Free tire plug first time you visit!

I brought a basket case Jeep Liberty into this shop at 5pm on a Wed evening (one hour before close). The PS pump had been partially taken out by another shop and the radiator was damaged in the process and all of the belts were removed. Fluid was all over the front of the engine bay, it was a real mess. Anyway, by 4pm the next day they had completely finished the work and the jeep is running great. The price was fair for the amount of work done, the speed and the quality of work. The shop kept in contact with me during the process, even though Im in another state. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Have always had pretty good experiences here. Nice people and fair prices. Today, went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was good except they did not check the pressure of my tires as all of them are 3-4 pounds under what they should be.

I just paid $75.05:for a $49.00 oil change they stated that the coupon wasnt honorable at every location although it was mentioned in the advertisement. They also stated that you dont get an oil change, you get a service which included even tires which I had no need for. As I was informed bate and catch tactics.

I taught this place was good came here had to get a quick oil change they even said its going to be fast I taught that because it was just one person there so got the oil change can see if the put on a new oil filter they left a part on top of the motor were the oil goes and just poured the oil all over the motor on some quick stuff I will not ever go here again and really no one should to be honest this place doesnt even worth one Star

There is nothing better than going for an oil change and leaving with, not only that, but with a lot more information than you knew before you walked through the door of the shop. Thats how these guys roll. Their courtesy inspection basically gives you a report card on the condition of your car. I am all about knowing what could lie ahead for me in a vehicle that I drive over a hundred miles a day for work. Being female, it isnt like I know what part they may be referring to on my car that may be needing replaced in the near future. These guys take the time to walk you out to your car while its up in the air, still on the rack. They dont just tell you that such and such part may be failing. They show you and they explain it in great detail when you have questions. I fully understand the function and importance of the part in question before I walk back into that waiting area. That means everything to me. They dont do it to generate more business on installing the part. They tell you whats going on and leave it at that. If you have no one to fix the problem, then you have the option of having them do it. If you are like me and have a son that can do the work, then it unquestionably helps to know what part I need to get from the parts store or at the junk yard. I know I always leave this place with not only a reasonably priced oil change, but also peace of mind. It may take a bit of waiting around on some days, but the info you walk away with is worth that wait.

Manager is not helpful over charged for repairs done more issues arrised from them fixxing the issue, instead of trying to talk he threatened to call the cops.........advoid this buisness if possible many other reputable shops in the area

This place is outstanding! The manager Anthony was amazing. I witnessed him work with a family that couldn’t afford the repairs and had a small child with them! He found a way to make it work for them! Was great to witness!

This was the closest place to me on my travels and I thought it would be horrible. However it was the most pleasant experience Ive had when it comes to auto shops. Fast pleasant and explained everything to help me understand what was wrong because Im not too good with vehicles and how they run. Overall amazing and on the road fast.

I’ve used this Midas on 4 separate occasions. They have been very very good with our needs. They have changed our alternator at the last second to tire plugs on our cars. I appreciate them and their hard work.

The employees are honest and always trying to give the best advice for the worst of scenarios. For a simple oil change, you can be in an out quick. They tell you when something is above their capabilities and will refer you to an expert rather than tell you something is wrong to have you pay them for something that was not an issue. Never had a bad experience.

Midas always advertise about brakes.well i did a complete brake repair with midas. very poor quality in brakes and they squeak and calibers turn into nasty brown rust. been there 3 times. still not fixed right

This is my 1st negative review in my life. Came here with my diagnose to fix wheel bearing because it was making noise. They checked my car’s wheel bearing and told me it’s ok but they put their diagnose (as a professional mechanic), noise coming out from brake pads and they were 100% sure of it ( after test drive, hand check, visual check...) They replaced brake pads and rotors (discs). But after their drive test same noise still came and they recommend me put new wheel bearing. And I just vested my money here.

I want to personally thank Anthony and Cameron for taking care of me. I didnt have an appointment and was still able to have my car looked at and taken care. Anthony and Cameron walked me through the whole process and even let me see all of the completed work. Thanks again to Anthony and Cameron for their outstanding customer service!!

I always come to this Midas to get my oil changed but this experience tops them all ! I came in with a situation and Mr. Anthony Lipimski helped find a solution to my situation and he had me IN & OUT with NO hesitation. I was about to stop coming here because how long it took but he made me re-evaluate that thought . Just picked up a car during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The mechanics working on the car had on gloves, but NO MASKS were worn, even when they sat inside the vehicle. it also was not wiped before returned to us, again, even though mechanics were in the vehicle... disappointed to see how much they care for patrons’ safety in a pandemic :(

They dont do a good job makes me wonder if they even know what theyre doing. I advise you not to go there.

Fast and easy Diagnose; compared to the Toyota dealership, that couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my car...but they could and found the problem within 15 minutes. Great customer service! I went to Midas for an oil change and if Austin and Devon wouldnt have done their jobs by doing a thorough inspection I would have been stuck on the side on the road. They are good at what they do and seem to really care about helping their customers. Way to go guys!

Easy to work with. Took care of me well and kept me informed what was going on the whole time. Told me a couple parts i could get cheaper than what they could offer, but would put them on for me if I got them myself and brought them in. They were very helpful with everyone I had seen come and go as well. Not your typical corporate car shop, seemed to care more about the customer than themselves.

Anthony Belica was great! The team that was working at the time was great as well. Anthony took me in the garage to physically show me what was wrong. He made me feel as if my car was in good and honest hands!

