motors and charging me $800. That was great.So this time I had a car that was missing and dropped it off. They said they tested it and it had a misfire on cylinder one. They replaced the plug and coil and told me to pick it up and I did so. I got home 1.3 miles away and it was fine. Then I drove it to Mahoning Avenue and it was severely overheating. I had to pull over and leave the car. When I went back it was 3/4 of a gallon low on antifreeze. I took it back and they said it has a bad head gasket. It is still showing the same cylinder one misfire. I don’t blame them for the bad head gasket, but I do blame them for having me waste $400+ on it. If the cocky young mechanic knew what he was doing and cared about his customers, he would have spent 10 seconds opening the coolant reservoir and saw it was empty and considered there may have been another issue. But he didn’t so the charged me $430 to replace a plug and coil that didn’t need changed for an engine that was shot.

The best and friendliest automotive place in town. I feel the car will always be fixed right and the charges are very affordable.

I stopped here because my daughter had an appointment at Akron Childrens hospital, which is directly across the street from Christmas place. My check engine light came on as we were leaving and I wasnt sure if it was a good idea to make the 30min drive back home to Warren. So, I gave them a call and I couldnt have asked for better service. Sonya and Joe took really great care of me. Ten out of 10 would recommend (and return in the future if the need arises).

Wonderful! Just drove in without an appointment because the car was acting up. They were so busy but were able to fix the car in the parking lot so I could get to work. Tom, Tonya and the crew are Wonderful people.

Great place. They got me right in. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it with out trying to upsell. They were all very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable and didnt feel taken advantage of. I will without a doubt be bring all of my car repairs and problems here in the future.

Great place for car care. I took mine in to check out suggested repairs. Tommy gave it a thorough check. He came back to let me know what he found and did not charge me for his advice. I have had my oil changed, an air conditioning problem and other minor items fixed at Christmas Automotive. I highly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs. Honest, hard working and fair treatment. He will be getting my classic car ready for summer soon!

Never been here. I liked the show. Would like to visit one day. I dont care if the shop on the show isnt the true location. I liked what they did & doing the best to get maximum horsepower.

Anyone reviewing this shop based on the TV show has a screw loose. I dont know if any the guys are actors but clearly they follow a script & the shop on TV is a set and not the actual location. Its entertainment people! So keep your there instead of their and your i cave them my language nonsense and stick it in your tailpipe. Enjoy the show and the cars and stop looking for technical accuracy.

This is the worst car show ever produced. The actual shop, Christmas Automotive, is phony, as is every other shop featured on the program. None of them even exist. Not one single shop featured on Fat n Furious has proper signage. They all have cheap, printed banners hanging just above the entrance, displaying the bogus name. Ever wonder why you never see these clowns do any actual work? Its because they dont. Everything about this show is a complete fabrication, save for the fact that they truly are as fat as advertised, and Tommys teeth are every bit as rotten as they appear to be behind that nasty toothpick hes incessantly sucking. Its positively ridiculous.

If I could give them zero stars, I would! Excuses and poor work at a cheap price! BEWARE!! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else! You’ve been warned!!

Took my xterra there for transmission problem. They called me later and said it needed replaced. I asked them how much it cost for them to replace it with a used transmission if I got one. They called me back about an hour later and told me $1000, so I went and got one the next day and took it there. A week and a half later they called me and said they were starting on it and noticed an oil leak in the pan and wanted me to know it was pitted and seeping oil. I said I would be up later that day to checkit out. About another hour later they called me again and told me come get the SUV it was rusty underneath and to hard for them to do it. I really think that they could of told me that the day they gave me the estimate instead of keeping my SUV for a week and a half then saying that they can not do it. They came highly rated to me but I will never send a customer to them.

These guys are freaking TOOLS! Steve states, I had to take the whole motor back down to replace the pushrods!! Are you kidding me? Then Steve, youre a moron. You can put the pushrods in without even pulling the heads! Then on this latest show, the lead idiot states, If I have to order new headers for this Maverick its gonna be another $2,000!? Are you kidding me! What a tool, where are these gold plated two grand headers coming from, Dubai?? Get your facts and figures straight guys. Your lack of correct comments are concerning and show your ignorance!!

I love there t.v. show i hope and pray one day I will be able to restore a 1969 Chevy chevelle or a 1969 G.T.O. and I will be more than happy to let Christmas Automotive do the job. Do not trust this company i cave them my 1967 Camaro RS/SS to do work on it i cave the owner Tom Christmas a $ 2000 deposit on march 2 2015 he cave the car to another shop friend of his to fix the car never got done they screwed up the new electrical wiring harness i bought they didnt do anything right on the car plus they damaged the paint and the interior on the car i got the car back on june 30 2015 after i sent someone to go get it i now have to spend about $ 12,000 to make the car right with all the damage they done to a $ 50,000 car i will be suing them for the damage that got done to my car dont trust them

Like the show, like the cast and they are about 45mins south east of me.. Ill keep these guys in mind for my 53 Chevy 3100