After a rough first time, I came in again tonight for an oil change and Mike O. and Mike B. were both amazing. They were so personable and really interested in what my car needed to perform at its best. Along with my oil change being very quick, they actually showed me on my car what needed to be changed for maintenance like my wheel weights, air filter, brake pads and rotors. Down to earth employees, needed brakes and hub bearings on my Cadillac and they did it for 1/3 price of the dealership where I bought my car.. definitely quality work for a good price.

I went in to have my brakes checked. Austin and Sonny went out of their way to make me and my boyfriend feel welcomed and more like family than a customer. Sonny worked hard to stay within my budget. Even though I did not have the brakes done today, they were still courteous, and the choice of music playing in the garage was great as well!

Got an oil change and alignment done. They were honest and straight forward with me. They told me that if I wasnt satisfied with my alignment to bring it back and they would put it back on the rack. I did bring it back a week later because it was off by a hair but that was also the fact that I was cheap and didnt get new tires. But they were great and fast and Austin worked hard to fill me in with out an appointment. By the time I left there I felt like family and they made me feel at home. They took me back to explain the alignment of my car on the computer screen. I couldnt have asked for better people to trust with my car.

Over the 4th of July weekend we had a flat tire on the turn pike. Hard to find tire, no other place could help us out. This manager used his head and solved our problem! Fantastic service, highly recommend this shop

Brought my car in for a tune-up (new plugs and ‘wires’) and oil change. My car had been shuddering and lagging when I pressed the gas pedal. After she purred like a kitten. Two days later, she couldn’t go above 10 mph. Got her towed back to Midas, and they checked her out. Had a bad throttle sensor and a bad ignition coil. Now she has her power back. The guys at Midas we’re so professional and helpful. Best I’ve seen at Midas and I’ve been a Midas customer for over 10 years.

While traveling through Ohio my f350 had a wheel bearing grenade and my front passenger wheel wouldnt not move. In a pinch I called Midas and they said they could replace one and even both in the next 5 hours that they were open. Now, I have large aftermarket wheels and tires so I have splined lug nuts and wheel locks. I had neglected to bring the lug keys on the trip. As I was waiting for my hub to be repaired they informed me that they could not get off my center cap (after they had damaged it) so I removed it for them. Prior to this as soon as I got the truck towed here I informed them that I had the preciously mentioned special lug nuts. They informed me it was no issue, come to find out they have no specialty lug keys and failed to remove my wheel. My truck sat in the shop bay for well over four hours. Now I am having to have a truck and trailer come from my home over six hours away because they failed to do their job. On a side note after talking to other customers and hearing that one man is waiting over four hours for a oil change. This specific location since it is the only Ive had experience with has earned 1 star.

Came in because it sounded like I had a warped tire. Told them I was traveling out of town for a family emergency and they insisted it wasn’t a warped tire but a wheel bearing. Two hours out on the road, my car didn’t make it because of whatever faulty repair they did. Took my car back, spent a total of $600 on repairs just for them to tell me in the end “oh you know you have a warped tire”. Never made it to visit my dead relative and still don’t have a tire.Update: (3/9/19)Came back today to get an oil change, informed me that my wheel bearing is bad. Once again. The same wheel bearing that they “repaired”. I will absolutely not be returning.

This is a great Midas shop worth drving from PA. The people here are friendly and reliable. They have given me options when I didnt have enough money to pay for something and put the repairs in order of importance for me so that I can plan ahead to do the service on the next few paydays. They are quick and if you call ahead they will tell you if you can get out in under an hour for an oil change (and or suggest a different time (usually later the same day) if they are very busy. Excellent service...After moving to this part of town a year ago I lost my trusted mechanic. I had always been leery of a chain until I had a needed emergency repair . The professionalism and courtesy shown by the staff was heartening and I knew that I was in good hands. The repairs were made at a very reasonable cost. have been back since for regular maintenance and am always completely satisfied. Waited forever for estimate. Had it fixed at Austintown Muffler for $40. Midas wanted to put in a catylitic converter for $800. plus. All I needed was a gasket. Wont go there ever again.

I got tires it took 4 hrs. There was only 2 cars in the bay. While I was waiting two customers where in and out before me. After about 3 weeks my new car is now having a sensor malfunction. And over priced.

Used to live midas on Belmont, sad they closed. This place is terrible and super sleazy when it comes to actually diagnosing the problem even for auto shop shop standards. You can bring a brand new car in for its first oil change and theyll tell you it needs control arms, 4 tires and a new motor 🤣🤣 never again

Very fast workers very helpful

They did my brakes and it was just not right. Made terrible noises and clunked and groaned. Took it back twice and they werent able to/wouldnt fix it. I eventually took it to a different local garage (Gaspers Garage on McClurg is great! Highly recommend!) and they fixed it right away with no problem. Car now sounds great and I have confidence in the brakes again.Update: I see the owners response to my review below, but, honestly, I gave them 3 chances to fix my car and they wouldnt/couldnt. Ive found a great mechanic, and I dont plan to go back to Midas.

Made an appointment. Waited 4 hrs for 4 tires mounted and an alignment. They mounted the tires raised white out, opposite of what I asked for and my SUV pulls hard to the left over 35 pulling you into oncoming traffic Grease prints all over my door. Dirty waiting room and Employees seem unhappy, for hours I heard them complaining.

Jason and Devin were great they worked out a great deal with me and got me ready to ride quieter then i previously was. Thank you fellas i appreciate it greatly.
